hi i am an Andra pradesh air tel prepaid customer, and now i am in KINGDOM OF BAHRAIN i have not activated international roaming in India.so now i want international roaming for incoming SMS only in Bahrain so I need Incoming Calls & Out going Calls +(91)9908391859.i am using this Sim Since Feb-2011 To Still in Bahrain.

UNAUTHORISED CHARGES
I have been informed by the Concerned officer that Rs.100/- charges have been reversed.
I accept the decision with thanks.
But was this complaint for refund of Rs.100/- only.
Why they had to take 45 days to take a decision, as was informed to me earlier.
Another reason, How fast they were to stop the service, Is this the way an esteemed
organisation like Airtel should operate.
Any way you can think it over. I hope, we improve our customer care in our country
to an international standard.

Customer Care Service
I have experienced the worst customer care service at the Aundh Outlet, Pune. After having been patient for months to get my overpayment back, yesterday's callous and rude behaviour from the staff at this outlet was very humiliating. Shame on Airtel to hire such staff. Have they given up their standards to this extent or is it a cost cutting measure to hire such class-less people as customer care officers.
