Fraud e-commerce selling site

Brought a product from Club Factory through their app but product was faulty, wait for 50 days for refund and they take the amount in INR but in case of refund , they calculate in USD , and therefore, they calculate in there way and I was received 20 inr less. So the thing is that,after not buy anything from CF and they charge me 20 rs + 50 rs delivery charge and waiting time was 50 says. pathetic customer service, you have to wait 1 hour to received a reply for a single query.i had never experienced that kind of ridiculous , pathetic, fraud e-commerce site. Strongly recommend not buy anything from CF and I already share this with my friends and colleagues and many more and also told them to share this experience to other ,as much as possible.

All the club factory customer care nos.r received by fraud people...we have lost a huge some of money..and have contacted the police for the same...they r helping us...and have also found same case like us in the same city...soon cheaters will be behind the bars

this app and don't buy anything. They take your money in advance and don't deliver the product properly. I have ordered products almost Rs. 6000.5 products were faulty and while returning they charged me 180 Rs shipping charges for 2 faulty products, 1 was not returnable and 2 refunded fully.
Now I got this refunded money in my Club factory wallet but I am not able to transfer it on my account. Because my registed number is changed and they send verification code on registed number for fund transfer. As I have been shifted to other place I have closed my old number.
One if my product is not delived yet. It has been 1 month passed after placing the order. And now I have shifted to other place. My mobile number has been changed. How these people will do delivary of my product? I'm telling them to cancel, they are not ready for Cancelation, instead requesting me to stay at my home till the product is delivered. Useless people usless app.
Their calling number is always busy. You never reach to them. Even on chat you have to wait for a long time and they don't have any proper answers. Attaching chat snaps.

False Information, poor customer support

I have ordered saree for my 1st Anniversary on 7th September and ETA given was in between 11th - 15th September, I waited till 15th and when I called the customer support agent she said they aren’t responsible for anything and I have to wait for one more week, then I had a chat conversation with an executive for 1 and half an hour out of which initial 1 hour I just got only 3 automated responses from him and he also concluded that I have to wait but they doesn’t know when my order will be delivered.

Then I asked them to cancel my order and give me a refund along with compensation they said they cannot cancel it and in order to get refund first I have to receive my order then I need to go to post office and waste my money time and energy and after posting the parcel in the post office I will get the refund within a week. What should I do with the parcel because of CLUB FACTORY I had to change all my plans and I’m damn disappointed with their responses and solution.

Finally after 1:30 mins chat the conclusion given was that courier service is delaying in sending the order. I have asked the courier number and had a conversation about my order delivery she said that they have sent their delivery boy thrice to CLUB FACTORY but they said the package is not ready. This is the false information given by them. Finally I tried sending emails but still there is no response. If they have updated in the App stating that ETA will be late or postponed I would have planned for an alternate option.

I have also attached screenshots of all these details. I would never recommend CLUB FACTORY to anyone.

Fraud done of RS.10 lakh by club factory

Your urgent help is requested in capturing a fraudster who took RS.8 lakh from me falsely .He told he was calling from @clubfactoryapp and his name was Raj Malhotra phone number 8335832836. Please help in tracing this person.
