lied about subscription
This is a scam all the way - once they know it is a disputed claim they can either sue you or let it go. If they do send it to collection - tell the collection agency it is a disputed claim and then call your attorney general and submit a complaint.

free trial period is not free
AuraVie ia s scam!! They offered a free trial period to become acquainted with their skin care line of products. If you would not like something within the trial period you can cancel it and they would not charge you. Their products weren’t very good fom my skin and I decided to cancel their rfee trial period, but they chardeg me about $100 and customer service was so rude and unpleasant.
Safe your skin, time and money!

lied about subscription
CAUTION***BEWARE: AuraVie offered a "Risk Free Trial" sample of their skin care product. There is nothing written on either the email order confirmation or the email shipment notification about any future credit card charges. We discovered one credit card charge of $97.88 about 2 weeks after the initial shipping charges, and another $97.88 charge a month after that. When I called AuraVie they were unwilling to give me a complete refund even though I offered to pay all shipping costs. One AuraVie supervisor actually called another AuraVie rep an "idiot". He also wanted me to send him an email stating that I have not and would not file a dispute with my bank. He stated that he would not give me a Return Authorization number until he received the email. He also stated that the Terms and Conditions next to the box where you enter your credit card information have not been altered. I have proof that they charged me a different amount than is now listed in the current statement. They also charged an additional fee for "11 Free Top Selling LifeStyle eBooks", "eBooks Processing Fee". I, TOO, WAS SUBJECTED TO VERBAL HARRASSMENT, THREATS, INTIMIDATION, ETC. IF I DISPUTED THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

AuraVie Skincare aka, Bunzai Media Group, Inc. I have a dispute with this company as well. You can call the Better Business Bureau in Colton, CA at 909-825-7280, or file a complaint using this link: http://www.bbb.org/us/Find-Business-Reviews/name/auravie/92324/ There have been 93 complaints filed in the last 3 years; 87 of these complaints have resulted in the consumer’s complaint being “answered and satisfied” (which may mean if you file a complaint they are more willing to refund your money). There have also been 766 inquiries of which only a handful (single digits) have been satisfied. A BBB employee told me they are aware of a pattern developing. They need more complaints filed in order to downgrade the company’s rating. You can also file a complaint verbally via phone (takes about 5 minutes) with the FTC at 877-382-4357. I have also called my State Attorney General’s Office and they directed me to a website to download a complaint form.

ripoff
I ordered The Aura Of Youth "Free" trial package for a 30 day trial from an airline magazine. It was mailed on the 30th of January I received it two weeks later at the post office (I live out in the mountains and only go to the post office every-other week) I took a before photo and two weeks later an after photo...NO changes at all. The company has attempted to charge my bank account $97.88 for the "free" sample. I am humiliated and embarrassed that I was taken like this...I am 61-years-old and need all my finances. What a scam...It was a "FREE SAMPLE" (samples are tiny) and not worth 100 dollars. I never gave them authorization to use my bank account.

their free trial is not what it seems to be
Their free trial is not really free! I was charged almost $100 after ordering their risk free trial. When I called them - I found out that I had to cancel this membership in 10 days, but it wasn't written anywhere when I was ordering the trial! Scam!!

Was not satisfied with their products
After ordering a free sample I received it in a week, but then they had sent me another box, and charged me $100.00! I did not try out the sample yet, and did not want to order anything else until then. When I did try the product, I was not satisfied with it. I sent the second box back to them.

did it their own way
I am very angry at this company, because when I ordered the product I did not know it would take 10 days for it to arrive. I cancelled the order same day. However, they actually took the money from my account, and sent the order. I received it on Christmas and there was nothing I could do. I lost $100 and the store was closed till after NY, so I was unable to send it back!

instead of free trial charged me in full
They have advertised a free trial of their products, so I signed up and I was suppose to pay only shipping costs. But later on I found out that they took $100.00 from my account. I am very disappointed. Will never deal with them again!

unauthorized charges
This company is just another Internet scam! They overcharged my account for about $90 without any notice and reason. I tried to contact them many times but it seems that they don't have any support service and I was unable to get my money back. I had to cancel my account to prevent other charges. Be careful!

100% scam
Buyer, beware! AuraVie is a total fraud! I purchased their free trial product and they overcharged me $100 without any notice! I tried to contact them but their support service doesn't so there is no chance to get a refund, only through bank services. I also had to cancel my account to prevent other charges. Don't allow them to fool you!

defrauded, unauthorized purchase charged to my bank account
i was drawn into this scam by a flashing ad while playing scrabble. nowhere did it say this would be a recurring purchase unless i cancelled the trial. i learned the hard way not to get involved in those deals but trusted this since there was n such follow up attached, so i believed. i paid the s&h and the package came very quickly. this was to be a month's supply but i cannot even imagine to go past a week with this. 2 weeks later i find myself overdrawn in my bank and charged this 97 bucks by auravie calling it a recurring purchase. well, i never agreed to a subscription ever! since i have been sick i have not even had to thetime to try it. i reported this incident to my bank as fraudulent activity, auravie a letter asking for refund and will go up the ladder with bbb to ftc if necessary! these deceptive, fraudulent practices must be stopped. i already had my credit card bank call me to change my account after a foreign bank tried to tap into my account, now this in my regular account! if i want to pay this amount i will get something from a reputable source not this!

AuraVie - They told me it was a free gift
AuraVie is an unscrupulous company. While accessing the UPS website for retires employees, I was asked to take a survey about UPS’s services, after completing the survey I was offered to select a free gift from a list of products. Thinking it was a gift from UPS I accepted the offer.
A month later a charge appeared on my credit card; which I’m now disputing.
AuraVie refuses to accept the product back because they do not to have a return policy. They offered me to reduce the bill from $98.00 to $59.00 if I sign a document agreeing not to write negative comments about the company; I refused.
This company should be put out of business because of their dishonest way of doing business.

Auravie
When I went to Bank of America link, a survey came up about the BA. Just 2 questions. I filled it out, then they offered me a PRIZE. As far as I know a PRIZE is something free for filling out the survey. I paid the shipping. Then they charged me $98.00 on my card which I gave them to pay for the shipping.
I am waiting to hear if they want their stuff back, it is not a good product anyway. The point is a PRIZE is something for free or won, and I am going to keep it.

AuraVie scam
I decided to try their 3-in-1 trail for $4.95 Shipping and Handling. After summited the order with my credit card, I saw that I had 10 days to cancel or would be charged $97.88 on a continuing monthly bill as a subscription. I immediately called to cancel, but the only option was to send it back (at my expense) or be charged the whole $97.88, if they did not get it back unused in 30 days. The information was rattled off very fast, when I tried to get it repeated, I was then informed I choose to cancel the subscription, and keep the product but pay for it at some reduced price around $40. This is a company no one should deal with.
