Next month charges before current month membership expiration

I have received 1st shock of the new year in the form of yupptv recurring charges on my card even before my subscription ends. i was on 6 months plan earlier and now a monthly highly priced recurring payment has been charged. I spoke with the customer care in the last month and they told me someone will contact me over the phone a week early before my subscription ends and that didn't happened. WORST TV SERVICE WITH LONG CUSTOMER WAIT TIMES. Unable to cancel my service online and no one picks up customer service line. I will never recommend YUPPTV to anyone.
