Worst company and worst service

pls do not buy any products
i ordered products worth Rs 10000 2 months back.. all the time i have mailed them to track the order
one day i got a mail saying they have tied up with courier partner named another shitty company called aramex with their contact number
and no one would receive calls or mail back then one sweet day someone from Aramex will say submit the KYC documents.. once you submit no acknowledgement no responses from them
then they keep on delaying it and one final day they say from club factory they have got an intimation saying to destroy all the products..

pls don't buy from this ass hole f-kin company called - Club factory

i want consumers to be cautious and not to go behind this shitty company.. let us all make them popular and help others to the fullest

Fraud website & app

It is a fraud website, I canceled my order very next day of placing my order. But it's been more than 2 weeks they have not refunded my money. Every time I write a message to their Support team, they revert with same response that they have refunded my money

Big time cheaters

I am so upset that I did not believe in the reviews everybody gave about this company. But now I've suffered first hand and trying to alert all of you to not purchase anything from Club Factory. I had ordered swimming costumes from them trusting their size information but when I received them it was not my size so I requested to exchange them right away but they refused. One of the costumes had a stitching defect that I took pictures and sent them but they refused saying it our styling. It's unbelievable how they cheat like this. I hope someone can take strict actions against the scam of a company they are running.

Highly dissatisfied

The product quality is pathetic and when I tried to return the product I was told by the customer care to pay for the reverse shipping which is approximately ₹4500. I bought products worth ₹2300 and I have to pay double for the reverse shipping which is non refundable. Ridiculous customer service. Never buy anything from club factory, the product are of cheap quality.

About products

I had order 3 dresses , 3 phone accessories and 1 home accessory.... All the products I get on time approx in 18 days... Bcz they are sending their products from the another country that's why they take more time for deliver....If you ordered something on club factory... Than keep do msg to them on the customer care on their club factory app... they will reply within 12-15 hours..And you can get your order within time... And I want to tell you about the products.. they are pretty good.. on this price...

Bags and jewellery

I orderd many things from this app and my order was of Rs.2019. I have paid the amount. I got the message of order being placed and it will reach on 23 september. But after that the app got missibg from my phone unknowingly. I tried to install it again but there was no such app on playstore and after soo much efforts i installed the app through the advertisement. And now it is not reconising my account and showing no such order placed by me. I am afraid if my order will reach or not. And one thing more which is very doubtful is that they didnt ask for your address but only the street. And moreover the costumer care no. Is invalid. I cant even track my order because they didn't provide me any tracking no. I think it is a fraud app. The comments given below the products of this app were also fake. I just wasted my money thats it.

It's a fraud website. It's takes payment and does not give the product. It also takes money with the customer by taking their otp. It's a humble request plzz take a strict action towards this website.

Do not buy from club factory

They say if the error is from their end they will refund full amount along with shipping but that is not at all true. They will stuck you with the most annoying support centre chat window where tey will never except their mistake. Even though you will share product pictures you receive and explaining what is wrong with the product they will still not expect it. I recommend all those reading this not to get into the trap of what they show and do not buy or recommend anyone to buy from club factory ever.

I have a suggestion

Hello guys, I've read all the above comments and I could relate it with what I faced. Once I ordered some products from a site "style Street store" that is SSS and I used net banking as the mode of payment. But my product wasn't delivered on the date mentioned by them. I was badly worried and stuck as they haven't mentioned their contact details anywhere on the website. But kept on trying and found the solution.
I finally called the "consumer court" and narrated the same story to them. They registered the complain and gave me the *docket no.* As a proof and then I drafted a mail to haunt them by mentioning the docket no. And told them that if they won't deliver my product or refund my cash I would soon take the further legal actions.
And to my fortunate on the very next day of such threatening mail I received my product.

Worst experience with club factory...fraud app

The most worst app for online shopping is Club Factory. It is meant to cheat the customers and take their money off. Worst customer service, executives have no knowledge at all.

It shows one product and gives some bloody fake, broken and cheap products. Waste of money and waste of time. I highly recommend friends, family and colleagues not to use this app.

Very quality products are received. Pictures in app showed so great but when I received, I was shocked and regretted with my own bad choice to shop from Club factory. Received 2 products and both stand too bad in quality.

BAD EXPERIENCE - WASTE OF MONEY

I have bought a Chain worth of INR 142 in Club factory during its anniversary sale to avail a free gift by sharing(collecting likes) the products. I have received the product after 1 week of delay than the promised delivery day and the product is so WORST IN QUALITY and of no use. Both the Chain and the free gift are with very bad Quality.

I am highly disappointed with the customer service people as they are not responding. So friends, please don't trust the app and waste your money as the products are very very bad in quality. Those who are using the app on my referral, i am so sorry for giving you trust.

Fraudulent Services Fake People

I'm appalled by the way I'm so far treated by your company reps. It's with ref to my order SO32366245 I made a purchase of almost Rs 5400 plus where one item was missing hence they did not ship the item and instantly refunded the amount of Rs 939 in my app balance which I in turn withdrew. But this mail is regarding my other items which I received in the 28th July and since I was not happy with the items I kept back 2 items and returned 7 remaining items back on the 31st July through prime track courier which was delivered on the 1st Aug at the mentioned address on website of course factory in kapashera New Delhi.

Attached is the screen shot from their website on my consignment. I have tried calling and each day I chat with your office but no body has clarity on my refund. Some are still stating they haven't recieved the shipment and some acknowledge the shipment and say I'll receive the refund soon.

I request you to look into the same as refund my amount at the earliest.

I have ordered a pendent and wedding ring which I have received 02 weeks back after opening the product I have found two diamonds was missing from that ring and also when I have requested back you guys cheated and made me fraud that you guys will deduct 90 rupees for picking up my product back.I should have not trust on you guys also i will ensure that it will go on social media and also will recommend my friends not to buy any thing from your website,cheating customer is your business.I mean we have flip kart and amazon I would have trusted ion them as they don't charge any picking charges and the amount directly comes in bank account.And your fool customer support person is telling me you would have directly courier it to us.So all the best defaulters and will keep posting negative feedback always on social media.and also your customer care people told me if its a error from club factory then there will be no charge

Undelivered delivery

I ordered many things...this one wasn't the only one in which I got worried about the delivery issues ..they don't have proper customer service to which we can share our concerns with.. unlike Amazon...they deliberately cancelled many orders which pissed me off...but in this one, they're showing that it was delivered,but it wasn't actually...I asked everyone in my pg they said they never received any package recently from club factory...I don't know what's going on...is there someone who can help me?

I have placed 2 orders of worth rs.3000.The status was dispatched. But I have not received any product or call from the service provider.When called to customer service I have not received proper response.I personally felt they are fraud toooo because they asked for OTP which relates to debit transaction for amount of rs19999. Even I didn't get my refund amount tooo.

First time worst experience with online shopping

I had placed the order for a earphone. I received and was happy to use it. So I fully charged that and started to use it. Once connected it was showing battery low within just 10 minutes. So I contacted the customer support and they asked me to send the video.

now when I have sent a video there's no response from the customer support

The Worst Online Shopping App

Club Factory is a Big Fraud Company it's App Should be Permanently Banned from India.
I ordered for a White Colour, Shoe Size 9 for Rs-2078 and I Paid the money .
But I got a Size 6 and different Color Size 7 so I asked for an Exchange but the told it is not Possible so I will get my Refund of the same Amount as it is Club Factory's Mistake without the Return Fare.
So I return back the Shoes thinking Club factory will Refund my Amount Rs-2078 but 4 months past still now no Refund & no Response for my Emails or Customers Chat Service.
Please Dear fellow Indians don't get cheated on this Fraudster Club Factory.
