The qyery has not been resolved and the questions raised have not been answered and the attitude of ignoring the query is highly un-ethical and in-acceptable.I am not satisfied with the way you are dealing with the consumers. You should acknowledge the receipt of documents and also inform if you have taken action against the faulty executives. I am not impressed by your ignoring the facts attitude and will not recommend you henceforth.

It is again a improper reply from AIRTEL and you have failed to answer
the queries raised by me during my conversation with you. I again put up my
questions before you and expect a clear answer from you-
What prompted you to stop the services without making any communication with
the customer either by way of a call or by SMS?
What happened after the submission of documents on 29.11.2011 at AIRTEL
Vidhyadhar Nagar Jaipur, Form No. 53065210, cell no. of concerned person is
9829075981?
Why a receipt of documents was not issued to me despite my insistence for the
same and why the man was reluctant to take the documents when I asked for
receipt.
Even after restoration of service on 29.11.2011, there was not a single message
from your end that what was the status of documents submitted and that the same
were found satisfying and there was nothing to bother me any more.
There is not record of conversation is being recorded in order to keep track on
dirty behavior of the executives who entangled the consumers with their
irritating remarks.
Who is responsible for the lapse of services on account of AIRTEL that led to
stoppage of services again after a period of 20 days on the same grounds of
documents and that to without any communication and manner of not conversation
and information. It is also irritating that despite knowing the mistake, you
have not admitted the same and have not apologized for the mistakes.
I expect a satisfying responce and action against the persons dealing badly
with consumers and stopping the services for no reason .
If I don't receive the proper response and apology, I will be left with no
option but to take the suitable action against AIRTEL for lack in service.

Dissatisfied with service of international roaming
I'm not happy about Airtel international roaming charges. In website they are updated Rs100/- for incoming and outgoing. In my bill they have charged Rs175/- for 12 Sec. :-(
