Yea some kind of scam going on
Don't just take it!!! They can not add shipping charges after you authorize payment. That is flat out stealing. PayPal resolved my dispute in less then an hour. I linked this page in my complaint to PayPal to show i wasn't the only one. Thank you all for posting your experiences with them.
This is why i use PayPal. They have my CC# and not every vender i purchase from. The venders want PayPal because a lot of people feel the same way i do about tossing CC#s around. This gives PayPal the power of judge to decide who is right and wrong, PayPal needs customers and venders so there is no favoritism.
I figured out this order was going down the wrong path when 4 days went by and no tracking numbers came in the email that was promised in 24 hours. I ordered the stuff because i have a new phone that needs protection. I didn't order it to get caught up in there bullshit.

This site is shaky. I have been calling for 2 days no answer and one minute the purchase showed on my statement now their company is not on my statement. Something is fishy with these people

Cellular Outfitters is just plain criminal! In their adds they make false statements, like "Real Leather" case. In fact it is plastic. You pay for things, they are NOT delivered. There is no working phone, their e-mail address for support does not work. Everything about this company is a fraud. BUYER BEWARE!

Ipad portable charger. $7 shipping did not see. Even worse the power was only 2500mah when amazon sell more power 3200mah.

I ordered a phone charger for $8.99 and was suppose to get a 25% discount. I never did . When they emailed me the invoice I saw there was $5.99 shipping fee which I did not see at check out. I tried to cancel order by email on Friday by email and got automated reply. I sent 5 more emails the next few days to cancel. Sunday nite I got an email it had been shipoed. Someone finally emailed me today and said I could return it but had to pay for shipoing. I will not be doing business with this company again..

Don't waste your time on this scam!
I should've red the reviews before i bought from this seller. Don't waste you time. You will never get your item(s).
I have paid for express delivery (2 days) and have been waiting for 2 weeks, they never reply to your emails !
Please read reviews and don't buy anything from them if you don't want to loose your money and time.
This one is a fake.

Scam website
Cellular outfitters is a huge scam. Entice you with 25% discount online, you try to apply it and it doesn't work. Then it gives you message you qualify for 40% discount, you hit apply, then it tells you code not valid. So I called their 800 number, sat on hold for over 45 minutes listening to blaring music, then got a message to leave a voice message. Went to try to process payment they PayPal, but hesitated whe still no discount from total nor shipping charges appeared, so where does order amount total reflect. After reading above reviews/complaints I am happy I didn't proceed with order.

Ripped off!
I'm one of the unfortunate persons who ordered from Cellular Outfitters, thinking they had great prices and would treat their customers with fairness and honesty. I encounterd all the problems I read about here on the review section. After the price of the items were totaled, the figure was alluded to as the "grand total." Naturally, I thought that was the total that I would have to pay. Only after I clicked on the "place order" button, that I was expected to pay an additional charge. I orde tree ed a phone case and was charged an additional $5.99. Honestly, I am angry. It seem that if the. Company was honest it would have made sure the buyer was aware of the shipping charges before he placed the order. And yes, I also tried in vain to contact customer service to cancel the order as soon ad it was placed.Although held for long periods of time, no one would answer the phone and it always went to voice mail. Since I paid via PayPal, I called them and they immediate started a claim, attempting to prompt the business to respond and cancel the order. If it's not taken care of in 12 days, they will refund my money.

MAD AS EVER
I had ordered a cell phone case which was 2.99 and a screen protector which was 1.99 and it came with a free pen and the cost all together was 4.98 ; them people charged me an extra $9 for shipping and I didn't know til I had placed the order. They gave me a confirmation number but every time I look it up and doesn't have a tracking number !! I keep calling the company and no one wants to answer I even left a voicemail and no one returned my calls whatsoever !! I wish I would have not ordered from there but I thought the deals were great ,but they scammed me!! I sure do hope my stuff comes in or else I would be filing a lawsuit against this company !

i PURCHASED A CELL PHONE COVER ON LINE 4 DAYS AGO AND NEVER SAW THE SHIPPING CHARGE AND WAS NOT ABLE TO USE MY 25% OFF COUPON.i TRIED TO REACH THEM NEXT MORNING BY PHONE AND WAS ON HOLD FOR 15 MIUTES AND ASKED TO LEAVE A MESSAGE WHICH I DID.I ALSO SENT THEM AN EMAIL TO WHICH I RECEIVED AN IMMEDIATE RESPONSE SAYING THAT THEY WILL ANSWER ME NETWEEM 24 TO 48 HRS WHICH STILL DID NOT HAPPEN.DISGUSTING.I HOPE I WILL RECEIVE MY ITEM.I GOT AN ORDER NUMBER AND TRIED TO TRACK MY ORDER BUT THAT INFO IS NOT AVAILABLE EITHER.
NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AND HOPEFULLY THEY WILL BE PUT OUT OF BUSINESS FOR SCAMMING THEIR CUSTOMERS

I really wish i had read these complaints before ordering from these people. Everything they all said is exactly what happened to me. They are horrible. I would not waist your money on anything that comes from this company. If you do just beware of having to wait forever for your order to even ship and then wait another 10 years for you to receive it. Just sayin..... Good luck guys

DON'T USE THIS SITE
I ordered three items from this company on 7/15/16, and was also shocked at the shipping price (more than the items ordered). The USB cord I purchased for my PC only works as a charger and will not connect my phone with the PC. In addition, the phone case ($2.99) did not fit at all, so I paid $2.45 and returned it with their RMA slip. They received my returned item for exchange on 8/5/16. To date, I have not heard a word from them, after both calling and emailing them twice. I guess I'll be calling Paypal shortly.

Sleazy company
Placed an order for an item "in stock". It took them two days to email me a confirmation. Every time I check on the order it says processing. Email them asking about the order. Two days later they tell me that they've had such a large number of orders that they are backed up. Really? It's that hard to place an item in a box and slap a shipping label on it? Sent an email to cancel the order. No response. Tried calling. On hold forever, finally hung up. I'll buy from Amazon from now on.

Total scammers
I purchased 2 items a few weeks ago. When I received them, i was very disappointed in one of the items in particular. As instructed, I completed the necessary steps in the return process, but I had questions about the return itself as well as return shipping questions. I called three times, spending roughly 20 minutes each phone call. Each phone call gave you the impression that someone would answer if you just continued to hold. However, after holding for those 20 minutes, I was ultimately prompted to leave a message each time; and then the automated system suggested I email. As of today, I have emailed 4 different times within the last 2-3 weeks, and regretfully, NO reply.
When you send an email to inquire about an issue, within 10 minutes you get an automated reply email saying that someone from the company will respond within 24-48 hours....but you get NOTHING. Now, ironically, while you are waiting on a response concerning your issues, they are great about sending promotional emails wanting me to spend more money; but there is no way I'm going to give them anymore business. In fact, I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges and will just let them handle my refund. I encourage everyone that wants their money back and get no replies from this company to file a dispute. I am hoping that Cellular Outfitters may act in a friendlier and pro-customer way when their pocket books are hit!

IMO A small light order cost more to ship USPS first class than the order was worth. Stupid me, if you don't see the shipping cost when ordering beware!

Never got merchandise
I ordered a $70.00 fast charger pad for my phone, I was charged on my credit card the next day. It was supposed to be shipped in 24 hours. Here we are 3 weeks later and no product. I never got an email to track my package or an update letting me know it has been shipped. I have ordered small items from them before with no problem, I never thought in a million years that this is what I would be dealing with. Now I cannot get anywhere without a reference number which I never got. I now get emails from them on deals and I delete immediately without even looking at it, I recommend you do the same.

I would be less upset if I only paid a couple bucks, but now I am out almost $80.00 with shipping. Do not order from them. Believe the bad reviews. Noresponse on phone calls. High shipping charge
Just bought 2 LG cases & 1 protector and they charged 10 dollars for shipping. I placed order assuming total shipping cost is 5.99. After final submit button only i was able to see shipping. This is fraud. I called 6 times customer support and finally it says drop voice mail message. This is really bad.
I will call credit card company to dispute this transaction.
DOn't buy anything from here.

Just called them and finally someone answered. She reduced the shipping charge from 9.99 to 5 dollars.
I am fine with it because actual price of the items is less.
I have to check the quality of the items when they arrive. Lets see....

I order from this bogus ass company before reading reviews.I was charged shipping emailed&Complained.I got $7.00 back for shipping which not even half of what I was charged.Told my items would arrive by the 24th but I have yet to receive them.I definitely want do business with them again.

Screen Covers
Ordered 3 LG K10 screen protectors, cost $8.97. Was charged $9.97 for shipping which cost about $2. Tried to apply screen protector's. Instructions say "peel" off paper tabs. The paper tabs on the screen protectors will not "peel" off. Tried scraping them off the heavy glue and ruined the protectors. I have sent them an email but don't expect a reply. Sham company. Too bad I didn't check complaints first, sucker born every day. LMAO

I am another that wishes he'd checked reviews before buying from this company. I was charged $19.95 shipping from California to Washington state for 2 cell phone cases that cost $11.99 each. One case is defective. I, as many, have tried to call, been on hold for over 15 minutes then goes to voice mail, several times. My calls are never returned. There must be some way to stop this scam company. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!
