Very Satisfied
I am very satisfied with my dress and the entire experience purchasing from your website. The dress arrived exactly on time and it looks perfect. The dress is really beautiful. It looks exactly as shown in the pictures, the color is beautiful and the material is of good quality. Everybody complimented me on it. It was shipped in time and I got it a few days earlier than they have firstly anticipated. It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience !Thank you so much.

I have dealt with this company 2 times, and so far I never had bad experience.I had ordered 2 dresses from this site.Both of them are perfect.The fabric, the details, the tailoring were all exemplary.It came right on time.And we can track it online.The service is helpful! I bought my bridesmaid dresses from this website. I read good reviews about it so I was confident that i'd be getting good quality products. The delivery was fast but when the dresses arrived the tailoring was poor so that there was loose threading everywhere and the sequins were falling all over the place. Obviously as the dresses were for my wedding i decided to return them . This website has no telephone number to contact them so i had to use an email address.
They first asked me to send them photos of the dresses which i did. Then they said that it would be too expensive for me to send them the dresses and pay the hight tax rate ( although its a UK based retailer they send the dresses from china) so they would give me a 10% discount. The dresses cost me £312 so obviously i didnt accept as i doubt it costs that much to send the dresses to china. They're refusing to allow me to return the dresses and now theyre not replying to my emails altogether. Ive basically lost £312 and am stuck with dresses that i will not be using. They actually suggested that i take the dresses to a tailor and get them fixed myself but im sorry i bought the dresses expecting them not to need any work. I dont think its my job to get them fixed. They say items can be returned if you're unsatisfied. Thats a lie!!
All i can say is that if you use this website and you're not happy with the dresses don't expect to be able to return them .

Never received order or refund
I suspect this company is a scam. I have never received order or redund. For over a month, the customer service promises to look into when my order will be shipped. I have now been asking for redund, which they say will come "soon". Do not trust this company.

Poor quality
I bought a dress online from this Company to wear to a Company event. The item was recieved very quickly which is my only positive remark. The dress was very poorly made and had strings hanging all over it. The Company does not have a telephone number so I had to email them. They told me to send them pictures of the dress which I did. They then offered to pay me $15 back and keep the dress. I paid $140 for the dress. I told them I was not interested and I wanted to return the dress. They told me tax and shipping would be high and offered me $55. I am extremely upset that they would not refund my money nor give me information to return the dress. Very unhappy!

I ordered a dress in January and have a confirmation of payment from PayPal for February. I have tried several times to talk with someone at Shunung Dress (via Live Chat because they have no phone number contact) and have received one message:
No worries. We'll send your dress by April 10.
Unfortunately, I STILL (April2) have not received a confirmation email that my dress has shipped and cannot get through to anyone AGAIN!!!!
I think shining dress.com.uk may be a sham!!!
