IT'S A BIG SCAM...I began bidding on a 25 dollar Exxon gift card...each bid cost 60cents...However, there were two individual bidders that was driving up the price...both individuals bidder at least 50 times each...that means each of them spent 30 dollar/person plus the actual cost of the card when the auction is over...THAT IS WAY OVER THE 25 dollar cost of the card itself...ITS A BIG SCAM...DO NOT FALL FOR THIS WEBSITE!!! I checked if this was true on several of their auctions...and it was the same Tactic!!!
Zbiddy is not BBB accredited...I did however used Quibbids and won many things there...and that website is BBB accredited!!!
When I tried canceling my account, they gave me a hard time, trying to offer me various things to keep me on board!!! BE STRONG if you cancel your account...THEY WILL OFFER YOU ALOT!!!

This business is nothing but a scam! It is just an avenue to rob Peter and pay Pay. I was also scammed but not yet through with them even though it's almost been a month now. I will make an official report at the end if nothing positive happened.

Zbiddy scam
zbiddy is underrated. I had an issue with one of the products I bought and the customer service I got was incredibly friendly and helpful. One thing most sites suck at today is service - look at facebook and google, where you have to dig and dig to find their contact information. I've seen complaints about zbiddy, but if people have issues they should contact the site directly. As for the site itself, the auction format is fun and engaging and theres a pretty wide range of products and gift cards. Make sure you read the fine print though - when you create your account you're also purchasing a bid package.

Zibbidy - Run Away
Do not bid on the Hotel Cash Cards, after 4 attempts with customer service I finally got my code and website which offers the hotels. I tried to activate the card three times with no luck yet. Beware 165,000 hotels both here and abroad sounds like a lot but you are only able to get those hotels which participate and only 3 stars and above which are pretty expensive if you only looking at a place to sleep. I also compared there choices although I could not book BECAUSE THEY HAVEN'T SENT ME THE CODE - oops. Anyway you can get everything cheaper at the Priceline.com site versus where this card allows you to book. Buyer beware.

Hotel Cash Cards hidden terms of use-false advertising
Thankfully I only spent $35 on 5 Hotel Cash Cards connected with Priceline worth $335. My first attempt at booking was a bust. Even though Priceline offered hotels on Nantucket Island, MA, Cash Cards did not....
Second attempt - looking ahead to a stay the night after Christmas in Portland Maine....5 nice hotels offered - great rates....nothing popped up to tell me I had to stay 4 nights to use a $100. cash card. Under Terms and Conditions, deep in your Card Activation email, it says that you will be notified of minimum stays when you activate your account. Well.....hardly true...As I said, it just advises you to read the terms and conditions...And when bidding on these cards in the first place you have no idea you will have to stay 2 nights for a $25. card, 3 nights for a $50. card and 4 nights for a $100. card.... If I could afford3 - 4 nights in a hotel, I wouldn't be on ZBiddy!! DO NOT BID ON HOTEL CASH CARDS!!! LIVE AND LEARN. THERE IS NO FREE LUNCH!
I complained after my attempt to book on Nantucket and suggested there were tricks to the plan. Meaghan in support took gret offense at this. I just sent her another message repeating that there are definitely tricks.
I may continue to use Priceline.com but NEVER through Z Biddy again.

ROBBED
I decided to try my luck and placed bids on Ebay. They asked for my cc number, so I provided as I thought everything was legitimate there. They took a payment for the thing thaT I did not even win, in the amount of $100.00.
I am still arguing with the seller and Ebay to give me back my money.

The company performs fraudulent business and did not let me use the gift car that I had won and had all right to spend when I wanted to. They blocked it and asked for money!

ZBiddy
Zbiddy does not live up to it's offer. After getting $100 to sign up, which I did not realize I was even doing and called to complain they offered me ten $10 gas coupons. I have seen 3 returned to me in about 8 months. They give you a timeline which I have followed to a tee but the fourth cheque has not come in the last 3 months. I bought a cash card for hotels and when I went to use it I couldn't activate it. Do not sign up with ZBiddy!
