Do not ever order from XymoX Percussion!! My son is a drummer. He plays the drum set with the jazz band and is in the Marching Band in high school. For his birthday in February, he asked for a tenor pad to practice on. It is simple wooden drum shaped practice pad with rubber on it (Roman would disagree!). So Roman decided that he wanted a special order one from Xymox Percussion so he could make it the color and design that he wanted. All total $215.00. I could have said no and gone with the cheaper version on Amazon, but he agreed that he would pay for half and wait the 2-8 weeks for it.
So I ordered it in February 20th and was given an estimated delivery date of March 23rd. They charged my credit card that day. As of today, June 1st, it has not shipped.
I started looking into this company in March...bad move! I should have checked before I ordered! I don't think ANYONE has EVER received anything from this company. Maybe it's a front just to steal people's money. I talk to Kelsey (when she decides to answer the phone) weekly. She always says that my package will ship at the end of the week, or the end of the day. Supposedly there are only 4 people that work there but she can't talk to the one person that packs the tenor pads to get mine out ASAP. Supposedly she is giving me a free practice pad....but how can I get a free extra practice pad when I can't even get my original order?!?!?! Please share this with ALL of your friends on Facebook. And Twitter if you can. I need to prevent them from ruining someone else's birthday and keep them from stealing more money. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company and the BBB, but maybe we can all do more.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a drum pad from this company in November of 2017, it is now April and still no drum pad. Takes them days to answer email, and they give excuses as to why products haven't been shipped. Have been given multiple dates for delivery, but nothing ever shows up. The only way to contact this company is by email that you have to do a search to even find. So if your in the market for a drum pad don't even considered Xymox percussion unless you want to wait half a year to get your order.

Avoid at all Costs

This company purports to sell percussion practice pads, drumsticks and other percussion accessories.

In reality what they actually do is process the payment for your order (immediately) and then send you a litany of excuse emails as to why the product you ordered has been delayed, lost, affected by a supplier shutdown, affected by a supplier inventory issue......

Really, the list of excuses as to why they can not deliver your product is quite amazing. We ordered two tenor practice pads and drumsticks on December 3, 2017. They indicated a December 20th ship date. It is now April 30, 2018 and I still do not have my order.

Seriously, I hope you read this review and I beg you to change your mind and find an alternate percussion supplier to purchase whatever you are looking for from instead of Xymox. Xymox product looks cool, but similar to a unicorn, its not real because you never receive it.

Save your time, keep your blood pressure down and just find another company to buy from. Trust me, you will thank me in the end.
