So many things

Return Policy
I purchased a jacket for my 14 year old daughter on 12/01/12 for Christmas present for the price of $94.49. My daughter wore her jacket last week 3 days and 2 out of the 3 days the zipper split. I am under the impression after talking with customer service that the store should refund my money until Jan. 31, 2013. I phoned the store and spoke with the Manger on duty, Amy. She was extremely rude and unprofessional from the time she answered " what's up" on the phone. I explained the situation 1.) bought it for my daughter for Christmas 2.) zipper keeps splitting 3.) asked for a refund. She stated she was unable to do that because I didn't have the tags but, I have the receipt. I clearly think that this policy is not consumer friendly nor does this make me want to shop at your store again.

Watch return
My brother went to Zumiez on 11/23/13. He was looking for a new watch and found this gold one. Well he tried it on and it fit perfectly so the sales rep told him oh it fits you so well this watch is meant for you, the sales rep put it in the box and he bought it. When he got it home and took it out the packaging he realized there was a scratch on the watch and the time was already going. H told me he wanted to return it because of the noticeable nick. So I said ok I'll take you as soon as I get a chance to. So I finally had the time today 12/4/13. I went into the store and said hey I want to return this watch. Samantha takes it out of the box and looks at it for a least 3-4 mins then says to me we can't return it because there is a scratch, the time is going, and the size has been adjusted and that lowers value. I said that's how the watch was when we bought it. The scratch was there, the time was clicking, and we never adjusted the watch band. She said she can't return it and I would need to come back the next day to speak to the store manager. I don't have a bunch of free time I do work and going back and forth to do a return is ridiculous. She definitely didn't look closely at the watch when she sold it to me she literally stuck it on the counter then shoved it into the box. But when I come to return the watch because of defects she insults me by indirectly calling me a liar. Obviously if I had seen the defects I wouldn't have purchased it and if she's not closely examine ing the watch during sale then she doesn't know the condition. We don't sale used watches?! That's crap, that watch was worn prior and the watch was adjusted by the previous owner and now I'm stuck with some crappy watch. Thanks so much Zumiez. I will never shop there again or refer anyone to your store. Guess someone else has gained my business.
