Recently I was exploring an option to sign up online Hindi channel site. I came acrsso Yupp Tv, looked interesting and I thought I will register and sign up for the service.


When I clicked on the offers and then Subscribe. Then the Register Now page opens up.


This is the page I get. Once the Register Now screen, it doesn't tell you what to enter, other than the Select Country option. I entered different information to move forward but no avail. I guess they just lost a potential customer due to the web error. Hopefully, they can read my blog and fix it.

It WAS great, but NOT ANYMORE

I am a user of YUPPTV since 1.5year. IT was great for year. Since last 6 months, there are many issues with them.

1) Support got careless, no follow up or update after opening a ticket.
2) I opened a complaint about MAA movies screen flickering 3 months ago, no resolution yet.If you watch it for 15min, you would get a headache, dizziness. I have been calling them ever 2 weeks but still no use.
3) Yupptv App became so slow that it takes atleast 10min to open and then the TV turns off. This is not at all the problem of TV as i confirmed it with yupptv support agent too.

Overall. Its not a good service like before. I am planning to cancel the subscription soon.

Absolute worst customer service

The absolute WORST customer service of all. They have been overcharging me for the last 8 months. When I noticed and asked for a refund, they acknowledged but didn't do anything about it. I am sorry, but if you don't value your customer, they are going to your competitor. I would suggest all yuppTV current customers to re-check and make sure they are getting charged appropriately.

Terrible Billing and Refund system

After one year subscription they started charging me $20 a month with out my consent. They should have not renewed my subscription after 1 year. I subscribed for 1 year and did not like as it has same movies every week. They said they can not cancel yearly subscription. Why can't you cancel the subscription and give me the refund? Why should I pay for the whole year if I am not watching it at all? Is this fair? In USA, I did not see this kind of terms anyware.

Increasing the prices every year @renewal for same package

I been using the YuppTv since past couple years and I have telugu & Hindi gold value package every year, when the time comes to renew the prices are increased. Since past 2 years I been compromising and agreed to pay the increased price for same package.
And the YuppTv customer team will call and followup to renew the subscription and the moment when I ask them to renew they will come up with new prices. This does not make any scene and its so ridiculous to pay more with same package.
Please stop increasing the prices for no reason during renewal period for to continue with the same packages and please stop robbing from people for no reason.
