Refund My Money
I signed up for the trial product but noticed today that I have been charged for Pure Collagen Care and Lift and glow Pro which I did not authorize and do not want.
the cost billed was $89.41 How do i get a refund.

I signed up for trial of products for $ 7.99 which i didnt authorize and they have now taken $84.71 from my account and i have recieved no products which i do not want how do i get a refund and stop them from going to my account again.

I signed up for a trial offer for $2.14. Thought it would be a nice stocking stuffer for my wife for Christmas and if she liked it she could order more. Just got a Mastercard bill and I have been billed for 2 shipments: 12/21 for $89.78 and 1/5 for 93.38. I did not order this stuff and do not want it. Want my money back. Can you help?

I ordered a trial portion of this product for $6.44. I thought it would make a nice stocking stuffer for my wife for Christmas and if she liked it she could order more. I have since been charged for 2 more shipments: $87.71 on 12/9 and $93.96 on 12/24. I did not order it and do not want the product. Would like my money back. can you help?

I ordered samples of antiwrinkle serum from Argan and Juveneu but before I had finished it, they sent me more at the cost of $90.07 and $90.29 respectively. You can't write or email these people, they can only be reached by phone. I phoned and said I did not wish them to send any more of their product but by the following month, they had and these amounts were taken from my Visa.
Now on my Vista statement for Dec 21st, there is an amount of $94.63 taken and the name shown is liftandglowpro.com.
I DID NOT ORDER ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY. Are they affiliated with Juveneu and Argan? If so this is a total scam. I have now had to contact Visa and cancel my card because of all this.
It is total fraud and I wish the Government would do something about it before other people are taken in.

Do not order free samples from Juveneu or Lift and Glo Pro. They will automatically charge $95 monthly to your credit card.
To stop billing from recurring, email [email protected] and [email protected]; tell them to cancel your membership and include the date; give them the last 4 digits of your Visa and tell them they are not authorized to make charges to it. Once you have done this Visa will be responsible for any future charges.
I would consider launching a class action suit against these fraudsters if I knew enough people were affected.

I have been trying to cancel the lift and glow product as money has been taken out of our account without our say so for the past 2 months. we have tried to contact them for the past 2 months with NO success and NO reply...I would also as many others like a refund of 2 months worth of 89.41. We have now had to contact our bank and cancel our visa card to insure no more money is taken from us. That is a bit harsh when they will not reply to emails and abide by what they say. CANCEL AT ANY TIME. They are a rip off....

Juvenue and Lift and Glow pro
I signed up for the trial product Juvenue and noticed on my bank statement a discrepancy of $88.40 plus $1.77 Foriegn Exchange rate, so I sent back the mail unopened and asked them to stop sending me this product. Unfortunately they have not complied and I rang the numbers given with no answer.
Ladies I have now closed down my credit card and will be issued with another as well as sent a complaint to "A Current Affair".
Please do the same as me and we can see if we can stop this happening to others.

I spoke to a representative of Juveneu and asked to cancel my subscription, (in the middle of December last year) which thy said they would. Now, not only have I been billed for the product but have been billed for lift and go as well of which I did not order.

Rejeveneu and Lift and Glo
I ordered the free sample and keep getting billed for product x 4. Received 2 out of the 4 'shipments', i.e. received the
Rejevenue but not the lift and glo.
Had to change my credit card number to stop this from happening, but have still lost hundreds of dollars.

I ordered a free trial which I returned but had 4 payments taken from my account by juveneu when the bank did stop these payments eventually then lift andglow pro took a payment of £60.00 without authorisation these companies are all associated and only way to stop them is to cancel your card or have it blocked by bank- Jeveneu, liftandglowpro,hydroxtone, are all conected and how many others ?????

I ALSO SENT OFF FOR A FREE TRIAL OF JUVENEU AND ABOUT 4 DIFFERENT COMPANIES WERE TAKING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT.SMOOTHAND NEW SKIN, RELIFTXS, LIFTAND GLOW, AND JUVENEU WHICH WAS THE ONLY COMPANY I RECOGNISED THEY MUST BE PASSING ON MY CARD DETAILS TO OTHER COMPANIES. I HAVE CANCELED MY CARD AND MY BANK IS NOW AWARE OF THE SITUATION. THESE COMPANIES HAVE TAKEN BETWEEN THEM A TOTAL OF £468.45 OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE SENT E-MAILS TO THEM AND HAVE TELEPHONED THEM BUT THEY ARE NOT THAT BOTHERED,JUVENEU HAS SENT ME AN E-MAIL BACK CANCELING MY SUBSCRIPTION AND SO HAS RELIFTXS WITH A PROMISE OF A REFUND FOR $149.30 DOLLARS WHICH I HAVE YET TO SEE, DO NOT SEND FOR A FREE TRIAL OF JUVENEU IT WILL COST YOU DEARLY, AND IS DIFFICULT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

I had ordered ARgan and juveneau for trial basis. The juveneau billed 2.13 to my visa but since then it has been liftandglowpro for 89.16 or more with exchange rate for the last 4 months. I have been returning them as soon as I get them at the post office.
When I called argan to cancel, it was cancelled.
However, liftand glow says they don't have a refund process. It does not really say this in the terms and conditions. So they will not refund my visa. Not only would they not offer any way to recompensate, she asked if someone else in my family would like to take over the account, and then if I would like to try another product!!!
Buyer beware.

i ordered samples of lift and glow products and revivagenix skin repair systems and find that they have both charged me for other products that i did not want or order.this comes to £88 from revivagenix and £144.53p from lift and glow.how does one get this money back?

ordered free sample and have tried to cancel within the 14 day period that they state that you have to do but the phone number they have just keeps ringing out and I can't seem to contact them,they have since taken money out of my account anyone got any ideas how to stop this mob

I order a trial sample and now my credit card has been charged without my authorisation. I want my money back, and how in the world do I stop them from taking more money from me. The first sample was free, I think, but they hav taken about NOK 2700 from my account !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Today I ordered free samples of this products. I just paid with my visa when I read the "little letters" of their conditions.....
I called them immediately to stop the order of the samples .... I asked them to send me immediately a cancellation by email but they did not do it. You can't find any email addres on their website so the customers have less chance to contact them. This way of doing business is not correct. Now I blokked immediately my visa card and prepared two letters to send to the UK. I hope they will stop everything before it is to late!
Such a way of doing business has to be punished. This is my vision.
