Very frustrated with DSTV Kyknet Chanel 144 to 147 are out of order every day form 19h00 to 22H00.

HORRIBLE SERVICE
I have been trying to change my package for over a month and no one is getting back to me. Every time I phone they say they have to escalate my call and someone will phone me back but no one EVER phones. Disgraced by DSTV customer service.

Account deletion
I am so unhappy with Multichoize Zambia service. I have been writing and calling them many times to remove my account from the Zambia system so I can be put on the Namibia system as I have relocated to Namibia. I have sent the necessary form requested for and still no action from their side in spite of numerous reminders. What kind of service is this???. I am being so much disadvantaged as I want to watch my shows.

I recently installed dstv in my small lovely shack that I live in the guys from Aerial king came through George and Philip they were send by game they came through installed it but on the day they did I told them I think the dish plate thing it’s kinda low they said no it’s fine it won’t give me any problems didn’t complain any further, was happy to have my dstv for the first time had family pack on but days went by a week later dstv starting giving me problems my screen would be black but people will talk on the back around especially my etv so I called customer service I told them what’s going they tried fixing it but they said the problem wasn’t on their side but on the plate thing they even tried rebooting it even ended up upgrading too compact but now 161 give me the same problem called George he came after days of begging them to come fix it without knowing what to do I put a plastic over it thinking it was mybe the bad weather but only to find out from the consultants at dstv that it’s too low that’s why am not getting singnal on the picture or on the channels, finally the 2 guys came and sow the plastic they spoke in their language first (2 Nigerian guys )and said no they can’t fix it I must pay R250 first just too put it higher coz of the plastic I asked why coz on the day I asked a lot of questions and they never gave me a not too do list when they got here they were very rude am really not happy with the service that I got and now am paying more for Channels that I can’t even view. Really don’t understand why I should pay 250 just too put the thing higher

correction of error message
I can't believe that I received such a bad service from one of the DSTV consultants I called in today at about 15:00 because my secondary decoder was giving me an error message E50-32 but the lady was so rude and impatient because of network problems I kept on moving around as she was informing me that the network is bad but her tone was unceptable it was as if she is irritated. To make matters worse she had already took my details and never bothered to call back or fix the error.my secondary smart card is 4281938117

no feedback on upgrade offer
I received sms offering me an upgrade from compact to premium.I acted on the offer and phoned in to do the upgrade.This offer was for R699.00.The consultant informed me that she would do the upgrade and query the price.She would then give me feedback a few days later as it was on a weekend.I still have not heard from them.

Poor broadcasting
It really disgusting when you sit your ass just to watch a program meant for just 2hrs and 90% out of 2hrs is basically used in adverstising the same thing over and over again working the space of 5mins! Is this how bad a live program could be on Dstv?? It a live program for crying out loud! Most especially WWE Raw live and smackdown live, please make amends..

Dstv Mobile
Its was very unprofessional of Dstv to discontinue their mobile devices with out doing a survey or involving their customer`s for their point of view,Yes technologie is changing and I understand that they must keep up with the trend, but not everybody can afford to keep up with today`s technology. Millions of Dstv customers has bought the Dstv Mobile devices such as the Walka 7, wich was very convenient and perfect for their pocket. Spending R50 a month or even a R100 a month was convenient, to use for their mobile device, but now with Dstv Now customers will spend much more since Data ain't cheap and Wi-Fi is not always available.
When Dstv launched their mobile devices they did not advertised it will be on the market for x amount of time or it will be discontinued with the advance of technology. Now you millions of Dstv clients sitting with a useless device which they have bought and only some are being reimbursed with a R500 Take Alot voucher, yet every one bought the device.
I recommend Dstv to at least consider to reactivate their mobile devices and use it for Supersports on the go or have a chip put in it with conjunction with M-Net, until they can offer their clients something better.

Repeats
I understand that repeats are necessary but why don't you at least show them in some type of order.For example BBC programs like Midsomer Murders,Father Brown,Death in Paradise to name a few.You seem to jump around seasons and then episodes nothing makes sense and it is incredibly frustrating to try and watch these programs.
Who determines how these episodes are shown? I would rather not see any than to try and watch as you are currently dishing up to us.

Please explain to me on +- two weeks ago I renewed by package for 2 years, it took me nearly 3 weeks of phoning DSTV Durban as well as head office to as for the package and was promised numerous times somebody would phone, but I continued phoning eventualy one lady phoned me everyday asking if anyone had contacted me from accounts, this took +-3 days before anyone contacted me.
Yesterday the 4th January 2019 I get a sms message saying my debit order will be deducted on the 7th January 2019 (no problem).
Today 5th January 2019 my dstv is disconnected (also due to a dstv problem which took +-4 hours to be sorted) I get a message that I am disconnected and must pay to get reconnect. Once somebody could sort the problem out it was done in 20 seconds or less.
The voice message is always wrong when telling you you must pay x amount to be reconnected even if you are connected and is not the same as the sms message.I have been with dstv for +-14 years and have never had the problems I am having now. No company can afford to loose business. Please contact me if you need any more info e.g. ID, account no. etc.

moja love channel fail to pay actors from kasies
recently moja love ceo has been ducking and diving kleurling people from the boksburg community of reigerpark ..they have been telling us lies and making us fools...they shot a short film in our location 3 weeks ago and promised to pay us on the spot..only to change there story the same day saying there company will pay us end of January or starting of febuary...till today to no avail...they promised us 600 per person

Poor Customer Service
I have been fighting with Multichoice Kenya since the 8th of May. I have been reviewing the hundreds of complaints throughout Africa and I can see the problems are the same throughout the system. I must agree these people do not deserve to remain in business the service is crap and customer care is really nonexistent. Its like you talk to robots they all say the same thing sorry sorry sorry. I will deal with it and get back to you what a load of crap no one ever does. I wish there was a way to get everyone with a problem of them loosing our payments to get together and sue their ass off maybe even to the point off forcing them out of business. I would not feel bad to see them all loose there jobs as they are all totally incompetent for sure. I would just like to provide them with some of there own frustration.

Bad and extremely arrogant
I am completely outraged! Attendant blatantly informed me that she couldnt connect my decoder because she wasnt a technician. And when i pressed her asking what i am to do as a customer she responded that with my attitude she wasnt going to assist me . Failing short of saying am off and you will wait until the come home she left pretending to get someone to help. And i was left holding the next minutes until i hang up... What does a customer do when confronted with such arrogant service? I want a response from Multichoice and the rude girl who left me to rot on the line..My card number is 41025398060. Outraged!!!!!!!!!

I had the worst experiance been assisted by consultants and a team leader who was just as useless ,as I requested for a simple statement with my new address, i spoke to Mfundo and Clide as well as a team leader who goes by the name of vuyolethu
from the number 0839003788 from general enquiries firstly they gave me bad service I still have not received my statement on both my work and personal email .clearly there is incompentance in this whole call centre as they are not efficient

WHAT AM I PAYING FOR WHEN I GOT TO CHANNEL 166/167 A SERIES THAT IS FROM 8 TO 9 ONLY PLAY 15 MINUTES OF THE SERIES THE REST OF THE 45 MINUTES ITS AD BREAKS OF REPEATED MOVIES ONE AFTER ANOTHER. THIS IS NOT ON I DONT WATCH ANY OTHER PROGRAMS, SO WHEN I COME FROM WORK I GET READY TO WATCH A SERIES BUT THE AD BREAKS ARE SICKENING. PLEASE GUYS DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. THANKS

I so hate dstv it is definitely not a good service provider it is just something that ripping people's money. In July my dstv was disconnected coz I didn't pay for that month that's understandable last month in August I had to pay R785 of which I don't know why I had pay that kind of money coz the whole month of July it was disconnected, again this month it has been disconnected I have to pay R449, I wonder what happened to R785 that I payed last this is actually a day light robbery. I'm so pissed off right now

I'm so pissed off with dstv in July my dstv was disconnected regarding that I didn't pay that's understandable. In August I had to pay R785 for it to be reconnected and I still don't understand why I had pay that kind of money while my dstv was disconnected for the whole month, now this month of September I have to pay R449 what happened to R785 that I've paid last month no this is definitely a day light robbery, I think I will just buy myself open view coz I won't take that nonsense.

DSTV Call centre agents useless
I have attempted to cancel my DSTV service for more than 3 months.
On the 23rd June I called the 0839003788 number and attempted to cancel my Dstv account. It seemed that all was done and that my account was cancelled. Alas when arriving at home the service was still on.
On the 30th July I stopped the debit order with FNB. The debit order was not stopped and still it went off.
On the 19th August I spoke to another call centre agent , making my intentions clear of canceling the service. I received a reference number I 140. But the service continued.
On the 25th August 2019 the debit order went off again. I had my debit order reversed and I once again phoned the call centre , an agent by the name of Nlanhla assisted me , he provided me with a reference number I 141. Still no joy.
On the 25 September 2019, I called into the call centre once again (011 2892222) first call was dropped and I called again, I spoke to an agent with the name of Navina, she promised me to escalate the request and that the people in charge would phone me back..........Up till now nobody has returned my call or stopped the service.
I request urgent intervention as you can never speak to a manager or somebody in charge. The debit order was stopped but still the debit order is presented for payment.

POOR POOR POOR SERVICE TAKE MONEY AS AND WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE IT //STEALING
I have made several calls from the 13 September 2019 to sort out the amount of R2158.17 that has been deducted from my account without permission. My subsection is R809.00 plus R95.00 for x/view.
A total of R904.00 was supposed to be deducted.
Every time I phone it is a different story or a technical fault. Not even to mention the 24/48 hour waiting period withed had laps ages ago already. Shame really only in DSTV favor always.
The last call I made I requested them to pay back the R1254.17 and was promised that they will phone me the same day and make arrangements in this regard. Up till now 26 September 2019 nobody phones or refunded me. That is stealing from us.
The case number is 8968705C1 AND 8968705C2
The last lady promised it will be sorted but nothing has been done. I cost me every time an hour to talk to them and nothing has been done
I also got a recording of the call on 17/9/2019 with I will put on all media if this case is not being solved by noon tomorrow the 27 September 2019.
They are not allowed to change amounts as and when. I only got one Premium subscription with explorer and not 2 PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION in one house and no PVR. Then they claim we must pay for forward and rewind also.
It is a lot of nonsense and steeling. My monthly subscribing was never behind or late and that is the thank we get…….
DSTV MUST GET A WAKE-UP CALL MAYBE THE RECORDING ON MEDIA WILL DO IT.

YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REALLY SUCKS!!!!!
YOU OVERCHARGED MY ACCOUNT AND DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TO LET ME KNOW, IMAGINE IF I DID NOT CHECK MY BANK STATEMENT WHAT WOULD HAVE HAPPENED. I HAVE BEEN CALLING YOUR CONTACT CENTRE SINCE 9/11/2019 AND I WAS TOLD THAT MY QUERY WOULD BE ESCALATED TO THE BILLING DEPARTMENT AND SOMEONE WOULD CONTACT ME WITHIN 24/48 HOURS. I HAD TO CALL AGAIN TO FOLLOW UP ON THIS AND AGAIN I WAS PROMISED THAT SOMEONE FROM THE BILLING DEPARTMENT WILL CALL ME.
I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!
ALL I NEED IS MY REFUND AS I PAY MY ACCOUNT CONSISTANTLY WITH NO FAIL.
CAN SOMEBODY RESOLVE THIS MATTER
