And secondly sue the company on www.moneyclaim.gov.uk this is a government website and will charge small amount of court fees. But you will get your money + Court fees back from them.

Hello everyone
I got my refund through court.
It was 75% not full as I did out of court settlement.
So go to money claim online and register.
https://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk/web/mcol/welcome
It will cost you £80 and court will send a letter on your behalf to global visas with 14 days notice. In these 14 days, global visas has to decide either to go further or have to do out of court settlement. Definitely they will not proceed further as they are cowards and liars. They will start negotiating with you and I believe if you like their offer, accept it.

Global visas unethical service
Hello there,
This is a management professional who pursued MBA from a UK university (from September 2011 to March 2013) who planned to relocate in Canada for further work experience. So that by the middle of march I searched through online and filled up the assessment form of Global Visas, the next day one of their relocation consultant called and asked me to visit their head office in London. Once I been there after having a long verbal conversation I got introduced with the case manager and was told that I am qualified for the 1122 immigration code (comes under professional occupations in business management consulting work in Canada) where there is a huge job openings in Canada. Subsequently, that made me interested of acquiring their total immigration package which was told of being worth £2000. Though, after few months once the payment done from my end they said the criteria has changed and my eligibility is no longer acceptable and started sending me job links which was irrelevant for the sort of jobs I intend to proceed. While opting for the service they assured me with complete employment solution including job findings, visa processing, individual job advertisement to final relocation assistant, but in reality they correspondingly made false statement and misguided me through changing three consecutive case workers. Whereas, each time I got to know some new information by them which was never told me before, such like globalvisas having collaboration with ixpvisas and furthermore the case would be taken care by using their log-in portal; employment package valid only for 6 months, even though when I double checked for such jobs they claimed have applied behalf of me; perhaps, never found any such authentication or email back from the employer. They never specified how they been doing the job advertisement of my case and also never given the explanation why they didn't inform that the case will be closed by six months. Currently, the case status showing closed where I can’t access any of the documents been uploaded or such complaints consequently I made through using the email service of my case log-in portal. I found the whole system of global visas has created to mislead the job seekers and deceive their money with complete disappointment. In regard, I would request to guide me the path I can get refunded the money they obtained unethically for their worthless dissolution service and wasting my entire year of being unproductive.

My name is JG and I have decided to write this blog because I was
deprived of the services that I paid for as a consumer. I recall the
first time I visited their office and raised the "blog issues" posted
on the web. They said that there is not one Filipino complainant
blogger present on the web. If this will start a revolution, so be it.
I tried the services of ICS Visas Simply Inc. here in Manila in
pursuance of my dream to go to Australia. At first I was assessed and
was really glad to hear the news from the consultants that I got
qualified with a government program. But after my initial payment,
they failed to get back to me in due time. They left me hanging
waiting for weeks just to get back on my inquiries. To think about it,
I was just asking for assistance from my case manager about my log-in
password because
it was not working. For the whole duration of my time being with them,
they changed my case manager three times without informing me at first
hand. As a client, it was a very big dilemma for me, knowing that they
have a problem with their process internally. But if they do reply,
they will just ask for the same documents that I have uploaded before
over and over again. They claim that they tried to reach me on my
mobile, yes they did, but their voices were unclear and will hang up
and never call again. It seems that I wasn't getting any help at all.
Nine months have passed and I have paid for a total of Php 100,000 but
still no results.
I tried to get a refund but instead to be pacified, I was mocked by
one of their famous associates on blog complaints, Mr. Ethan Moore. He
told me that even I pursue to sue the company it wouldnt do any good.
This has been an eye opener for me and I hope that this will raise
awareness for all Filipino clients who will still get their services.
Their consultants are all really good, but the way they handle their
client's cases, they really do SUCK.

Disgusted with Global Visa's - DO NOT BECOME INVOLVED WITH THEM IN ANY WAY!!
My partner's application has been a long, drawn out process. Although there was some delay in getting our documents together, we have rarely been guided on what process to take. We were directed to fill out an 'out of date' version of the application, which my partner brought to their attention. My partner also inquired about an increase in immigration fee application, & was told by our case worker (at the time), we've had many, that she wasn't aware of any increase. She went away & checked & said she'd forgotten, but she was aware....hmm. No one at Global Visa's seems to knows the answers to many of our questions, & whether their answers are in fact true, is debatable. If you have cause to complain about anything, most customer service officers are not able to shed any light on solving any problems. We have both spoken to supervisors at different times, & none have given us any joy at all, seeking to skate around questions, & use excuses, stating we haven't been co-operative!!!
Just this morning, I spoke to a female CSO. After listening to a quick version of our circumstances, she attempted to get a supervisor to speak to me, but was told it was not possible, as she was too busy. I was advised to send an email, which we know will be useless, as they often go unanswered! I became frustrated, & raised my voice. The CSO began to sob, & I felt dreadful. She said she understood why I feel this way, & was becoming more distressed. I advised her to get another job, as she was too caring to work there. She actually said she would, which is a good indicator of what this company is all about. All they do is take you money, & run, doing as little work as possible, & giving people false hopes for their future. Unless you wish to live a nightmare, DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH GLOBAL VISA'S - also known as IP Visa's as I was told today.

My case manager was INSAUF. These guys are a scam, They will take your money and not respond to your calls...I applied for a spousal visa to Migrate to Australia because my Husband is Australian. I paid 15,000 Rand in 2010. My documents were all up to date. And I have too many documents to be refused a visa. Towards the final stage to submit my documents, they asked for an extra 3000 Rand before they can submit my documents. I told them that I will pay the extra 3k after they documents were submitted. When I refused to pay they totally stopped picking my calls. I went to their office in Strand but was tossed like ball through all the offices after waiting for a long time I had to leave. Thats how my money was gone. They don't belong to MARA. PLEASE BE WARNED!
