Screwed out of chips

I have been screwed out of over a million worth of chips. On the 8 ball, it'll be on the rail, my ball bounces off of the rail and follows the 8 ball into the same pocket. I'll play, the opponent will have the q ball in the pocket on the rail and he can hit the 8 ball on the opposite rail, same side middle between the corner and middle pocket, and make the 8 ball. It's a joke. They've screwed me so much. I'll email them, they won't admit they're doing it, all they say is you're banned for using a swear word. They give no f-ks about you or how they've screwed you. All they want is money.
