Wax Vac
On December 1, 2012 I wanted to place an order for the wax vac, I tried to go back to look at something on the first page, not realizing when you click on ( process order) that you bought it and there is no way to check on any thing.
I went in and ordered it again (not realizing that the first order went through). So now I have two seperate orders.I would like to remove order # WAX2050531. Please contact me about this. Thank you, S. Smeltzer

Their site is very confusing...I ordered 6 packages for my family for Christmas...thinking it was 2/$10. as advertised on tv. The total came to $266.64. I wanted to cancel, but they already shipped it out. They said I could return it and I would be paid back....I did ask them if they were ligit, if not I will turn them in to the Better Business Bureau. My bank cannot cancel when it is ordered by debit card....

I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECIEVE A 500.00 WALMART GIFT CARD AND I HAVENT RECIEVED IT YET IS IT EVER GOING TO COME OR WAS THIS A SCAM TO GET YOU TO ORDER I WILL EXPECT MY CARD WITHIN 5 DAYS OR WILL REPORT YOU AND GET A REFUND AND SEND BACK YOUR ITEMS SO I WOULDNT CHARGE MY CARD TOO SOON OR I WILL HAVE TO HAVE THEM REMOVE THE CHARGES UNTIL MY GIFT CARD ARRIVES

annoying phone calls
A day after ordering the waxvac, I received two phone calls asking me to buy a program for discount coupons at $29.00 a month and furthermore I was ask to give my credit card number. I don't know whether your company is aware of these phone calls or not but I would like to know whether they are a part of your business practice?

100% scam, overcharge and no delivery
This company is a total scam! They overcharged me for items I purchased and never send them to me! Beware and better avoid, these people have to be in a jail and this scam company should be shut down!

I used the waxvac for the 1st time ... The tube came off in my ear and could not get it out, After a trip to ER room to have it removed and a bill for emergency room charges, I feel like waxvac should pay the ER charge ....this product is not safe and according to the physician on duty should not be sold...waxvac, you need to call me before I seek professional help to settle this matter. over charging doubled order
i ordered one buy one shipping 6.99 charged 13.98 and doubled my order for a total of over 44.00 called customer service and they cant do any thing for two days. customer service #8665953268

Confusing Order
The website said that you can order 2 WaxVac machines for $10 plus $14 Parts and Handling. I accidentally ordered 3 machines instead of 2. Now I'm charged $47.66 for 3 instead of charged for only 2. The website is confusing.

dishonest, scam
You can't buy just one, you get sucked into buying 2 or more. Also they contacted my wife for "security and verification purposes. She had to tell them her info, 34, yes 4 times before the guy on the other end got it. I called them back promptly afterwards and canceled our order. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order this product...they will harass you.

WaxVac, no merchandise received
I ordered 3 units of Wax Vac (Buy 1, get 1) on 12/12/12 and paid for rush shipping which would have taken 3 - 5 days. Today is already 12/28/12 and I still haven't received my order. Please cancel my order #WAX2076716. I have placed a stop on payment of $81.93 with my card carrier.

Product does not work
I ordered this item believing that it would help at least a bit. I have tried it multiple times and had no success at all. Besides the Genie Bra and the Lint Lizard, this is the WORST product I have ever ordered. Don't waste your money!

the wax vac i a piece of junk we tried it and it did nothing we found something that works it is called candle wick it is a long wax cilender that you insert in the ear and light it melts the wax and draws it into the tube the results are amazing go to aj candles and order them they do the job with amizing results

Thank you so much that you guys took the time to register your complaints and keep the rest of us informed! I was looking for the website so i could order the wax vac and this website for reviews came up first, i figured i would look since it couldn't hurt and now am very glad i did! Not a single good review on this product! It has only come across as a scam and a cheat! I wish the rest of you had been lucky enough to see these reviews first. I would also like to say that i think you should report this company! I would but since i have no story tell, it is up to you guys to make sure this company is seen for what it is and shut down!!! Thank you so much!!!

waste of money
Don't buy from them! I was overcharged in double by this company and they never provided me any chance to cancel my order and to get a refund. Be careful and better don't waste your money on them!

This is the worst medical supply ever! I was overcharged for the purchased items and I never received them! I was waiting for my order more than two months and it never arrived! I tried to complain but all my complaints were ignored. This company has to be shut down!

We have been scammed by Wax Vac! We ordered just ONE product from them, and not only we were disappointed in the quality, they have also sent us several of the one and the same product, and charged us for all of them!

tripled my order and refused to cancel it
This company is a scam and doesn't honor their customers and also has poor customer service! By the accident my order was tripled and they refused me to cancel it saying hat this is not according to their policy and moreover they overcharge me for he delivery! I will never buy from them again.

Not only did they not send me the confirmation email about my purchase, but they had also charged my credit card more than they were suppose to. I am very angry and I will file a case against them soon!

I placed order on phone. I ordered just the 2 waxvacs and turned down additional offers for additional sets. The recording kept making additional offers on other products that I declined. I finally hung up. 3 days later I receive a call from the customer service thanking me for my order. She proceded to offer more products and I declined. I finally agreed to accept free $100.00 gas coupons to use just to look at other offers from local restaurants/bar establishments in the area. If I wasn't interested to call within 15 days and cancel. My order did not arrive with any $100 free gas coupons nor anything else therefore it appears I can't cancel anything and will see additional charges forthcoming. I SENT email to their customer service threatened legal action if any additional charges are made on my credit card. I got SCAMMED.

extra services offered after you purchase waxvac products
I ordered the waxvac Jan 3, 2013. About a week and a half later I get a call from their shipping department for confirmation. Once that was done the Lady started offering me extra monthly services for $1.00 each with free gifts (ex:gas vouchers, $25 gift card, etc). I stupidly accepted 2 of them under the promise that I would receive all their info and cancellation numbers via email AND along with my wax vac product. BULL! Not only did it take a full month for me to receive my product ( just got the darn thing today!!!!) but I NEVER received the info for those other services or their "gifts"!!!! I called the customer service number for waxvac and explained this to them. The rep gave me two numbers to call about the services. I call them only to find out that I'm "not showing up in [their] system"! Are you kidding me?!?! Now what the hell am I supposed to do??? Am I supposed to just wait until they start charging me 29.99 for each service monthly before I can get to speak to someone?? Extremely pissed off!!
If anyone else going through a similar situation but have the right numbers or had their situation fixed, please, I beg, email me with that phone number!! ([email protected]) Thank you in advance and I seriously hope this review helps stop someone else from getting suckered into these "great services". I know how difficult it can be to just say "no" and not sound like a total A-hole, but unfortunately after the second service was offered I noticed a third one was being offered and I knew right then and there that they were going to keep adding these services until I do say "no". Well, let me tell you that the rep wouldn't take no for an answer, as she kept reiterating just how great the service was and how I have 30 days to consider it before cancelling Blah blah blah until I REALLY had to tell her NO THANK YOU! Then she backed off. I understand these people get paid probably on commission but jeez, have some decency if someone tells you NO, they most likely mean it!.

Just a waste of money! Do not buy from them! I recommend to stay away from this website! Terrible business practices, just a scam! I regret I ever made an order!

It did not help at all. It did nothing other than to make noise.While using it the on/off button broke off and fell into the machine. It was a total waste of money. I would not recommend it to anyone. I advise anyone thinking of buying this product to think again.

Consumer, beware! Never ever buy any medicines production from this company! It is a complete scam and they sell medicines without any license and very often they simply never send purchased items. This company must be shut down and these people MUST BE IN A JAIL!!! Don't support them!
