Fraud
Yes, I have. A full complaint with supporting documents has been filed with the
District Attorney's office in California AND meetings were held with the consulate from the US Embassy of Costa Rica regarding Genita Petralli's illegal activities.

Well - California has interesting laws concerning class action lawsuits - breach of contract falls in one category, medical neligence falls in another and then there is fraud - and if money was wired across sate lines - it becomes a felony and kicked up to Federal Court. What or how did the CA District Attorney's office do - what actions were taken?
The list of people with similiar complaints continues to grow so our attorney says there are mutiple angles that could be pursued. I think the goal of everyone is to get their money back so it could be applied to continued treatment - for whatever conditon.

JUST FYI - we have now filed a formal complaint with the State of California and they will investigate all claims and specific responses and lack of comliance to state and federal law. New Mexico is doing the same as she had published on a public domain that she had a licensed facility in their state yet no records have been found to date.

definite scam
I forgot all about this lady until a ran across old emails and over $4,000 in charges (upfront) and got a box of $275 worth of supplements .....going back to Costa Rico and who knows where she is today but I hope no one else got hurt or scammed by her. The stories and victims list is at least 12 people that I know of who contacted me ...nothing she said was true including falsely advertising her facility that never existed ....I think she changed her name but don't give this lady a dime ..
