same thing happend to me i got put onto a loan carnt log into it have text loan place like requested to approve loan have got nothing back ive also attempted to contact them by e mail and it said there was a fault on site it said so many thousand has tryed to get in contact with this site too so i also feel ripped off id like my money back too as im only in part time work and need every penny. d watson

you are fast enough to take all our money, without us knowing, so WHY are we still waiting on our refund, You are not meant to take money unless we take a loan, it seems NOT ONE of us have, good way to get rich on other folk

i too feel i have been scamed the agent on the phone assured me that no money would leave my account until i had been accepted 4 a loan and money was recieved into my bank i have been told i can have a refund take away 5 for their admin but i now have to wait its such a joke to get a straight answer from them im very unhappy obviously i was in need of money in the first place and then 79.00 taken out my 4 children benefit has left me really short can any1 tell me how long i will be left waiting please miss m l asbury...

has any1 had there money returned??? i have no contacted my bank and they are taking action against them as i have now being trying to call them and the phones are being diverted and my emails to them are coming back as failed due to server unrecognised so seems they have scamed us all i would get on to your bank i am getting my funds back in 5-7 days through visa disbute, this will be the first and last time i ever give my card details again and aslo stop this company from your bank from taking anymore payments, hope this helps anyone who has to fell for this company

I have never dealt with such a company I did not realise this site exsisted for complaints, my next step is watchdog as this company clearly just's takes money and never put's money into any ones account. This is no way to run a company you are clearly ripping people of at great lengths . The advisors you employ do not have the proper training no mention of call recording OFCOM will be so interested in this company you are breaking the law look out A K MANAGEMENT your firm will be closed down.

I have heard nothing at all from AK Management, they don't even have have the decency to contact anyone and exp[lain why this has happened to every one, but how many more are there, it took me 2 hours to find this site, i and to cancel my card and instruct my bank never to give AK Management money again, this whole thing has left me in turmoil, on benefits and struggling to make up payments for basic bills

Hi everyone, i have just spoken to AK MANAGEMENT, and apparently we are all LIARS, they DID NOT AND WOULD NOT tell all of us that no money would be taken until we had our loans, phoned at 10 am, took till quarter past for them to ans, and spent a further 10 mins being told i was a Liar, and told to put it in writing, so for those who don't have the address its, AK Management {UK} Ltd

i have just been in touch with the payments team option 3 when calling and im on the refund list and my money will be back into my account on the 27th of feb i had to give my card details again and after about 5 fone calls im now on the list so i wait and see if i get it returned and will let u all no i never had to write in they first asked 4 an email which i did then i had an email back saying i could get a refund and had to call to start the process off they then took my card details and it got sent to compliance team and now im getting mine returned xxx hope this helps x

my partner was taken in by these people last week but she decided not to take the loan
but lo and behold the mnoey disappeaed from her account today, now i am just putting the feelers out now as this company basically does not care who it tramples on or what it does they think they are above the law, they are relying on the fact that as individuals we will not/cannot take this any further, however if alot of people were to come together to take this company on there are several ways in which we could really hurt them nothing illegal all through the proper channels.I am just wondering if anyone else
out there would like to have a go at them as what they are doing to people is wrong, if not illegal, if anyone does have an interest in joining my little crusade them please feel free to email me at [email protected]

Hi everyone, I also have just been scammed by them and had £79 taken from my account which has made me overdrawn. I am having this investigated as we speak. I have also seen online that they are definately a scam, wish I had know that before.

just phoned them yet again to go from 1st in cue to 6th, and keep getting sent back to main menu to star all over again, good way of getting even more money from folk that cant afford it

same happened to me its a discrace waited 6 month for refund but still none i also was told was on waiting list to get it back in bank but it never happened when ringing u either dont get threw or when u do get threw ya get passed around, so still no further forward im going to take them to court as think its discusting i too was on benefits n ended up with bank charges 2c and my phone bill will be sky high off ringing them becvause they dont reply to emails anne
