I have already had the pleasure of calling and being told that "sorry, we have nothing to offer you as a refund except we will reduce the price we charged you ... FOR NOTHING. I did "NOT CHOOSE" a bidding package as you claim...it must have been a preset automatic "choice" because if I had realized there was a purchase being recorded rather than just a registration for possible future purchases, I NEVER would have done it. I have already called and got no satisfaction even after telling them that I would have to try to stop the charge on my credit card. I cannot believe that there is a business where when a customer IMMEDIATELY says to cancel an "order" - that business will not refund or stop the charge on the credit card...my only hope is that a business such as that (SUCH AS YOU RUN) will not be in business very long.

When a person "chooses" to buy something online, the normal method of making the purchase is to click on a product choice, then view a "shopping cart" that lists your potential purchase, then after entering information for billing the customer is asked to confirm a PURCHASE. On your scam site, the only information asked for was to register and if there were any "choices" to be made they were PRE_CHECKED by your system. After being told that my "registration" would not be finalized unless I responded to your email address verification, I was thanked for "purchasing". This is the first moment I realized that my information had been taken as a purchase rather than what you had posted as a registration. I then realized that I could just refuse to respond to the verification email and the "purchase" would not go through...BUT THAT WAS A LIE also. You processed your scam on my credit card without the verification and when I immediately called to cancel - you REFUSED!

"On your scam site, the only information asked for was to register and if there were any "choices" to be made they were PRE_CHECKED by your system."
1. It is not my site.
2. If you enter your credit card information some where, it is not unreasonable for you to understand what charges will take place after doing so.
3. The charges that you incurred are explicitly stated multiple times on the same screen where you enter your cc information.

charging and not giving a full refund.
"automatically charge people for bids that you should have warned people abou"
The charges are explicitly stated multiple times on the same screen where you enter your cc information. What kind of warning would have sufficed?

fraud
I Got Super Scammed Big Time and MrMarine57 are actually right. I also tried to change my username but no option and no way to do it. I noticed that the only real people bidding have usernames like: bidders name + _+number (i.e: michelle_1234), other than that these are "bots". like what we said, no way to change your username whatsoever in myzbiddy account options. please do not fall for this zbiddy scam. don't waste your money like what we did.

This site was probably started by somebody with the last name Madoff
Response Marketing Group and 7984391 Canada Inc (DBA Tungsten Revenue Consultants)

Maybe he would be willing to help since he pretty much runs Zbiddy...

Fraudulent Charges
I went on zbiddy.com and put my card info in like an idiot.. I found out if you call them they will say the money is not refundable and make some deal with you... they hit me for $159.00 and said that they give me a $119.25 credit on the card and a $50 gift card which I would have to spend $100 to use - so I'm still out money. I took that hung up and started reading on their site... This is posted on the site "All payments for bid packages are non-refundable except for any bid amounts remaining unused on the 1st bid package purchased by a user which qualifies for the ZBIDDY GUARANTY as stated on the ZBIDDY website. The refund will be available for 7 days from the date the user purchased its 1st bid package, provided that the user requests such refund from ZBIDDY within such 7 day period." So I did online chat so I would have proof of the conversation and copy pasted that to the rep...she processed the refund (full $159.00) and gave me a confirmation number. I told her if it is not in my account in 7 days - I am taking the copy of the email chat and sending it to my bank to dispute the charge and I have a black and white trail to prove it with a confirmation number. She said not to worry it will be there and she's sorry for the misunderstanding. BUT I WILL GET ALL MY MONEY BACK - THEY ARE A RIP OFF
***A really unhappy Zbiddy.com customer!

Zbiddy is great
I've seen complaints about zbiddy, but if people have issues they should contact the site directly. Make sure you read the fine print though - when you create your account you're also purchasing a bid package. Signup is free.

Introduce themselves as Ebay representatives
These people introduced themselves as representatives of Ebay. I had no clue it was a lie and they are frauds. Now they have my money, and I don’t know how to return it!
Did anyone experience such a thing?

stole all my money, beware and stay away from this scam
Beware of this website and don't deal with them! Don't give them your details and your personal info! I made a mistake when I tried to use their services and I was just scammed and all money from my bank account just disappeared and it was very hard to get them back. This company has to be shut down, be careful and stay away!

scam website
In order to check out the website, you have to log in and state your credit card number.
I have become a victim of this fraud, and they took $100.00 right after they got all the info. I am very upset and I want to get my money back somehow!
