Where exactly was that picture of your view from your Malibu facility taken? We look forward to your lawyers correspondence and have all the facts come out in court - I was willing to let this drop and just take it as a tax write off. Looks like you want to enter a new forum where people like Dr Joan Larsons and Lyle Murphy will be disposed along with many patients and staff. You have now threatened me in a public forum.

We have decided that it is in our best interest to have a lawyer contact Eric for his slanderous statements on these posts - such as we have committed fraud etc.. We exhausted ourselves back in February 2011 working with him and then demonstrating to him that we had fulfilled our commitment to him - ergo; provided the services we were contracted to do. We will no longer post additional posts here as it resolves nothing, we have hired an attorney to help us with this matter. Anyone who found themselves here that were considering coming to our health retreat (we are not a rehab!), please contact us so that we may prove our position here- it would be in your best interest as we have truly helped thousands of people and I have endorsements from some of the top physicians in this field. Don't fal for it Eric - she has no leg to stand on here and she knows it. Impotent idle threats of a lawyer, see it all the time online. Don't be fooled, she can't afford to have her business examined closely in court. BTW Kirby - Genita comes off as the seriously ill, mentally unhinged person on this thread.

Paul - you really do crack me up and thanks for the suppoort. She does sound desperate - she also knows I know way too much about her other patients who have reached out to me and her former partner who would be disposed. If she wants to sue - fine - but her civil suit will quickly turn in to a criminal suit and she will be exposed with situations she can't deny. She already took down her picture of the view from Malibu but I have it printed out and saved - I don't think it ever existed. New Mexico has no record of any licensed facility and a good friend is very close to the govenor. I feel sorry for her in some ways - I real professional would be focused on their patients, not their ego - they would also admit when they were wrong. Common theme here from so many patients I have talked to is that if her methods don't work - she blames the patient as it can't be her fault.

She is in total violation of HIPPA laws - I told my story as I speak the truth and not embarassed that I have taken bezos as prescribed, don't drink and just wanted to safely get off them and manage the protracted symptoms. But to openly discuss another patients mental state ( or make claims about mine - I've never even met her nor were any of her tests performed before she took my money and decided on a cocktail - all things that you can buy and your local health food store) is a violation and she is not a medical doctor.

What is not understood is that when a person is falsely accused of something publicly that potentially (though hasn't) hurts a persons business they have every right to defend themselves. If you wanted to remain anonymous you should have kept communication off line, but you didn't get what you wanted when we were negotiating so you went online to try and bully and blackmail us into giving money back that we earned per our agreement. I am not under HIPPA as I am not a doctor and have never claimed to be. We are not a rehab, and have never claimed to be - we are a Health Spa - A Wellness & Vitality Center. Never claimed to cure mental illness either.

First - I have not committed slander - had lunch with our attorney today. He wants to go after criminal charges again now that she is making threats and false statements (He loved the picture of the ocean from her Malibu location and comment that they moved becuase of the cost so they could focus on patients health but then was soliciting for a lucrative business deal in Costa Rica and actually put the dollar amounts out there for profit sharing to the "privilidged" markets.) She is in breach of contract as she not fufilled her contracted $4, 400 6 week program as the supplements she had me take made me sick after 4 days. So - she has no merit but it is her right to sue - but our defense will open the doors to all her records and depositions of her staff and associates (ie: Mr. Murphy) along with patients who are ready to come forth with the exact same story (many much worse as they were in Costa Rica. If the Malibu facility never existed in February of 2011 - she has committed interstate wire fraud. Anyone else who has been harmed by her should feel free to contact me.

According to Genita - she has never abused anyone - it's always the patients fault (I'll send in a private message). Does anyone know where Genita got all her degrees and diplomas - The City of San Francisco asked that question in a hearing but didn't get a straight answer. Genita - can you answer the question? (Again - this is not slander - it's a simple questions that was posed during your hearing and appeared in the newspaper before they pulled Green Medicinces permit to operate in a residential neighborhood).
I would think you would want all to know where and when you got your degrees from?

To all those out there - I have to admit I was wrong. Our attorney went through the contract and I understated what was contracted for. The outpatient program contractually obligates Gentita Petrelli (becuase the money was wired directly to her - not Green Mental Health the following: Medical Intake and evaluation - I did recieve that. (6) one hour sessions with NeuroLinguistics Coach (recieved none) Targeted Nutritinal supplements for 2 months (i Received less than one months supply) Labratory testing of all the neurocendocrine system after yoou have completed detox (did not receive) Consultations with Ms Petralli scheduled at strategic times throughout the 2 months (did not recieve) On-Line support - did not receive) ecopy of Alcoholism: The Cause & the Cure. (I'm not an alcoholic but she sells the book.
So - breach of contract as she did not provide these services. I said refund half my money or continue the program to which she did not respond. So - blackmail???? The big legal question is did she have a facility as she claimed in Malibu and posted on her website in February of 2011 that she said was full with no openings until April (with the pretty picture and all). If that did not exist - and I wired money acxross state lines under the pretense that we would start outpatient and then finish inpatient - well - look up interstate wirefraud as I posted in an earlier email.

After I posted and still - Genita remains in breach of contract for the services not recieved that we were contracted for and the question of interstate wire fraud remains of she did not have a facility in Malibu as posted on her website and contract she sent me. In addition - 3 other people have contacted me with much worse stories of neglect and abuse and her Costa Rica clinic. I wasn't there so I can't verify personally what took place but all there is a pattern of promises that are broken and then the patient is blamed. The sham of saying they moved from Malibu to lower cosst to "focus on patient care" is so ironic when she boasts on a public website of a lucrative deal and then spells out how much money she can make.
The questions still remain unanswered - where exactly did she get her degrees and when? Was there ever a facility in Malibu in February 2011 where the view of the ocean was taken (or is that a decptive trade advertisement) and what is the current address of your California facility? A PO box isn't an address and now she has one listed in New Mexico which the state says does not exist? Genita - would you please answer these simple questions as any professional would? Anyone considering Green Mental Health aka Genita Petralli should check mutiple websites for patient reviews.

Genita - since you won't return phone calls nor emails or letters - can you please provide us a way to send certified mail - your PO Box isn't acceptable. Many have contacted me asking for the same - I do have your home address and since you took the moeny personally (not Green Mental Health) - my atorney can try that route but many posting and calling me would like that contact information so that proper correspondence can be sent and recieved by certified mail.

I was really interested in going to this clinic because I am allll about trying to do things in a natural way.
I actually have had issues with AA and that it does seem so wrong and backwards. I came across a youtube video of Genita in 06 talking about AA and I was completely encouraged. I felt like it made so much sense and that there was hope. I have been doing research on her clinic because I wanted to try it. But honestly after reading all of this I am terrified. From what this person is saying, it sounds like a cross between a cult (think the movie "Beach") and a place where you will be doped up and locked up rather than holistically helped. Not to mention an astronomical price.
With that being said, Genita, I am NOT saying at all that the above is true. I really don't know since I am only a researcher reading these reviews online. And I need to be EXTREMELY THOROUGH when seeking the right place for me, being that I have been victimized as a result of scams in the past. But I will point out that I did really like your youtube videos and even though I don't understand science or ortho molecular healing, I do know that this country eats nothing but garbage and I do know AA doesn't work.
I am still going to continue to do research because I really need to find the right/holistic approach to healing. Do you have any reviews/and or information that people can read in which are positive?

Roofus - you might want to ask Dr Joan Mathews-Larson (just google her name) and Lyle Murphy at Alternatives to Meds in Sedona as possible options and they also know Genita and perhaps can give you insite to her program and also give you other options to consider.
Can I ask where she is offering treatment and at what cost? You might be surprised on the responses you get from people here who have been treated by her. Wish you the best of luck and you are wise to research and also have an attorney review any contract before signing.

One last piece of advice which I had done before I started down this path - you can or have your attorney run a background check and look for things like bankruptcy filings - it might help you decide on the financial stability of any provider.

Roofus = Stay away from Alternatives to Meds as this was also started by Genita Petralli.
Although she resigned last year, I would not even think of registering with that facility.
Just keep doing your research, as you said.
