We not recommend to invest in any Urban developers Lahore projects like Central park, Grand avenue, I.T towers because many of our clients which invested in their projects are really much abusednfrom Urban developers Lahore (central park) Lahore, of their non developement works. As For last six years no real development, It is better not to buy in any Urban developers projects, as you might have to wait for another 7 years!!! If anyone is too much tempted, perhaps Central park ferose pur road Lahore is not an options to invest as almost 10 years passed since its launching.
Urban developers are just cheating and gathering investements from innocent peoples, we are eye witness for their many cases .If you are also a victim then join hands so we can file a case against Urban Developers, Central park ferose pur road Lahore, Against Tahir Javed...

EDEN prjects? Infact we should call EDEN MAFIA, They are the gangsters, robbers and have really bad repute in Pakistan. My sister had a plot, her installment was 2 days late and eden cancelled her plot without any notice.
Now since I have discused the legal side if I could take action against eden. I have been told, they are MAFIA, they have links with judges ETC but people should be aware of there repute before they decide to book anything with eden.
If you have a plot in eden, you must obtain terms and conditions which ( EDEN DONT PRVIDE )
Also LDA approved site plan showing your plot and stamped by EDEN.
I would say, STAY AWAY from this DR AMJAD Mafia and his team eden mafia.

Don't Buy any property from Eden
Eden is just collecting money and not delivering the houses. My friend brought a house in Edenabad three years ago, paid all the money but possession has not been given yet. So, don't be cheated from Eden. Eden Garden houses also delayed. It supposed to be delivered last year and the site is just like fields no development, no roads, etc….

I have tried to reach Supreme Court of Pakistan through Human Rights Commission of Pakistan but of no use. Does any body know any other channel to bring this to notice of Chief Justice of Pakistan, may be he takes a suo moto action against these culprits, land mafia and gangsters. Please share if you know of anything.

Eden Residencia Phase II
Eden housing have charged 66% of payments and instalments due for the Eden Residencia Phase II, but still no site plans and plot balloting or allocation. They keep making excuses for non allocation of the plot and non delivery of the site plans. I think it time to pull out and cut my losses unless someone can come up with a way for me get my money back from theses thieving bastards known as Eden Housing...

I also booked house in edenabad and payes almost all the installments and i suppose to get possession in 2008 but i believe nothing is happening.I am living in rented house and spend all my investement with this house but eden group is a big time cheater fraud.Whats the best way to get our money back?Filing a case is not so authentic solution as the cases take much time.Im a poor person may Allah help us all amin

We also bought two portions in Eden Abad upstairs and downstairs 5 Marla Scheme paid 33 Lakh up to today no posession. We live far from Lahore every time we come there we stay at hotels and still waiting for completion which was due in 2008. How do people sleep? do they not hae any fear of ALLAH swt.how they can live with this. I feel so sick i don't even know how to say it. We bought the house so we can take our father there because he was under treatment we had to drive 300 miles every time to come to Lahore. Now my dad passed away RahimuALLAH! but still they are not done. Is there any Law in this country.

I am also facing with them same problem, , working in saudi arabi, , booked house in smart homes almost paid all only three instalment remaining, but their is nothing yet, , much worried using rent house, , saving money from salary and paying them installment, , , they are doing very bad, , if some going to put complane in super court i will be with them, , Govrnment pakistan will not do any action ag them, may they are partner with them, , very bad Eden Housing, ,

Eden - Another victim
I am another victim of Eden Fraudster - I booked two house paid in full except for the last installment for one of the house. for me nearly Rs83 Lakh stuck with these bastards and there is no one to listen !!! I have visited the site nearly every 6 months and every time only few people working on the site ....
we have been ripped off by these fraudsters ...

I am living in qatar .i booked home in eden dream homes of 10 marlas.i have all my documents with me. they promise to deliver home with in 3 and half years it was 10 year project.from 2008 i m paying till now.now i know that they are fraud. they are just getting money and doing nothing the are just putting in their own pocket.i am really very much disappointed.I already pay 34 lac.i had wasted my 5 years who is responsible for this.time will not come back.who can help me .me and my sis we booked 2 homes.but now we need our money back bcoz they are asking for more money and doing nothing. dont trust on eden it is the name of fraud.they are very bad in ramazan as we suffer may god they suffer more then any one.

Eden housing now offering refund for edenabad customers. I am not sure if the fulfil that promise either. It is a hearsay that they have sold the project to some body else. Eden Abad is never going to be completed. Those keeping their hopes alive should take some action.

I booked home in EDEN ABAD in 2007, we paid lump sum amount in one cheque at the time of booking that were around 18 lac rupees. But in response they gave us nothing, now they are demanding more 10Lac rupee otherwise they will cancel our booking. Plot cancellation or delay in deliverance
I have come to know the problem of cancellation of plots by different societies without any notice or on the basis of discrimination or etc. I am offering free legal advice on these issues against such mafias. This type of actions by societies are infringement of fundamental rights of public which are guaranteed by our state constitutional. There is clear cut law on these issues which not only make them bound to give plot or pay back full amount with cost and with special compensation. if anyone have such problem feel free and contact me.

I live in uae ,booked a house in eden dreams homes at ferozepur Lahore in 2008.It was a five year project and they were suppose to give the position in three years .My dad spent all his investments with this house which is more than 35 lakh rupees in 5 years.Despite giving the payments they threatened to cancel the possession without giving any notice and every time my dad asked the eden builders about the house they said building process is going on and extended the time for possession.Quarrel was very often and if the payments were late they threatened to penalize us with payments.All they did is demanding money in five years and did nothing.I have spent my life in UAE and always wanted to have my own house but now all those investments which my dad worked so hard for just for having a roof in pakistan is gone ,eden have been holding my money they should have delivered it.kindly please help me

Here I would like to speak on behalf of all Pakistani Expats who are not only the most loyal nationals but also one of the major source of our Foreign Currency Reserves. I believe that many of Pakistanis like me have invested in this Project with the dreams that they will be able to built home before they return back to their loving country. Many of them also have their scheduled plans which are tied up with the education of their children who completed their higher education here and now need to be shifted back to Pakistan for their further education.
Unfortunately, EDEN has messed up all of these peoples dreams & plans. After having all the money even development charges in advance by force with the threat of plot cancellation if its not paid, and deadline of Project delivery within 3-years time starting July 2010 which is now exceeded with 9-Months over - NO SIGN OF ANY DEVELOPMENT ON EDEN RESIDENCIA PHASE-II SITE CAN BE SEEN UNTIL NOW. Most of the time, their office numbers are not being responded to the suffering customers, in case its connected then to the wrong numbers. Personal Mobile numbers of the authorized contacts in EDEN Residencia are most switched off OR not picking up the calls.
IS THERE ANY BODY TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER OF SUFFERING OVERSEAS PAKISTANIS THERE????????? HOW CAN YOU GUYS GRAB THE FOREIGN INVESTMENTS IN PAKISTAN IF SUCH MALL PRACTICES WILL BE CONTINUED - TRUST ME NO HONEST PERSON WILL INVEST IN PAKISTAN WITH ITS TRUE LOYALTY WITH THE COUNTRY, IF PRESENT GOVERNMENT WILL NOT CONTROL SUCH BIG MAFIAS IN PAKISTAN.

I am another Prey of Eden Housing Fraud
Here I am, another victim of this big mafias. I have already paid full amount plus the development charges of a house which suppose to be delivered four years back. I am an overseas Pakistani who invested in Pakistan for my poor parents who do not have any house in Pakistan to live in and paying huge amount of rent for a small house. It was a dream for them to live in their own house which never came true because these stupid huge mafia galloped all of my hard working money. I tried to approach them many ways but whenever I called they had an excuse of delaying the project. Now here I am helpless, regretting for the day I took decision to invest in Pakistan. I am a working woman of three children and it was not easy for me to give the house installments but, somehow I made it for my mother who is now widow and need her own house to live in.
I am seeking help to get possession of my house, I came across this website and found it little helpful. Please advise me how should I proceed to get the possession of my house?
