Yupp TV - Worst Experience
Yupp TV gave us the absolute worst experience in TV entertainment. It is not user friendly, no TV program guide, and excessive buffering/interruption during the program. Customer service was horrible. I spent numerous hours with them in trying to resolve. They kept blaming the internet speed as the issue, even though I had 18Mbps service. I never had any other issue with other online video service such as Netflix or You Tube. I even replaced my Router. Finally, when Yupp TV customer service could not resolve my issues, they will not refund my fees even on a prorated basis. This does not happen with regular American subscription services.
Yupp TV Experience was so bad that I decided to take the loss and go back to Dish Network for my Indian TV Channel Subscription.
This company really has a long way to go on technical capability and customer service.

Yupp TV - very slow service... lots if buffering
I have a yupp tv malayslam hindi package. The service is absolutely pathetic. Streaming is very slow and there is a lot of buffering. I cannot watch anything without buffering. Now Iam stuck with this for 6 months. Will not recommend to anyone
