Too expensive for what we getting

We are paying so much money to be watching the same stuff. DSTV needs to buy more recent movies etc. Stop showing REPEATS and start doing your job or you will lose thousands of unhappy Customers. It is only the sport channel that keeps me with dstv

Refund

Am flipping furious with this incompetent Evelyn Ramonyai at DSTV call center, she lied to me and said her boss will call me because she is in a meeting and further than that she does not want to refund my money after paying they still cut my services. She further lied to me and said she will send me an email saying an email will be send confirming that her boss is in a meeting at 4pm and I will not get a refund even when after a paid. Reference number: 107549082-I13 I need my money now please.

CORRUPTION

DSTV is charging me extra, im suppose to be paing R495 ea month and im on debit on order. but they would debit whatever amount they feel like debiting. in November they debited R1300 instead of R495, I decided to reverse it, because if I tell them they will not return it, as usual. but than I went and pay R495 at pep, the amount they were suppose to debit. if I ask them why they debited R1300 they said I have 2 decoders, but I ask them, how can I have 2 decoders while I can have an extra view. I tried to reason with them, they than said I owe R1900, than R378, and than I owe them R100 and something in the meantime, my DSTV is inactive, when I ask them where are these amount coming from they dnt answer. i ended up talking to their superior she apologized, and she said she will fix the problem in 2 days, she took my number, but she never came back to me. i ended up asking them to cancel my dstv coz i dnt need it anymore, they were so quick to do that.

i now opted for NEFLIX. IM TIRED OF CROOKES. I

POOR SERVICE- PENSIONER UNFAILRY TREATED

Very Frustrated Pensioner, that we received a promise from "Matshidiso Mogotsi " referring to ticket 4502 in the randburg walk in center counter 79 on the 14th December. It has been confirmed that instead of receiving the refund for R497 compact decoder will be activated until 14 Jan 2020. Calls have been returned only on the day of the complain. STILL 4 Days later there's been a lot of duck and diving with no positive response to date.(how embarrassing when you hare the person you are looking for is asking someone else to pick up their fone! The decoder has been on channel 100 ever since we are just getting promises.

what is really said is that money is spent to make those calls and nothing is materializing. its not fair to take advantage of peoples challenges, especially the elderly when we have the power to just get over and not do what is fair and right.

WORST SERVISE - ELDERLY NOT HELPED

Frustrated pensioner refused refund nor DSTV connection. Only channel 100 is playing. On the 14th December we were in the randburg walk in center reference ticket 4502 counter 79 helped by "Mtashidiso Mogotsi" 011 289 6528, I suppose 4 days later issue still not resolved. Where is the value for money??

worst service where you have to be chasing to get help and you even hear the person you are looking for ignoring your calls "asking someone to pick up calls"

clearly sad that DSTV is sustained by those customers that are not treated with respect and priority

Explora 2 Promo

I receiving calls from the guys who says his working for a company promoting Explora 2, with free decoder , free installation - the contract its for 24 months @ R 160.00, this is scam because ne started insisting on having my bank details and I told him to get it from Multichoice. Beware good people or someone who has info on this please confirm legitimacy.

RUDE AGENT

I have been sending emails to Multichoice in connection with my channels as i couldnt accesss my package on the pc or small gadgets but i could on my TV.I went on the live chat and after 45 minutes of waiting if not more i got a rude agent named Balekane who threatened that she will leave the chat if i dont provide with the information.i have emailed our chat to your complaints department.That agent knows nothing about customer service.
