Closed captioning
Closed Captioning has not been available on Hallmark Channel for 2or 3 weeks. Have you discontinued this option. I have hearing loss, and even with my hearing aids I cannot always understand the actors. I would appreciate your looking into this. Thank you.

Background too loud
The excessive level of your background (noise, music) has become annoying and unbearable. Please for the sake of your future and our hearing, please tone it down!

Irritating!!!!
My husband is a huge fan of these incredibly irritating movies. There are so many things wrong with these movies I don't know where to begin. First, the music is too loud and usually the person can't sing. The children all sound like chipmunks and their acting is horrific. But mostly it is the sexist attitude that is pervasive in all the movies that gets to me. Women fall into two distinct categories: Grade A bitches who are far too full of themselves, working in big cities or hokey country girls with names like Annie or Willy who drive either a classic car or pickup truck that breaks down frequently, and then untimately forsake the farm life for the first hunk that comes along. The only acting ability required is to be able to scream at will or show their incredible ignorance. Every problem can be solved by just the right man. Christmas movies are played year-round. Can someone please get these movies to stop??
