Dealfind Canada
Dealfind issued vouchers for two facials at VIP Salon in Burnaby. VIP Salon and Spa never intended to honour the voucher. That constitutes fraud. There is no way the voucher could have been used in time to find out that the owner was dishonest. He would not allow phone calls, and the online appointment calendar to which one was directed had NO openings until a year hence. I scheduled my appointments within the 7 day refund window.
As I was sent (actually from Groupon Scheduler...why is that?) two reminders not to miss my appointment, and I fulfilled my obligation to get there on time, voucher in hand, Dealfind is obliged to refund my money. The "Spa" has NO-ONE able to do facials, as I was informed by the lone employee there. They do haircuts only. Dealfind issued the vouchers, which were useless.

Dealfind/Teambuy
Is anyone interested in a class action lawsuit against this company!! They are changing the rules without notifying their customers.
In the past if a merchant went out of business before the expiry of a voucher then you were offered a credit in deal bucks. Well I tried to use a voucher well before the expiry and guess what! The company has gone out of business and Dealfind/Teambuy will not issue me a credit because it is past the time that they allow for you to use the voucher. They seem to change the rules to suit themselves without notifying the customer!

Service Provider
I ordered three vouchers worth $39.00 each for a spa day at Glow Academy. There was no expiry date on them. It specifically said - No expiry
When I tried to contact the salon, more than 10 times there was no response. I left several messages but was not contacted. I contacted Dealfind several times and the only reply I got was that since it was past their refund period they could not return my money.

Service Provider does not respond
I 2013 I bought 3 vouchers at $39.00 each for a spa day at Glow Academy which had - No Expiry - on them. When I tried - several times - to book an appointment, I got an answering machine and nobody called me back.
When I asked for a refund from Dealfind, I was told that since it was past their 30 days refund policy, they could not do anything. So now I'm out $117.00
