Eden Housing Fraud and boguss Cheque
Here I am, another victim of this mafias. I paid full amount plus the development charges of a house which suppose to be delivered 6 years back. I am alaso overseas Pakistani who invested in Pakistan but again will lost trust on our national companies.
Three years back they gave us 24 cheques to get our money back in 24 installments after 5 years use by them. But these cheque also boused wiyhout payment.
We can only pray as there is no Law enforcement in Pakistan and try not to trust Pakistani builders in future. May Allah save Pakistan from these corrupt people and ask the people in power who are answerable to enfore Laws.

Eden Residencia another demand
Dear Fellow, i paid full charges for Eden Residencia now Eden is asking to deposit 10 Lac more as depreciation amount and get the possession after two weeks. I come across different agents that it is still another fraud of collecting additional amount from victims.
Does any body has any information of this new demand

Yes they are asking for more money n not delivering...
Sir they are asking more money like 10 to 11 lacs for 5 Marla plots and they are promising possession in 15days. They are not delivering or giving possession to anyone because they don't have a land for that and the land they are showing is already sold. They are biggest liars and fraudiyas... So try to get ur money back or file an case against them in the consumer court or that's would be a good idea if all effecties go together and file an case against Eden residentia in Supreme Court.

In Januay mid 2017 I went to eden housing office and they are demanding for more 10 lac rupees more and they give me a letter of Modgage plot, and said we have alredy developed the area, while I visit the place there is no development till now, so they are making now another fraud, because they knew here in Pakistan no one help the effecties. our government is useless, and every one knew how Mr. Shakeel make a fraud and no one get his right,

Victim of this propostrous fraud
I am a victim of this disgusting fraud by Eden Housing. I am an overseas Pakistani working at a low wage. I initiated investing in this project in 2009 for a 3Marla house+plot. I was only a couple installments short for completion when I found out about this dreadful fraud. I cannot believe my eyes. What sort of disgusting people are they? It is just unbelievable, inhumane and wrong in every way.
Now they have 'agents' who are promising full possession of my plot for the price of 1.5Lakh Rs. within a few days. I did go to Pakistan and inquire of this devastating fraudulent project, but no progress was made at all. Absolutely nothing other than verbal promises.
I don't even know what would it take for me to claim my plot that I've paid non-stop for without a single delay for 3 years of my life. I don't even have a home of my own in Pakistan. This project was my only hope of getting a decent house to my name.

Eden Just ### Up Our Lives
I don't know from where I should have to start about what I have in my mind about Eden FRAUDSTERS who ruined the life of so many people who earned their money with hardwork. I'm also the one of you guys who is suffering with the same situation. I'll not feel ashame to share my urge and feelings that how I'm crying while writing this review here. I am living in Dubai since last two years and earning a small amount of money every month and with that amount I really not able to buy a plot even a smallest plot. Actually I don't have parents anymore. In my mother's life she decided to buy a plot with her pension from government which she got after 42 years served life to give education to child. Someone recommended us to buy a plot first in Eden Society. We paid almost full amount of plot but still they didn't give us the possession on plot and with the passage of time my mom in 2016 and my dad passed away already in 2008 that's why I came here in Dubai to work and earn my bread and butter. Now I'm always thinking that it's impossible that I'll spend my life again in my own house. May he I'll die in Dubai or somewhere else with having a dream that I'll get my own house because eden is a BIG FRAUD and they are never gonna give us our plots our dreams. ALLAH HUM SUB KO HOSLA DAY. AMEEN

Eden Garden- Ext. Block-B
NAB is active to take action against eden housing scheme fraud. I also had booked a 05-marla plot in 2010 and all installments had been paid in time but still no any sign of any development or possession at subject cited. I shall request to all effective persons to submit the application online complaint form at the undersigned website:- www.nab.gov.pk
Last date to submit application, 30 April,2018.

Salaam....
I have also booked a house of 5 marla in eden meadow b block ferozpur road lhr.. I already paid 80% but there are no one...all the higher authority people are run away from Pakistan..I think that I have lost my money because there is no power who bring that back. I pray to Allah to help me.

Eden Garden Extension Block "B"
I'm Muhammad Abid Rashid. I have booked two plots 3.5 marlas in Eden Garden extension B Block in June 2011. I have made all the dues clear including development charges before time, but received nothing yet.
It was too much difficult for me to make payments at that time and the currency value was far much better at that time. So, my request to concerned, please take the serious action against Eden Owners and make sure their promise fulfilled immediately.
I am waiting rapid response.

Eden Lahore Took Money and Did't delivered Plot
Aslam o Alikum I am also victim of eden .I booked a plot in eden garden Block B Ferozpur road Lahore.Contact number is also closed. Now we are very disheartening.
So it is very clear that Dr. Amjad did Billions rupees Fraud via Eden Housing. Our Govt. should arrest him immediately and recover the amount of fraud. it is requested to Govt of PTI, please arrest it and take immediate action and made payments to Eden affecties of all projects.
