LIFT AND GO PRO
Placed an order for the trial gel and cream - when I received the items I expected a leaflet giving details of the items - but nothing enclosed. The padded envelope had been posted from Eurobase Fulfillment Ltd in the Czech Republic.
Checking my banking I see they have taken an amount of £1.95 and then an amount of £84.71 - my bankers have taken this matter over and the fraud office of the Bank are now dealing.

lift and glo pro
I ordered a free sample of this product and only had to pay for the post and packaging or so it said at the time. They have billed my credit card £84.71 for june then £89.99 for july. I did not authorise this and its a big scam they are defrauding the public and something needs to be done there are so many complaints who is doing something about this. I cant believe that once someone has your card details they can help themselves to money every month ther is something really wrong here.

charged for goods that i did not order and have not recieved
I was contacted by my bank this morning and asked if I ordered lift&glow pro which i had not. they refused that payment of £84.71. then we noticed that they had already taken two payments of £84.71 on August 29th for which i have not received any goods. nor do I want to. I just want my money back. there is no address that i can write to and when i tried the phone number on the trial bottle I cut off before I could get any satisfaction. my bank have agreed to stop any further payments, but I really need the money they have taken as I only have my state pension to live on.

Unauthorised money taken from my account
Lift and glow - I placed an order for a trail lift and glow pro product and found myself in more or less exactly the same position as many others This is a scam and I had to troll the net to find out more about this company, I managed to find the 'so called contract' where this company automatically sign people up to, after they apply for a trial.
The contract states it will take dollars but takes GB pounds, using the same account details you’ve given them to pay for the £1.99 trail offer. I cancelled my product on the day I had an email from the company saying "they'd already sent the product...." only to discover from my bank statements that they'd taken the trial period, a further payment for £87.71 and another payment for £89.66. My bank had to reissue my cards because it’s clear the company could go on using my card to unofficially withdraw funds from my account.
I contacted the company customer service after I’d sent email after email asking how much they’d withdrawn from my account, and they’d ignored this question. On the advise of my bank etc I made contact and couldn't believe when a Asian chap responded to my cancellation request that my cancellation was ‘so many minutes too late to cancel’! Furthermore he tried to negotiate with me, saying if I didn't pursue or insist on the return of my third payment he would reimburse me my second payment but only if I agreed to forfeit the other payments? Was he kidding, that’s my money his company had taken without permission and he was trying to make a deal with me!!!! I told him “no way”…
He also got very fearful when I told him the conversation I was having was being recorded and said he couldn’t talk to me anymore unless I turned off the recording..... Very dubious and suspicious way of customer service, don’t you think?
I could go on but my advice to anyone using this company is ACT WITH CAUTION, I contacted a variety of agencies including the police fraud squad where an investigation is being undertaken......
Be careful people and don’t be taken in by this…..No skin product is worth the amount of anguish and problems I’ve had to go through…..Watch this space.

Unauthorised money taken from my account
Like the last person who made a comment about this company, I placed an order for a trail lift and glow pro product and found myself in more or less exactly the same position. LIFT AND GLOW PRO
I recently ordered a trial size "NO RISK" 30 day sample of LIFT AND GLOW at a price of £1.99 for post and packing.
My first warning was last week when an email from the company based in Prague was flagged up as fraud on my computer.
This email was to confirm that my product had been shipped to my address.
On further investigation by me it seems that thousands of customers have been tricked into believing that they are only paying for P&P, however this company then sets up a recurring payment using the card details given by the customer and then takes £84.71 per month from the customer's account.
When ordering the product initially, the company does not ask, has the customer read their TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
HOWEVER, when you do finally spot the "small print" it states that you have 14 days from the original order date to decide if the product is right for you.
If you decide it is then do nothing and you will be charged the "low rate" of only £84.71 for the bottle received.
Approx 30 days after this, you will be billed £84.71 plus £4.95 P&P for each month.
They say that you can cancel by contacting their customer service team.
I managed to speak to the company's customer team who said that other than contact them by phone to cancel, I need do nothing.
I didn't believe them so rang back again to be told that I need to return the item to their address in PRAGUE using Royal Mail tracking service and ring the customer service dept, to confirm that the item has been returned and give them the tracking number.
I have spoken to my bank The CO-OP) this morning who have been inundated with complaints from their customers who have had unauthorised amounts taken from their accounts.
My bank have a dispute team and will be monitoring my account daily and if this company should attempt to take any money then this will be stopped and any money returned to my account the same day.
We shall see, I hope that everyone reports this company and we can prevent anyone else being conned.

Lift & Glow
I got a call from my bank this morning (Sunday) to say Lift & Glow were taking over €200 from my credit card account - so I've been had too feeling very silly I thought I had only signed up for the 'free sample' and the shipping costs, now I have to try to contact this company and 'cancel my subscription' and reclaim my hard earned money, but surprise surprise I cant find an email address to contact them at. Lesson learned the hard way.

LiftandGlowPro
On 28 January 2014 I placed order 1680989 for Lift and Glow Pro TRIAL and order number 1681011 for Lift Serum Pro TRIAL, for which I was invoiced for two amounts of £1.99 to cover postage and packing.
These items were received at the beginning of February. I then went away for a fortnight and had no internet access on the Hurtigruten cruise ship Midnatsol.
After returning home I saw another envelope on my doormat from Lift and Glow Pro, also known as Juveneu and Hydroxtone - and presumably other names.
On 27 February my Barclaycard statement arrived, which showed that on 12 February my account had been debited with two amounts of £84.71 instead of the agreed £1.99. This Barclaycard statement also showed that two additional payments of £84.712 had been taken from my account on 27 February.
I posted this packet back to the merchant with copies of my emails to them which demanded a refund of the unauthorised payments they had taken from my account. The Post Office gave me proof of posting and their tracking service shows that the package was delivered to the Czech Republic on Friday 21 March 2014.
Other telephone numbers listed in this company's emails to me are:
