Zbiddy scam
ZBiddy is a scam. First of all the email I received was a Spam that looked like it was from Overstock.com ( I have forwarded them to Overstock.com’s legal department ), then after I signed up and started to place my bids I noticed that instead of taking 1 bid at a time it was taking 2 or 3. I called them and a customer service rep logged into my account and tried it. He said ” Hey I guess it does ” I was told a service tech would call me on Monday, well after 5 days I had to call them. After them offering me 60 free bids to make it up to me, I told them I wanted a full refund. Their floor manager Andrew and I called my credit card company so I could get it instantly put back. Well guess what? It didn’t happen. They screwed with the wrong guy. I’m calling the Florida AG’s office, the BBB, you name it. They are scam artists.

Unauthorized deduction of funds/scam
I just talked to Zbiddy. There is a 14 day contract cancel option. If you've signed up in the past 14 days I encourage you to cancel. I am awaiting full reimbursement for the unauthorized $99.00 US Dollars they took from me. I have contacted my bank to notify me when it arrives and I have also saved all online chat documents and emails I've received. If this is a scam and I do not receive my reimbursement I can assure you I will bring the company to it's knees and make sure the people responsible pay for their actions through the proper ways of the US Justice system. This is of course if it is a scam. If I receive my reimbursement there is nothing I can do for you, apologies, but we will all be smarter in the future.

Fraudulent Charges
John and Nelson are running a business, they are raising bulls, then selling bullsh*t to buy bid packages from zBiddy. Now we know bullsh*t will buy us brand new iPad 2.
Let's say I win iPads 2 for $57 within 6 bids. Great deal!!! Then should I go to public and tell everybody that "Hey, I know a great web site that I bought an iPad for 57 bucks in 2 minutes." or I should just keep that secret for myself!!! Oh, right, the auction was too boring and easy for me, that's why I need more competitors to increase my money up. I have a lot of money because I am selling bullsh*t, too.
Shut the heck up mother fk, do not come up and say some bullsh*t. On zBiddy.com they have the picture of the winner with their prize, don't even just say "I won couples of items"
And officialzbiddy, Here you are!
Let me see how fake you are!
First of all, people get to know your site thru another advertising website. (I know zBiddy thru an spam email)
2nd, You comparing your site with a well-known one (eBay) to make people feel safety, familiar to destroy their caution!
3rd, comparing to eBay but not using their great service is Paypal as a payment method. Why? "Because Paypal is not providing me customers billing information, I can not make an unauthorized charge to their credit cards)
Last but not least, you don't have BBB ( Better Business Bureau) sign which is the popular sign for online business.
zBiddy is still making money because people love iPad and want to have it for cheap.
Right??? Mr. OfficialzBiddy!

Fraudulent Charges
What a joke? They charged me money then won't let me bid. Each time I go to register, it tells me my email is in use already. Then, when I click on forgot password, there is no response. BEWARE, this is a scam!!!

deceptive pratices
I am confused . All autions requre you to purchase a bid pack . bigcactus.com charges $55 dollars I think to even get into their aution . I tired to regiister at about three and all had the same process. Upon registering to zbiddy I received 25 free bids which of course I did not know what I was doing, went fast then you may go to their purchase bids page. There they have a beginners pack for I think 27 dollars. which is i think 45 bids...can't remember right this minute. They stress under the topic How It Works to watch what is going on go to all the pages, read and observe. If you go to the bid voucher auctions, you will see you can use the bids you bought larger bid packs. 200 bids I have gotten for as little as 37 cents..there is a two dollar processing fee for all card transactions..but that is a HUGE savings at that price, rather than to go and purchse the bid packs outright. I have had issues with my site working and they have refunded all bids that I have bide on items and more. The online staff is there around the clock and the phone staff is very nice and will give you tips on how to get more for your money. I do have to dbl check my bank statement after reading all this but i have not received any emails other than confimring my wins...etc. and purchses. Hope this helps. I have to say if you called them and told them what happened, I am so surprised that they just didn't refund your money. YOU know if you have 259 bids or whatever you said you had...it shows them clearly on the top of the page how many bids you have. You had to have seen them . I would like to hear why they did not refund them . I am going to ask them as well what is going on with this. Thanks for the heads up fi this is true.

spam
I don't feel ZBiddy is what their advertising. An add on the web shows an I Pad 2 16GB sold for $42.65 and after Christmas I Pad 2 64BB going for under $75 in their add but the two I bid on went for $592 and a second was close to $650 when I left the site. Their add read as follows:
The $60 iPad/iPad 2 After X-Mas Sale is ALMOST OVER! Inventory is almost SOLD OUT! Buy Now! (add copied from an e mail I received).

Most of the gift cards I "won" here at Zbidddy and I am ahead of the game. There is a "learning curve" for which I paid BUT it is entertaining and IF you have some guts and self control you will come out ahead.

took money out of our account
Absolutely companies will deduct money from your account. It could be a clerical error, a wrong number. One of the biggest companies had a policy of not shutting down a customer closed account and would continue to withdraw money from the customers bank account. It took a warning and fines from the FTC to get them to stop. any guess? aol. Block your card.

Unauthorized deduction of funds/scam
Unauthorized draw from credit card account is a scam, period. Even if they refund it when more astute people catch them at it. No company can accidentally charge a cc account. It is done on purpose -- deliberately. To be fair, I haven't tried Zbiddy. I came here to research before jumping in. I am glad I did.

charged my account without warning
They offer to bid for expensive items like an iPad or iPod and to get them cheaper than in other places but you need to do it fast. But during the registration process they ask you for the number of your credit card and then without any notice they charge you for about $160. They never give a refund only what you can get instead of lost money it is vouchers or offer for the next bid.
