racist products
There are more people on food stamps now than with any other President. That's not racist, it's a fact. If Obama has
his way we would all be on food stamps and completely dependent on the government.

Artists and designers beware
Have to completely disagree. I'm an award winning artist and have several store fronts at Zazzle. IF you know what your doing loading quality files, IF you don't steal other peoples art and try to pass it off as your own Zazzle is a very FRIENDLY and HELPFUL place for artists. Sure it may take a day to get back to you on an issue. They have millions of designers your not their only concern - have some patience. Follow the guidelines and rules and Zazzle is an amazing place for artists. Don't let this person persuade you not to try and make money with Zazzle. (Hey, since I've been there, within a year I became a Silver Pro-Seller and am quickly heading to Gold.)
How do you do that:
Good quality images and products.
Marketing - Marketing - Marketing!
Have fun bringing in the checks every month!

pleasently surprised
Their printing is AMAZING! Bright, crisp and lovely. I always get Christmas cards from them and get rave reviews from the people I send them too! Thanks for putting a POSITIVE "complaint". :)

Takes 12 days to receive a simple card
Yes, they can make a big fuzz over the most simple item. Shipping time can be extremely long and the shipping costs are very high.

This company appears to be in serious need of an audit on their trading practices
Totally indifferent company to deal with, they just don't care. My first order is definitely my last. Placed order on 9 Dec and it didnt arrive until 29 Dec and was only shipped from Middlesex, UK. They were much quicker in taking the money though. Disgraceful and not an honourable company.

Online fraud
I ordered two bumper stickers from Zazzle. I thought they were way overpriced. I received the order and simply thought that I would never deal with them again. Today I found that my credit card was billed for $9.95 for a "Black membership." I called to complain and was stunned by their convoluted "explanations" - I persisted and was transferred to a "supervisor" who again tried to convince me that I had agreed to purchase this "Black Membership." (Evidently this is hidden in the "fine print" somewhere on their site.) I made my point that their website clearly states in big letters right at the top "100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED" and that since I was NOT satisfied, i demanded a refund. I was told that my information would be forwarded to their "Finance Department" and that I would hear from them within 30 days. When I asked to be transferred to the "Finance Department" I was told that the "Finance Department" does not accept phone calls. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with my credit card company. I will persist in my efforts to receive a FULL refund.

The worst website to order anything
Customer service information has always been listed on the site. If you would have clicked the "contact us" link you would have seen their email button as well as telephone numbers, hours of business etc. This information is also in the order confirmation email that you receive, with links to track your order from processing, production and shipping.

Never order anything from this website, especially if you need it in a hurry
If you received your package on Monday then you DID get it on time. They (zazzle) clearly specify Business Days which Saturday is not. Taken from the zazzle.com website " Domestic Shipping Services
Zazzle offers 3 easy shipping options for orders shipped within the US. You can choose from Express, 2-3 Day and Standard shipping services. If you need your order ASAP, Express shipping will deliver it to you in 1 business days from the date of shipment (after manufacturing). Please allow 2-3 business days for our 2-3 Day Service, and 4-7 business days for Standard. Available shipping options will vary depending on the product type, quantity ordered, and address type." Also "Shipping Explanations
US Domestic Shipping Options:
Standard Shipping: Packages will be delivered within 4-7 business days after the manufacturing of your product. Standard packages may be delivered by either UPS or USPS. Accepts PO and APO or FPO. This shipping option comes with tracking.
2-3 Day Shipping: Packages will be delivered within 2-3 business days after the manufacturing of your product if ordered before 3pm EST. 2-3 Day packages will be delivered via UPS and does not accept PO boxes, APOs or FPOs. This shipping option comes with tracking.
Express Shipping: Packages will be delivered 1 business day after the manufacturing of your product if ordered before 3pm EST. Express packages will be delivered via UPS and does not accept PO boxes, APOs or FPOs. This shipping option comes with tracking."

credit card fraud!
I purchased a t-shirt from them using my debit card. The same week my card details were used for around $900 purchases but thanks God my bank denied those and issued me a new card. They obviously have empoyees selling out credit card details, beware and don't use this service!

Black Membership Scam
I agree they are complete Rip-Off artist. A month later they billed me again for a service I never ordered. Customer Service said there is no way to give me my money r via credit card but will give me credit for a future order. Yeh like I'm stupid enough to use them again.

Artists and designers beware
I totally agree. Zazzle just sent me a ton of e-mails accusing me of stealing my own work, but they don't say who filed the complaint and what work I copied. I don't know any artist's work that resembles my own. I have won many TBA's and don't need to stoop to stealing. Yet they took down my designs without having the courtesy to ask me about the accusation. This is unbelievably rude and inconsiderate for a company that made 80% commission off my paintings for many years.
I have multiple saved versions documenting the stages by which each painting was made, but Zazzle never bothered to ask for proof.
The mass of e-mails they sent me actually accused me of multiple crimes without explaining why.
Absolutely disgusted.

Artists and Designers Beware
I, too, am an angry Zazzle designer. I’ve been with them since 2011 and have won many awards for my products. Recently, I received a ton of emails notifying me that several images used on products for my Roaring 20s collection “contain content that is not suitable for printing on Zazzle and/or Zazzle’s brand partners” and would be removed without further explanation. These were simple public domain images of gangsters! I was shocked since there are, at last count, 1,887 products with images of Al Capone, for example, and 34,033 products with other gangster images on Zazzle! They also said that an image I created myself was a copyright infringement, which it isn’t. To add insult to injury, they also removed products I created from public domain images of 1920s artists with the story that they “contain an image or text that may be in violation of an individual’s rights of celebrity/publicity”. The worst thing of all is that they will not respond to my inquiries or to my email providing links to the public domain images. So in the end, hundreds of products were removed in one fell swoop. My Roaring 20s collection is decimated and there is, it seems, nothing I can do about it and that infuriates me.
