Scam

I was offered a "free trial" of their products providing I paid for shipping, for which I supplied a CC number. Product arrived on Jan 6, 2014, and later that day my card was charged $97.88. When I contacted the company to dispute the charges I was informed that the product was shipped on December 18th and the "free trial" period had expired. The fact that I never even had an opportunity to try the product was "not their problem."

Aura Vie

I was also a victim of the Aura Vie scam where they offered to send me their skin care product for just the cost of S&H ($4.95). I took that offer, then they charged me the full price for the product ($97.88).

I read a report by someone else who was scammed by Aura Vie in the same way, and that person suggested reporting the company to the Better Business Bureau in Los Angeles, CA. I did that. Here's the problem. I logged back on to the BBB web site and saw that the Aura Vie company has an A rating with the BBB! I don't understand how a company that has had over 137 complaints filed with the BBB in the past 4 years could have an A rating.

That's why I think everyone who has been scammed should log on to the BBB website and file a complaint. Their web address is: http://www.bbb.org/los-angeles/contactus

Auravie

Ordered FREE sample & then got charged on my credit card for 97.88. The credit card company notified me as this was an unusual charge on the account (Thank you Bank of America) They tried to call the Auravie on my behalf but said the lines were not working due to the storm. I tried for days to get them on the phone but every time I called I got dead air & then 3 beeps that
sounded like a busy signal. I finally got them today & couldn't believe how bad their customer service was. I was made to feel like a liar...all they kept saying was that I had passed the date (whatever that date was, I don't know). They were cold and sounded like they were reading from a script. Have not tried the product but even if it is fantastic I still would not deal with their company. There are many great products out there.......most times it's customer service that will keep you coming back. I am one very unhappy 68 year old women.....Louise

Auravie

I was filling out a K-mart survey and after that they say I can choose a free gift and only need to pay the shipping fee. I chose this Auravie product and they charged me $4.5 for shipping. Then I accidently found out that they kept charging me $97.88 every month for the same "prize". Their customer service refused to make any refund and just hung up on me. I feel sorry for them to work in such a disgusting thief company. How can they sleep at night? I wondered how this kind of company would exist in America and who can protect our customer's benefit?

AuraVie is a fraudulent beauty product supplier

please people don't believe on this AuraVie free samples they are just trying to get your credit card or bank card information to them charge you for something that you did not agree to pay. That happened to me I order a free trial from them and I just paid $4.00 for the shipping; but two week later they took $97.00 dollars from my bank, without my authorization. AuraVie is just another scam and already cheated many innocent people. They have good deals but actually it is not true. they tell u one price and after they charge you more. it is impossible to contact them or get your money back.

Complete Ripoff

I received their "risk free trial" product and thought that would be the end of it. I received a charge of $98 and $97.88 to my checking account that was not authorized. They refused to refund the full amount. I did however get half of my money back and am disputing the rest with my bank. They said there was verbiage on the site stating all the details. Very upset with this decision. I have not used their product and I never will. This has to be a learning experience for all of us...READ THE FINE PRINT.

Deceiving, scam to steal your money

This is the biggest deceiving scam I have ever seen! Do not waste your time even considering this 'free' product or you will loose big money! They do not do their part at all to help you in any way. This scam is set up to rip you off only! They do not send a free trial product, they send full size products and then before you have the time to figure it all out and jump through their hoops they have you by the balls!
No customer service to help you.... They don't even answer the phones. I have reported them to BBB, any fraud departments, banks, credit unions I am connected to, etc. DON'T fall for their LIES! Scam scam scam, thieves, thieves, thieves! Liars, liars, liars! Yes I aM pissed!

charge for a free prize

What a scam. I just got charged over $100.00 for a $4.95 charge for a postage on a prize I won for taking a survey. You phone number is disconnected, no website to get on to request stoppage so product will be returned ASAP if it arrives at my door. This is nothing but a scam and I do want my money back. I am on a fixed income and you people are really crooks. Will go to bank and see what they can do for me in the meantime. Liz

fraudulent billing

was offered free product because I had filled out a customer survey on another item I had ordered. All I had to do was pay shipping and handling on the free product. Like an idiot I used my credit card to pay the shipping and handing. Not too much. Well a month later they tried billing me for a monthly subscription. A monthly subscription of what I don't know. I rightfully disputed the claim with my credit card (citi master card, very helpful) . Now I notice another charge on my credit card. Again for what I do not know other than it shows up as a subscription. I am no longer seeing the girl I shipped the free product to. She didn't care for the product as it made her face red. Now I am reading where they are in the business of ripping people off. How are they allowed to stay in business?
