Global Visas Scam - Dont Trust Them
i have the same experience with Global Visa. Last August 2011 they convinced me to apply as skilled worker in canada. i said im not ready financially because they are charging me 1800 then i have to provide show money as well. they phone me again after a week and they said i will loose great opportunity if i don't pursue it that time. they gave me time frame of 8-12 months from the time they will debit my first payment. They said all was included in 1800-including visa fee. they also told me if i didnt get any visa i can have my money back
I gather all my documents and a struggle to pay them monthly and when i finished paying, they just said i have to pay for my lodging fee separately. its a nightmare but i still cope just to end the argument.
I visit their office because they are not replying to my emails but they didnt show up.
Just when Im browsing the net I found out skilled worker was closed in Canada. they said they are sorry they didnt informed me. and i have to wait for July 2011 to lodge and they give me another deadline? are they mad?
they are so unprofessional. i said i dont want to continue because im not happy with the service and the time frame they promise had lapse. they said I cannot have my refund..Everything they said was lie just to get money from people. i regret everything.

No visa no fee sham
I contacted GlobalVisas.com (before I read all the bad reviews about them!) and need to let you all know about the current scam being run:
I contacted them looking to migrate to Australia. I was contacted by Ryan Burnett who told me that, since I am a fully qualified electrician, he would refer me to International Employment Solutions (for a fee of £1, 250+VAT) who would endevour to find me work in Australia. Companies in Australia would receive help applying to be sponsors, to make it easier for them to employ me, and I would receive help rewriting my CV as well as help and advice for interviews. I explained that I had less than a year's experience and asked if that would be a problem. He told me that that didn't matter; I had the appropriate qualifications, I would be getting sponsored by an employer and I would get a 457 temporary visa, which is cheaper and easier to get than a permanent visa. I could then apply for a permanent visa after arriving in Australia.
This is not true. Since electrician qualifications are below degree level, in order to be eligible for the 457 visa you need at least 2-3 years work experience:
http://www.visafirst.com/en/australian_business_sponsorship_visa_faq.asp#faq11
This has been confirmed by another agency.
I also asked Ryan to confirm everything he had told me writing so I had a record of what was said. Instead I got a standard email:
--------------------------------------------------------------------
International Employment Solutions.
This solution is unique to Global Visas. We know securing employment overseas is the hardest part of emigrating to a new country but for some it is the only route. That is why we have introduced this service to assist you with finding that perfect job.
How do we do it?
Global Visas solution is simple. In your personal in-depth consultation we can assess your skills and experiences and give you advice on how to bring your dream a step closer. We will explain to you the requirements for working visas in your chosen country of destination. There are lots of different factors to consider and we provide advice on all the issues to watch out for.
We provide you with a certificate of eligibility for the working visa which you are authorised to attach to your CV, you can then apply for an unlimited number of jobs in your chosen country of destination. In parallel with that we will also source employment for you through our network of recruitment agencies and employers.
When employers contact us, your own personal client service manager will be on hand to deal with all of their enquiries and make your dream a reality.
We do not guarantee finding you a job but with the assistance of our employment consultants, we will make every endeavour to promote your CV to major organisations within your chosen field. We will fully support your job application and when your future employer calls, we will assist in the processing of your work permit application.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
If I had signed up to Global Visas I would have lost the £1, 250+VAT and, if they found me a job offer, the further fee required when applying for the visa itself (not to mention all the time wasted waiting for a job offer and then the visa application to be processed). I then would have had the visa application rejected because of my lack of work experience.
In contrast, when I contacted True Blue Migration, I was sent an email simply explaining that I didn't have the required experience.

unprofessional, inexpert, disorganized, slow,
Hi all
I also had very poor service from Global and no one is bothered to respond to my complaints. Today I tried to call the office again and the number just rings and rings. I have been passed on from one useless adviser to another. The last one just disappeared completely not even the guys at the office knows where he is. I have wrote numerous complaint emails this last few months and had no feedback what so ever. I even yelled at them so bad that my boss called me in and asked if I'm ok and still no one even phoned to ask why I talk to their staff like that. This is the worst VISA company in the world. I had nothing but stress since I signed on. All the advisers help you halfheartedly and I now realize that you cant trust them to sort out your visa application.
Please do not use this company they do not care about you at all

Fraudulent business
I would like to know how you fare in trying to sue Global Visas and how much it will cost you to hire a lawyer. I was also taken by them. I have proof of all the emails I sent them trying to confirm what the original slick salesman told me. None of it proved to be true. They do not get you that all important job and make you do all the work. You stand a much better chance without giving them your beleagured budget. Is it worth fighing and trying to get our precious money back? We are in South Africa so an english lawyer would probably be prohibitive with the exchange rate. What if all those who have been conned bonded together and someone represented us all? Or maybe there is some body that can do this rather than throwing good money after bad?

Global Visas steals money
I hired Global Visas to do my Australian spouse visa last year. It took me a while to get everything together. I started speaking to Global Visas Advisors early Jan 2012. Thigs started well but then stopped. Every email i sent was ignored, every phone call i made was ignored. It got so bad i had to hire a new visa company. I then managed to get Global Visas to forward all my documents to the new Company. The new company informed me Global Visas had given me the worng forms so all my paper work had to be re-done.
I have been trying to get a refund for 5 months now with no luck. Global Visas did not work at all on my visa, gave me the wrong forms and gave me false information. DO NOT EVER USE GLOBAL VISAS. Scam artists.

Global visa company cheats
I took the free online assessment to migrate to Australia. Even before I could agree to go ahead with their services they had created a case number. They took an intial amount from me saying we will refund this amt if u do not want to go ahead but after I paid the amount I was sent a contract and it said once u paid the contract u are bound by the contract. I told them I have not discussed anything yet I don't want to go ahead with such a scammed company now they are asking me more money without doing anything. They are cheaters and need to be punished.

GLOBAL VISAS( FAKE & SCAM)
COMPLAINT
I started my free assessment on GLOBAL VISAS website to check whether I qualify for the CANADIAN IMMIGRATION or not. Very next day I received a phone call from customer services representative (SHARMIN) and we arranged a meeting in the second week of November 2012.They sent me a ‘SO CALLED CLIENT CARE LETTER’ and I took it into the meeting to understand all the points. She told me it doesn’t relate to your case and you will get the right one according to the terms and conditions which we will decide. She started discouraging me about the genuine CANADIAN IMMIGRATION although I was eligible for it. In the meantime she started giving me advice about LIVE & WORK in CANADA. She gave me poor advice and was making false claims of success while representing global visas. She told me, ‘securing a job in Canada is not a big deal for global visas as they have very good links with the employers and have their own recruitment agency. We will secure your job and then we will apply for LMO (LABOUR MARKET OPINION).We will amend your CV according to international standards and start searching for jobs on regular basis. You will see the results and if global visas will be unable to secure a job, a full refund will be given’.
Global Visas agreed to charge me £1800 for the full job (Live and work/LMO) and in 4instalments. First instalment I paid them in the office through my debit card of £450 on 23rd of November, 2012 and asked them for the written agreement and receipt as well but nothing provided. Then they gave me login and password to access my account and I ticked the terms and condition to access my account as how they trap their clients to enter into a fake agreement. It was my biggest mistake as it was client care letter and when I read it, everything was opposite as described by the customer services representative ( SHARMN ).I spoke to them personally in the office number of times, but I never got a written agreement for my case. Then they started applying for the jobs on my behalf and they started charging my debit card without my permission and I never allowed them to take payment in any form as it was related to the progress of the case according to my first meeting with SHARMIN.
So In reality, progress of my case with facts and figures was as follows
Total No of jobs applied:
January (09/01/2013) 5 jobs
February (11/02/13) 5jobs
Total No of links sent to me:
January (from 9 – 24) 38
February (11/02/13) 07
More than 60% of those links sent to me were not relevant with my experience, or the positions were outdated or expired. (All related emails attached)
And here are some facts I am going to describe about payment
Global Visas charged me for the work not had done, charged my account without my permission and in advance sometimes more than 2 weeks (providing all the emails sent by me as complain).
My first instalment was due on Sun Dec 23 2012
And payment was taken out on 21/12/2012 (2 days earlier)
And I was unable to use my funds 10 days earlier
My second instalment was due on Tue Jan 22 2013
And payment was taken out on 17/01/2013 (5 days earlier than agreed time)
And again I was unable to use my funds 12 days earlier
My third and final instalment was due on Thu Feb 21 2013
And I was unable to use my funds 15 days earlier than agreed instalment date.
I spoke to SANTANDER all the times and they told me payment has been initiated by global visas so you are unable to use your available balance. Santander can’t stop this payment as you should speak to GLOBAL VISAS to sort this dispute first. So I decided to cancel my card which I cancelled on 20th of March as I can’t trust GLOBAL VISAS any more.
On 16 March, 2013 I stopped GLOBAL VISAS for all the services and hard work which they are providing me from last 4 months as I was totally disappointed. I just asked my case worker about refund policy as I didn’t receive any written agreement and next day she sent me an email regarding to the ‘UNSUCCESSFUL REFUND’ according to the terms and conditions of FAKE CLIENT CARE LETTER which GLOBAL VISAS got ticked by me FRAUDLENTLY.I initiated a written complaint to them as I am unable to speak or see personally any manager or directors, they don’t allow me and they have taken all the payments which is mis- sold of their fake services and fraud on the name of immigration. I got same response as ‘according to client care letter, they have provided me all the services’ and my account is closed.
They charged me around £1620(10% discount) for just changing the format of my CV and 10 applications in reality on my behalf especially no any application from last 7 weeks (before account closed) after the clearance of all instalments. They charged my debit card for the work not had done and without my permission and mostly in advance.
By seeing all the reality which I described earlier in detail about professional negligence and inappropriate services full of false claims of success and fraud agreement never signed provided by global visas to me, I am fully qualified for full refund according to their own so called client care letter.

Global Visas- A Big Fraud
I got a call from Global Visa, London Office from Shruti Newness in Dec'12. She was from same nationality like mine and convinced me into applying for Skilled work visa for Canada. She was ''very professional'' and showed me a fake ''dream picture'' and said global visas will make this come true. She asked for my card details & a payment of £480 taken straight away. The after a month I got my CV/Recruitment pack. I started applying by then 2 more payments were taken (£480 each).
Till now I have applied in more than 200 jobs but now got a response from any employer. My case manager is good for nothing. I always tell her what to do. She never approaches me. When I asked about why I am not getting job they said to wit and then gave me all the crap about the contract that ''they don't guarantee'' any job. Keep applying. I found another of my friend struck with them, from 10 months. The company is a fraud. They are smart and are targeting people who are in desperate need to migrate & find jobs.
Till now I have paid £2000, all gone in vain. Credit card had to be cancelled. I am stuck and have no where to find help.
If anyone know anythings, please help.

Global Visas Misrepresent Facts
I recently went to Global Visas London Office, and spoke to one of their consultants Daniel Ellis during the initial consultation. I required assistance in obtaining my father Persons of Indian Origin visa. I brought all the documents that I had with me and explained to the visa consultant that I did not have the original copy of my father's birth certificate. He then assured me that Global visa's could assist with the visa as they could obtain a duplicate birth certificate from India based on the photocopy I had. They said that they had obtained duplicate birth certificates many times before from India and it would only add a month to the process. They then came back to me saying that they could not get the duplicate birth certificate. As such, the case could no longer proceed, and they would not refund even part of my money. I explained all my facts and even brought every single document I had to the initial consultation and they even looked at these. If they are unable to do something they should not say they can do it. Because had they explained that they could not source the duplicate birth certificate I would not have pursued the visa.

Global Visas Fraud
I am their recent victim. Last May 14, 2013 they debited 800 aud at my fiancé credit card.
May 15, or the next day the alleged case manager DIVINA whom the case consultant RYAN claimed is based in Sydney
Australia but upon conversation she said she is in Cebu. That prompted us to investigate about the
Legitimacy of company. They are actually banned in Australia for scamming several people.
We want our money back that is why we are pressing charges against them in the PNP and NBI.
Please let us not tolerate such act!!!

Court Case against Global Visa
Devastator.sunny..
I started my case against the company in may. Registered with money claim online.
Then I got a call from Jenny Butler (office manager) and she forced me to take £1000 which was 50% of what I paid to the company.
Then my case went to the court and I filed my directions questionnaire, now she is offering me £1200. I have denied again.
Jenny Butler is a very rude lady and when on the phone doesn't let you say or speak anything.
If you are stuck in a case like me, I would advice do not withdraw your case and drag them to the court.
As the company record is so bad you will win the case. And will get back every penny.
If you need information please contact me.
