Poor Quality for the Price
Recently purchased yoga pants for $80. Wore them twice to yoga. Noticed a small hole on left pant leg that is beginning to run. Very disappointed in the material and even more disappointed in the store no return without tags even though I have a receipt policy.

Insulting to customers return policy
I paid over $100 for a bag the day before xmas for gift. They left the tag with the price on. In a rush I cut off the tag the night before xmas when I was wrapping it as it had the price on it. I did not read the fine print details in my 14 inch long receipt that said no returns without tag.
Then when I tried to return it, 5 days after xmas, WITH THE TAG but cut off, they would not take it back. What is the difference if the tag is cut off or not? It is a small think nylon tread that attaches it. What does it matter?
So insulting. I will never shop there again. I have two daughters and have spent $1,000s there and will never spend another dime.
They have created a x customer that now hates them as a company. I will be telling all my friends about this. Posting it on Facebook for hundreds of connections and on Twitter for my thousands of connections.

Nonexistent Quality Guarantee
Purchased parka for my daughter for $398 Christmas of 2014 to last for college. I did the same thing for two older daughters but North Face parkas. They lasted for 7 years without any problem. Not so for LULULEMON PARKA.
They say that they guarantee their quality and will refund if customer is dissatisfied. Brought the parka to the store and spoke with clerk and store manager. They claimed that the frayed fabric (poor quality) was wear and tear from a purse being carried. Wow!!!! So ladies don't purchase a $400 coat expecting to also use a purse when you wear the coat. Beyond ridiculous!!
I am reviewing here but I am not finished pursuing reimubursement or replacement (as if we would really want another LULU product)
After spending significant money on products for 3 daughters, 2 son in laws and husband....I am done! Athletica here I come after telling everyone my story.

Bad customer service/return policy
For Christmas I purchased over $1000.00 in Lululemon products. Leggings, tops & jackets. I paid all full price before Christmas.
Christmas Eve I was doing last minute shopping. Found a jacket but the size was not on the floor. They found the size in the back but there was no tag. They gave me a tag for a white jacket vs. a black jacket. My daughter wanted to return the jacket and tried to get a gift card in Burlingame store. They told her they could not give her anything since the tag said white vs. black. The store made her feel like a criminal. I went back to the SF store in Westfield. The return was past 1/8/17 and it was reduced. All they could give me was a gift card for the reduced amount! I said I paid full price! Sorry it is their policy to rip people off.
I hope the products last awhile but based on the reviews I am not so sure. I see a lot of negative publicity and unfortunately people will buy their products since they have established a name brand. Just like Nordstrom if they don't listen to enough customers they will lose business.

Good luck on returning anything
I got a jacket as a gift from my daughter. The tag was $128 and she included a receipt. Since I knew the store was high end, I was assuming I could easily exchange it since it was too small for me. My daughter is in San Francisco and I am in WA. She brought it for Christmas and I wasn't able to get to the story until later. Little did I know that the window of 30 days was long past. When I went to the story with the jacket, tag and receipt intact, I was told that I could only get credit for the current value of the jacket, which was $89 at that point. I found a similar jacket that was $118. She told me that I would have to pay the difference of about $30 to get it even though the original jacket was $128. I was in shock!!!! I had to pay additional money making the gift over $158! That is robbery!! The receipt would prove that $128 was paid and they would only give me $89 and take $30 more dollars. This seems illegal. I'm sure it has to be illegal. Now I'm stuck with a jacket that doesn't fit. I heard that if you try to sell it on Ebay, they will stalk you and ban you from shopping from their site in the future. So they leave no options but to have sour customers and a bad reputation. I used to like their brand but now I don't have a good taste in my mouth at all.

Horrific Exper
I returned a couple of items today during my lunch break and was given a gift card for 227.00
After work i got home to check balance and it was 0 with 2 forced entry purchases.
I have the receipt and gift card.
How is this possible??

Fast and free crop
I bought the above pants and they do not portray the typical lulu product!! They roll up your leg the dotted logo is all wrinkled. I am not please at all with them!!!

Terrible product
I had a pair of athletic shorts. I had been holding onto them for a period of time and the threading came apart and as I was putting them on my foot went through the liner. I have spent thousands of dollars at the stores across Canada and United states. I have found out the hard way that the United States Stores have a terrible return policy. I have only returned one item in my entire shopping experience and had no issues on the return due to poor wear and stitching. The staff said that since I loved my shorts so much and wore them so much that that they could not do anything. They said I could look around and find something that could replace them. I said that I have shopped there in the past and will not shop there again. I will be telling my children and family and others not to shop there again or at any lululemon stores as the return policy they indicate is no where near what they actually do. . Having been in government in Canada and hearing the difficulty the company has had in the past I can see why this companies brand struggled. I WILL NEVER AGAIN BUY or WEAR THE PRODUCT!!!
