Did not tell me the voucher was worthless - kept my money

Product paid but never received
I ordered a Royale Diamond Flat Iron through Dealfind but never received the item. Money was paid March 31, 2012. I have tried to followup via your customer service but have not be given any sort of explanation or proof of shipping. In the most recent contact with your customer service they told me to go to Royale directly. Royale told me to come to you. What is going on here? I feel cheated and fraustrated. At this point I would like my money refunded.

not able to redeem vouchers
Hello Dealfind customer department,
I sent numerous e-mail regarding Yummi burgers vouchers I brought. The vendor is not honouring my vouchers when I went to Yummi burgers. Next day, I sent e-mail about my concerns and then I sent e-mail regarding my status. After two months past, I have not received anything regarding my concerns. Now, I cannot able to speak someone in customer department.
Could you please tell me what is going on?

Bought a coupon for a dinner for two for $65 for Il Mulino Restaurant.
The ad said the value was $140. I did not notice that it was a preset dinner
with three choices for each course (apetizer, salad, main and dessert)
I thought you could order from the menu up to a $140 limit.
The food was mediocre and the choices (except for the main course) were
their least expensive items. The total value may have been worth $90 max.
I emailed Dealfind. I was told that in the section "about this deal", it had been
explained. I'm sure that if it had been there I would have seen it.
I think this is a good example of bait and switch fraud.
I will never deal with them again.

Shapewear Bought Never Received
On Tuesday, July 17, 2012, I ordered and paid for a Shapewear Body Suit for $17. It is August 16 and I have not received the merchandise to date. However, the state name listed on the shipping label is incorrect. The name, street address, City and ZIP are correct! Please change the shipping label to read MISSOURI not Pennsylvania.

Dealfind Denis Refund & Declines 6 Requests for Manager
I bought a voucher for yoga classes months ago. Since then I have been permanently injured in an accident & the business won't allow me to take a class for safety reasons. They have told me to seek a refund from Dealfind as they are sure I won't have a problem especially given the sensitive nature of these circumstances. I have explained the exceptional and very emotional situation to Dealfind & asked for a refund for the $20 voucher that the business won't honour. Zuzanna declined my request, telling me to sell it or give it as a gift. Not only is that a callously insensitive response to this issue, it's a ridiculously unprofessional lack of customer service to deny the refund. I have met the requirements stated by Zuzanna: "there is an unresolvable problem with the merchant that prevents you from redeeming your voucher". Since then Zuzanna has declined 6 requests for a manager! I have kept the email conversation as evidence for my next step, The Better Business Bureau. Today I have requested the issue be escalated to Angelina Thomas-Graham, Customer Service Manager. I'm sure she will rectify the situation promptly and prove that Zuzanna's behavior is not representative of Dealfind's level of customer service.

Memory Foam Pet Bed
Pls, note I still have NOT received the Memory Foam Pet Bed I ordered, & paid for May 17, 2012. It's been nothing but an on-going battle to even try to get anywhere with you as a supposed honourable company. I've sent numerous e-mails to you with only one answered stating you wanted to rectify this situation. That was awhile ago now, so far there's been no follow-up whatsoever to date??? I've made serveral phone calls leaving message's at the 1-888-320-6368, extension 259 provided. All I ever get is more of the same, a message saying that person is either away from her desk, or busy with another customer, leave a message, & they would call back. Well that never happens...I've never received a return call??? I've asked for a Customer Satisfaction Expert manager, a contact name, & #...but was just ignored once again!!! I really didn't want to have to take further steps in re: of The Better Business Bureau, or contacting Steel On Your Side...but will very, very soon if this frustrating ordeal isn't resolved soon!!! This whole situation is totally unacceptable:-(

Yes, it appears to take much more time than should be necessary to obtain someone's attention.
It's certainly been much, much longer than 1-2 business days as your Dealfind claims to get back to me.
We assure you we are looking into your case to get it rectified as quickly as possible.

I'll wait for the outcome, but would like to know if the (Memory Foam Pet Bed) from China has been treated with chemicals
which of course we all know are potentially dangerous toxins, which would/could be very harmful to pets. I don't wish for my
dog to become ill in anyway. So, if it smells strongly of chemicals I would NOT want delivery of this item. Instead I would want
a full refund put back onto my visa card. Pls, note, I'm extremely careful and cautious where my dogs health is concerned...with
only feeding her organic food, filtered water, and of course providing her with a safe sleeping environment. The best of health is first, and foremost in my mind...a very IMPORTANT issue for me, and for me ensuring the same for pets.
In the meantime, would you pls, contact Factoryoutlet once again, ask (someone in the know) as to whether or not they can confirm if the Memory Foam Pet Bed has been chemically treated or not???

No Deal
I purchased this deal http://www.dealfind.com/products/vancouver/foc000023?a=37f5ac9f988b on August 02 and the deal closed on August 11. It says allow 3-6 weeks after deal closes to receive product. It has now been 8 weeks and I have not seen a thing? I know that my deal went through, because there are credit card charges to prove it, but never received a confirmation email after the deal. So I contacted the company that put the deal on http://www.livefactoryoutlet.com . . . and their response to me was: "We are really sorry for the delay. We recently had some payment issues with Dealfind and we just solved, we will ship this week. But it will take another about 5 weeks for delivery." When i told her I didn't want to wait another 5 weeks and would rather have my money back, she said I would have to contact Dealfind. Now, it isn't even about the money -- it is about principle and the follow through of a promise to receive a product within a certain time period. Our mail system is NOT that slow that it should take another 5 weeks to get a package to me. And as I type this, I just received another email saying they cannot guarantee that I will receive it in 5 weeks as it is shipped from CHINA!!
Lesson learned -- I have sent Dealfind a request for a refund. they can stick their so called ripoff deals up there butt. I should have known better.

Just contacted VISA and they were kind enough to reverse the charges for what I never received or probably never would have received. If everyone were to contact their credit card company for what they never received at least you will get your money back.

Hi, Re order #120707-183498-001 I purchased a voucher for $34. giving 2 separate sixty minute relaxation massages which had to be redeemed in 2 separate visits (regular price each is $190). Paid on July 7, 1012 11:18am. voucher #9374-6116. I made the first appointment by phone. Arrived at the location inside Steve Nash.Fitness World 1989 Marine Dr. North Vancouver. Staff of Fitness World told me that the Spa was moved out as they were not reliable and not present when customers were coming for their appointments. I phoned the Spa from Fitness World and they gave me another address but the person on the phone was talking in a real sleezy / sexy voice...I tried to find the location they gave me and there was no such address. I returned to Fitness World and staff there told me that angry customers who have been able to track down .. found that the door was locked and nobody answers the buzzer. I tried to call the Spa back and there was no answer. I was advised by Fitness World staff to contact Dealfind and get my money back as NOBODY has been happy with this Spa Company and that they have had to be the buffer for everyone with these Dealfind Vouchers....
Please respond to my email and credit back the $34. which you have received from me. I shall continue to purchase vouchers from you...but this one is a bad one. This voucher expires on January 10th, 2013 but I do not wish to attempt to have a "relaxing massage " by a disreputable massage company. I spent 3 hours on a Friday after work, was very tired, and by the time I got home I was furious with the runaround I was given .. taking me all over North Vancouver in the rush hour traffic.

Bought two orders of these on September 29th and to date have not received my order, have contacted Dealfind on Dec. 3, sent email. I received an email stating that someone would get back to me in two days, five days latter still no response. Tried calling the voice mail box of the merchant and it is either full not accepting any more messages or on another occasion was able to leave a message but still no one has contacted me back. Furious, would like a refund.

I bought this deal October 3rd 2012. After six weeks went by I had not heard anything from Dealfind or the supplier. I would not have heard anything still if I had not contacted Dealfind. They gave me the stock response of "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. This is not the standard we accept from companies that we run deals with. We do go through great lengths to ensure that our vendors are reputable and provide our customers with excellent service. You can continue to rely on us to find you great deals. " Oddly enough they had no further contact with me until I asked for an updated several times...being ignored on about 4 occassions. Then came "We are hoping to get the tracking numbers within the next week"...two weeks go by and still no communication initiated from Dealfind. Then finally "This is not the standard we accept from companies that we run deals with. We do go through great lengths to ensure that our vendors are reputable and provide our customers with excellent service. You can continue to rely on us to find you great deals. " So with all of the double talk and no action from Dealfind, I requested a
refund...two days later...surprise surprise no response indicating that they have initiated the refund to my credit card...so I am not sure of the status...but am not holding my breath on the refund being provided in a timely fashion...My mistake was trusting that this organization was legitimately providing the merchandise to me...but am the wiser now and have no intention of ever purchasing through Dealfind, but will certainly share my story often.

I must customer service is terrible, it's by email, you get an automatic response telling you someone with help you with your concern in 1 or 2 business days. It's been more than week and I am still waiting for someone to credit my account.

I ordered product on August 17, 2012. It is now December 27th and still nothing. I have sent several emails to DEALFIND and all I get is that they cannot refund because product has shipped. It may be shipped but not to me!! I just want my money back. I am tempted to bring sites like this to the media and let them post a few stories about dealfind. I use Groupon with no issues at all. They sent me a link to track the shipping. I contacted the shipping company and they said that the number isn't even one that exists. This is a ripoff company

After reading all of these complaints, which sound just like mine, there has to be a way to stop DEALFIND from scamming us anymore. I intend to contact media but I am wondering what other ideas are out there. My product was only $100 but when you add all this up, there are thousands of dollars that Deaflind is scamming!

I purchased the secret santa and then complained when it did not get here on time for xmas, no one acknowledged my complaint they just said 'good news it is being delivered' what is the point of that when it was more than a week after xmas before it showed up and you guaranteed ontime delivery. Then when we did get it all it was junk. 3 pairs of dollar store socks, a small plug that didn't go with anything, nono pads for something I don't own, the entire thing was said to be worth $300 but there was not even the $30 worth of goods and I paid $30. We left a phone message with one of your executives and not one person has called us. This is an entire rip off and at xmas, you should be ashamed. I want my money back and I will send you your junk. A very dissatisfied customer.

I ordered this deal Sept 29 and have not received them. I emailed in November and received the following:
"There were some delays in processing and shipping orders however, we have great news! The merchant has confirmed that all orders have been shipped. The merchant is currently in the process of acquiring tracking numbers for shipped orders."
Still nothing. I have emailed 3 times with no response. I have phoned the toll free line ext 259 and left messages. I've phoned the toll free line and followed the tree only to be told they don't accept complaints by phone. I've filed with BBB

I have used the above camera outdoors for 5 months until it developed a fault. Rain seeped along side the two retaining screws, which secure the (PIR) motion sensor. Lorex states no moisture or water should enter this area, but also states the camera can be used outdoors?
I am confused in respect Lorex states the camera is suitable for outdoor use, but the unit is not waterproof or weatherproof?
I have followed the setup manual to the letter.

Didn't receive my Deal. Still waiting for a response from Customer Service
In regards to my Order 130102-19623-001 which was purchased on January 2nd 2013. Made note of the request to allow 2-3 weeks delivery/processing time from the date the deal closes. Deal closes January 11th.
Feb. 19th comes around and I have been patient. I sent a customer inquiry form via their website. Dealfind Case #00187284 is created. I received the following prompt response on Feb. 22nd.
"..... Due to the popularity of the deal, there may be delays in shipping your product. ..... We have contacted the merchant to inquire about the status of your oder. Please allow 2 business days for the merchant to get back to us."
Great.
Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. No update. So I email back to ask if there is an update.
Waiting. Waiting. Waiting. No response.
On March 13th I look at the deal and find that the immense popularity of the deal that MAY be creating delays on my shipment is all due to a total of 11 deals purchased. Really??? 11 ???
I sent a stern response advising that due to the delay, as this was a gift for someone for their birthday, I had to purchase a different product and want a refund to my credit card. Of course, as of March 21st, I have yet to receive any further responses.
I am ready to not only file a complaint with the BBB, but also filing a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Services. I will not hesitate to do so if I do not get a satisfactory response to my final request by the end of the month. So I really hope that they get their act together, and someone respond to me with a satisfactory response to my inquiry from over a month ago.

I purchased vouchers for cleaning service and the deal says the voucher will never expire. Then I could never get in touch with the service provider. And now I can't get my money back or dealfind credit because deafind says it passed their refund time!!! I lost more than two hundred dollars.
