Didn't get what was promised
After placing my order they try to sell you a bunch of other things, one of those things was a $100.00 gas card for only $1.00 as a bonus for ordering their product, I ok'd it and allowed it to be taken out of my checking account and of course i've never seen it or ever heard from them again They also asked if i wanted this coupon package to try for free for 2 weeks and then pay $29.95 a month after that and could cancel anytime i said absolutely not i didn't want it not even to try it, do not sign me up, well weeks later a pack of coupons showed up and they had already taken the money out of my account which sent my checking account in the red with non-sufficient funds charges I called the company and told them i never ordered it and they said oh, ok we'll credit your account but were not covering the over draft charges. I don't like their business practices and these kind of companies are what make me leery to buy anything from the T.V. or over the Internet

I too regretfully accepted 2 extra offers from the waxvac shipping department, exactly like you explained. the $29.99 charge for budgetmoneysaversonline.com I did recieve a letter and easily cancelled. When I was canceling the order I asked about the gift cards, and was assured I would still be recieving them. 2 mos later..... nothing. As for the second offer I havent recieved any correspondence at all and have no clue how to contact this company. Even tho they of course have charge my account. I contacted my bank and blocked the company from charging me again. Maybe since they cant take anymore money they might contact me and I can at least know who to chew out.
As for the wax vac its self, It does what it says, just not as well as I had hoped. It best use is just for getin water out of your ear.

this place is a scam. the customer service is terrible and does not know their jobs. Tanisha employee #585 tells u one thing and Ann employee #700 tells u another. this is the first place i have ever heard of that does not have supervisors. i asked the above employees and they did not know what their supervisors name was or they knew it and would not tell me. i placed a online order for 4 total waxvacs and got sent 8 and charged for 8 plus a extension that i did not order and the total when these crooks got done with me was $116.86 and all i ordered was $44.96. they told me i had to pay shipping to send the product back for a refund on a mistake they made plus u got to wait up to two weeks after they receive the products back to get your money back. do not order from these guys unless u want to ripped off. this is by far the worst customer service on the planet and i cant believe actions like this are excepted by waxvac executives.

This company did not send me the parcel, they are lying about it. The shipping company confirmed that they never received a request from such a compnay.

My mom ordered two kits from this company and suffered similar woes as did the prior victims of this company. First of all, the order process was confusing to her as they did not explain that each box contained two kits so she ended up ordering two boxes (a total of four kits). Secondly, they did not tell her how much the total of her order was going to be, so it was a big surprise to her when her purchase ended up totaling $102.49 instead of the of the $19.99 for the 1st kit and an additional $9.99 for the 2nd kit as was advertised on TV. Furthermore, she was in the hospital having surgery on an aortic aneurism when the kits arrived which ended up compromising the 30 day allowance for returning the product for refund. As it stands, she has kept the kits and swallowed the expense of this scam simply because she does not trust the company to refund any of her money even if she were to send the kits back. Something needs to be done to stop this company from taking advantage of others. Unscrupulous companies like Wax Vac should not be given the opportunity to advertise their products on national TV when they practice unfair business practices.

Misleading Website
On the website, I ordered the special buy one and get one free, but I realized that the P/H was as much as the product. I then change my order to one and then the website asked if I wanted another for no P/H and I said yes. My bill should have been $27plus tax . The order some how became $37 for 3 Wax Vacs one more than I ordered. I wanted one and thought I was ordering one and the special deal came up and I thought no P/H for the other one, that would be a deal I could go for. But when the final order came up I realized I was being charged for 3 Wax Vacs. They have change my order. We will see when it arrives to see if it is correct.

Ordered two WaxVac units, but neither of them performed as advertised. I would like to return both of them and get credit put on my credit card. We have mistakenly thrown the receipt and the packaging away. Please advise. Thank you!

The product does not work. I had three people in my family try this and not a speck of ear wax was extracted. Ear candles work much better. I am a very dissatisfied customer and would not recommend this product to anyone.

Is it too late to cancel my Waxvac order?
I'm being charged $30 every month due to these scammers... And the next payment's being taken out my checking account in 2 days.
Question: Can I go to my bank and ask them to not take the $36 from my account? Since its the scammers.
Also; I wanna send the WaxVac back and get a full refund of $66 since that's for the 2 monthly payments they've been charging me. I can't contact them (went on the site & got confused) and now I'm desperately trying to end them taking my precious money for no reason...

stop working
My waxvac was working fine about a week. it came in a small plastic package so didn't save it batteries are replaced not working, don't have a lot of money to through around so really frustrated.

this vac does not do like it does on tv there is not very much suction it does not clean like it is supposed to do

Unit has no suction, does not work
I followed the instructions, and never once had anything show up in the filter. My daughter had visible wax when I put the vac up to it, it never vacuumed it up there was no suction. I am very disappointed in this product, it was a waste of my money. My ear now feels more clogged and sore since using this unit.

returning the order.
I am not realliy satisfied with the product and top of everything also i received very late.This is supposse to be a present. I am sorry but the package will be sent tomorrow. so I assume the the credit in my credit card will appear in my next statement.
I hope it is not be any problems .because probably in the future will be more business betwen us.Thank You very much .

The wax vac sent me to the Doctor to have my ears cleaned. Did exactly what a cue-tip will do, push the wax in. This Item does not work. I through my money away.

The Wax Vac sent me to the Doctor to have my ears cleaned. It worked exactly as a cue-tip to push the wax in further. This product should not be on the market as it does not work.

Cancel My Order Please??
Why are people writing here to have their orders cancelled? Isn't this a site to voice issues/complaints/concerns? I don't think this site has any affiliation with the company that sells Wax Vacs so requesting to have your order cancelled here will do absolutely nothing.
BTW, thanks for the great reviews. I just saw the advertisement and was going to order one but this site has changed my mind and has likely saved me some bucks. Just for the record, it does look like they have modified their website so that you can easily choose 1 unit instead of getting stuck with two.

I ordered this in good faith of having a good product. However, I ended up with four, (2 ordered 2 free) costing me $111. I really only wanted two but the order set up is not clear. I would not have minded paying the price but this product does not do as it is advertised. All I can say is Consumer Beware. One of the things that really tees me off is that I sent one to my sister in a nursing home in N.S. as a gift and unfortunately it does not work. Not only am I disappointed that it doesn't clean ears as advertised but it cost me an extra $16.00 to mail it to her. I called the customer number this week and of course because I didn't call within 30 days, it is my problem to do what I will with them. No where on the packing slip does it say you have to return the product within 30 days.
A lesson learned.

SUCH A RIP OFF !!!
Wax Vac is the WORST "as seen on TV" product i have EVER bought!!! I did NOT order from a TV commercial. I bought Wax Vac at a Rite Aid. The Wax Vac has ABSOLUTELY NO SUCTION, NO POWER, AT ALL!!! Its a HUGE disapointment!! Honestly! my family has ear problems. I thought this would be PERFECT for all of us. I was VERY VERY WRONG!! The good old fashioned ear wax candles work a billion times better than the Wax Vac! Because the Wax Vac DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!!
DO NOT BUY THE WAX VAC!!!!!

P.S. I lost my reciept from Rite Aid, therefore i could NOT return the Wax Vac. So, here is the ONLY number, on a sticker that is on the Wax Vac,that i can find. JMP-1305-1572 I'm not sure if that helps or not. But if you people wanted to do the HONEST thing, you would refund my $9.99 plus PA sales tax.

non working wax vac
I bought my wax vac fro bed bath and beyond. Its been sitting in the unwrapped package for about two weeks. I opened the package today to see how it works, and it does not work,. I bought brand new batteries for it, but it still doesn't work. Just to make sure that the batteries weren't bad, I put my used remote control AA batteries in it, and it still didn't work. To top it off, I don't know where my receipt is. I want my money back!! My address is 5010 grove west blvd #2201, Stafford tx, 77477. send me a check please.
