Phone SCAM!
Securus is one of the worst companies to try to deal with . They prey hardworking people who have a loved one in jail/ prison. Many of us are left to take care a whole slew of problems by ourselves, like children/ grandchildren, houses, cars, finances, etc... And we have to put up with people who either ask way too many questions about your situation or ignore you completely, but to make matters Worse here comes Securus with their high prices and super bad customer service, dropped calls, and the list goes on and on... For me, this started with some customer service Rep. telling me a while back that Direct Billing was the best. WRONG! They started me out with an $80. limit which I could handle, then after a while they upped my limit to $200. without my knowledge. It became more and more difficult to keep up with. Finally they (Securus) changed the account to Advance Connect; I finally got smart and towards the end used a Inmate Debit account and saved $$. But sadly due some issues with parole he is back again. Well for months in county I put $$ on the phone, now that he is in TDC our phone is blocked due to some money that they say I owe. This would have been from a Really old account. And with certain things going on and I Need to Talk to him I can't!! Securus won't Refund my money. I wouldn't mind paying the debt if they would still let me have calls. And one last thing this is a CASH COW for prisons especially if you are in Texas. Securus is located in Dallas! They are in cohoots with TDC!

Outrageous demand a refund!!
Im sorry to the family that paid over 2,000 for phone calls. Ive spent around 300 in just 1 and a half months of talking to my other half. I hope and pray to God he gets out next month or I find a way for these bozos to stop charging me :/ the charges are outrages. Calls are supposed to be 0.18 here in Az well for me and they chsrge me 2 extra here, 3 there and its adding up per call I receive. Ludicrous. I wonder if they charge if you use customer support and fandangle you and charge when you don't receive a call or for dropped or missed calls. And get all cutesy when you get calls over the weekend. Unfortunately i cant prove they mischarged me only with crazy rates and maybe one day the whole time. Whats 7.35 when I have given them almost 300 of my money that i wanted to save for us. Praying those calls were worth it and all of us get some sort of refund. Definetly going to have my boo repay me for some of it some how some way.

Was charged wrong
I was charged $50.00 on September 5, 2018
On September 6, 2018 I was charged again
I noticed the payment on 8/5/18 was for California

I can't see my husband until iyou all add him to the jail but I can add money for phone calls and for the. Snack and things

Blocked account
Sercus is the worse company I ever had to dealt with they blocked my account because of the funds that was backed up and now I can’t use any of debit cards or credit cards under my name I half to western union the money and the fee is ridiculous 11.95 cents I put 40 dollors and it’s still high fee I put 10.00 dollors and it’s still a high fee that comes up to 11.95 that’s 11 dollors of waste I don’t know why they decide for this company to be part of system knowing they rip people off and steal there money it’s not fair how I work hard and they steal from me and most of the time the phones calls get cut I’m over it with this company I try another company sercus seems to be the only one who takes Florida
