fraudulence
Don't use this medical support! This company is a pure scam, they already robbed many people and there is many negative reviews about them. They took money from people and never deliver purchased goods and there is no chance to get a refund from them!

Poor Communication
My doctor prescribed a TENS machine for my knee surgery. The machine arrived far too late to be of any use to me. I placed many calls relaying this information along with my request that neither I not my insurance company be charged for this. Incredibly after three weeks of calling, I did make contact and was told that I and my insurance company would be charged for this machine which I have not even opened. Do NOT do business with this very poorly run outfit. I will be relaying this information to my surgeon so that he finds a different medical device company to work with.
