TAKING CHIPS
Zynga support has gotten terrible. I was in a Texas Hold em 2 mill buy in for a sit & go and lost connection the other night. I tried to return and was denied as the site was under maintenance..I lost the 2 mill in chips (buy in...) very frustrating,
I submitted the issue to Zynga and got a courtesy response stating their logs didn't show my game and to take a snapshot in the future??? Then was redirected to a link that was old and gone.
Frustrating especially because we buy these chips...Anyone else have this issue and why aren't we being compensated back?

Previously, when I just heard the news about the behavior Zynga unfair to customers who, I thought the story was just exaggerating. but now this has happened to me, I was so disappointed and very annoyed that Zynga has taken my chip (DOH) to three consecutive times for no apparent reason, when I was playing follow the rules, this is clearly an injustice done Zynga to me ... Zynga try to explain how this could happen ?????...

zynga Poker is no goood, they should be taken out off the net. Last tuesday I was playing and when I stop playing I left in my account 120 plus Millions, now that I want to play I have 1, 100 chips. How can this happen ? This is the second time that it happened, so people out there don't play in zynga poker.

this site is such a fraud. too many programmer for fake chips. they do nothing about it. if you complain too much all of a sudden you cant win a hand. worst site ever!!!

Bought 200 dollars in chips. Lost a 120 million in chips tonight within the hour. Don't have any clue where it went to. Called Zynga's customer support line and only got comptuer message saying please refer to our online support for help. Yeah, big help there. This is their number if any one wants to try...1-800-762-2530. If any one wants to file a class action lawsuit, you can count me in!

how to block Zynga ip public, not the player id? during this ZYNGA always block the public ip, should have the right steps to block id is the player who committed violations, id he is in blok.input is received for the good of the service Zynga..

how can the public ip on the same block facebook? supposed wisdom facebook id is block a player who commits an offense, so the player who commits an offense can not keep playing zynga zynga poker ... I hope to open a public ip is on the block and make a more prudent policy . thanks

Im pretty disgusted with this game! and i have so much to complain about!
i had my account suspended about a year ago! everytime i tryed to log on it never said that i had a permant ban just said that i had to contact zynga for reactivation. so i did and they said they i had violated the terms of service .. So i make a new account up and i got up to 194m! i then got hacked . i stoped them before they got anywhere, the next morning i log on and i had a message from zynga saying i had to pay the MAXIMUM of 1 million chips, so i did so! and they took the whole lot, i then contatced them, and showeed them the proof that i got hacked, they wouldnt listen, and wouldnt give me my chips back! .. iv recently asked for reactivation off my old account as my other one keeps getting hacked, and i know it wont be before long i get my account banned ... they have said no! its perminate but my mate was banned for 3 weeks and he asked them to reactivate it and they did! im really angry with this game and thinking about going to the pappers about it! iits like zynga bans everyone who has bigs amounts of chips!
also, find it abit funny how you can contact a live agent at any point in the day, and how come the number doesnt work for the hotline thing .. Your just a scamming bunch of people!

I had 158 million chips stolen from me and zynga says they cant verify that they were stolen, but reading all the comments from people having chips stolen i think zynga is doing it as customer support does not want to help their customers, i had chips stolen before and they could verify then why not now.zynga just wants their customers to buy more chips as if nothing happened.THEY ARE JUST BULLSHITING EVERYONE SO THEY DONT HAVE TO HELP ANYONE!!!

I recently was contacted by them and they told me the same thing they told you..I totally agreed with what you said...Zynga can now go f*** themselves and eat their fake chips for all i care. Play their games but DO NOT PURCHASE ANY CREDITS FRM THEM PLAY WHAT THEY GAVE YOU. By doing this we all can help cut part of their revenue they are making frm us.

i visit England a lot every time i arrive back in Canada u take my chips, u took over 2 million l,ast time n i never got them back when u fix my account...mow arrive back to Canada from England and u steal my chips that were over 3 million that i paid for and when you correct this issue again i be out of pocket for my chips and the money i paid for them...if i dont get my chips back in my account soon,i will make the biggest complaint to the news papers to the Better Business Bureau and everyone on facebook ...this seems to be a issue that a lot of people have,i will also never play any zynga game again and tell other people on face...i dont want to hear accuses i want my over 3 million back this time [email protected]

chips stolen while playing
I record my chips total when started to play. I put the amount of chips to play and I won on the first deal 5 mil. and when I get it and total it to my total gross it was less by 900000k . and this thing happen all the time . And for me buying chips this is not good it's like robbing me. I hope zynga poker security or who ever is responsible for this department can make it right or else I.m going to cancel my account twit this to others playing poker at zynga
