Very true. I this is a scam. Very time i order they say one price and charge u more. Not to long ago I order a phone case for 0.99 when I looked in my checking acct they took $9.72 for one case that was 0.99 n that was because the took for 2 cases instead of one when i had ordered only one. Plus they even send me the wrong case.I keep sending messages n all they say is THANK YOU FOR CONTACTING US WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU IN 24, but haven't heard anything from them. They just keep sending me the same message over n over again. If you try to call it's only the answering machine. If you want to go in a live chatting room you can never go in. This is the last time I'm gonna order from them. Rather go pay more for a case instead of been cheated.

PAID DUTY AND SHIPPING FOR ITEM NOT SHIPPED
I purchased a blue tooth headset(9), cord(10) and a power bank(12). They charged me the price of the items, taxes and a ridiculous shipping fee. On delivery I was charged $15 Cdn for duty. When I opened the package there was only the power bank. The whole thing cost me $65 Cdn for a lousy power bank . I emailed them immediately and Jonah Marie (Customer Support SPECIALIST) said they were out of stock and offered store credit for 7 for the headset plus 5... AS IF I would EVER shop there again. I requested 20 Cdn back on my credit card. I have notified my card holder already. How they can charge me for an item and SHIPPING and not actually ship it in this day and age only indicates they are a disreputable company. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM.

Can't Unsubscribe and get several emails a day
DO NOT subscribe or you will get bombarded with emails and can't unsubscribe. They do not respond to emails, calls and unsubscribe does NOT work. What a joke of a company. STAY AWAY.

Shipping costs
I was scammed got a phone case 1.99,and it said check out and didn't show and shipping costs so,thought it was free but later found out it was 5.99 for shipping that's outrageous will never ever order nothing from these scammers again!! False advertisement please no one order from them and then its a 1.99 each additional thing u purchase! So crazy and false information

Do not purchase anything from them
I made two separate orders on the same days and still have not received them 2 weeks later. I received an email notice the next day after my purchase that it was shipped. I tracked both packages. One package was shipped to and received a week later to somewhere in Nevada. That's a problem as I live in Canada. The second package was shipped 2 weeks ago and still has not been received.
I've tried contacting the company multiple times over the past 4 days and they have not responded.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Partial Delivery
Only received one out of three items ordered. Tried to get a resolution but online customer service just sends emails about getting back to you and never does. Their phone just directs you to their online customer service. SCAM!

RIP OFF
I ordered a case for my phone and said NO to everything else including the screen saver.. they charged me for the screen saver.. They did NOT give me the 50% off like the promo code said.. I clicked on the "cancel Order" button and it did NOT cancel the order.. I sent in a CANCEL ORDER form right after I got the "Order Submitted" page and they had 3 and 1/2 days to cancel my order but did NOT cancel it. Now all I have gotten is a bunch of BS excuses and was told that they did NOT have time to cancel my order.. They refuse to cancel any order and do NOT ship it for 3 to 4 days later but they sure take the money within seconds.. They are THEIVES....

No Customer Service/Rip off
I will add my experience to those above: shipping charges are extraordinarily high and not displayed until after the purchase is made. Shipping was more than double the cost of the item. The, it took almost a week for the item to be delivered from a warehouse 45 miles from my house. When it arrived, it was the wrong phone case, clearly not the one I ordered. They REFUSED to take it back or give a refund because it was "on sale". Despite the fact they were at fault since they sent the wrong case. ":Request closed" is what they keep saying and when I pushed further, they asked me "most humbly to reconsider" my request. What company talks like that when they are ripping you off?
DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT deal with this company. These are not reputable business people.

Way too many emails!
After ordering from them, I get several emails a day. When I go to unsubscribe, it won't let me, imagine that! They better stop or I'll sue them for harassment! Jerks!

AFTER DOZENS OF EMAILS - NEVER ANSWERED - I ONLY GET CANNED ANSWERS FROM THEIR STUPID E-CHAT, WHICH NEVER HAS A PERSON ONLINE...
THEY TOLD BBB THAT THEY SENT AN RMA AND THAT THEY DID SEND THE PROPER ITEM, WHICH THEY DID NOT.
CONTINUING TO WORK WITH BBB WHICH DID CONTACT THE COMPANY.
THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND THEVES.....
I also reported them to Amazon because Amazon does business with them, and I wanted Amazon to know that Cellular Outfitter.com is a fraudulent company.
DO US ALL A FAVOR AND REPORT TO BBB - THEY DO FOLLOW UP!

Wow I really wish I had read these reviews, I saw some reviews on another site that had all 4 ratings, so I went ahead and tried it. First off I picked one case suppose to be 40% off with free shipping. Just like everyone else shipping was charged after I placed my order, I immediately went to cancel and couldn't reach anyone by phone, no one responded to my numerous emails, and one week later when I did get a response it said they would take three dollars off shipping, I responded no thank you I just want my money back. Never got a response after that, two weeks later I get an email stating my item had shipped,mind you it's been three weeks already. Seven days later I get the case and what do you know it's not the one I ordered. Tried emailing again with no response. 24 hr later I get an email stating my item had shipped and they couldn't refund my money. Omg and I thought the the company WISH was crazy, at least they gave me my money back. Please don't try this so called company, I do a lot of on line shopping and this has by far been the worst. I am now disputing the charges through my bank. Good luck anyone that tries this scam company.

I bought a power extension. It broke and they said I had to fill out a response of why I am sending it back and I should hear from them in 24 hours. I did so on Jan 21 still no answer

Oh, oh!
I ordered a cell phone case from Cellular Outfitter. I noticed that they have already taken the money from my account. Got a notice with an order number confirming my purchase. That was a few days ago. I have been looking for the notice that the item has been shipped. So I got online and found out that the item was still in the warehouse. I thought, "Oh, oh I have a bad feeling about this so I did some research on-line and found this web site and found dozens upon dozens of complaints dating back to 2015.
There must be some way to stop this company from doing business. I can tell you that I am going to find a way. I think that I will start with filing a complaint to the FCC, and my state Attorney General's Consumer Complaint Division Department. Of course I will also contact the BBB. From there I figure out just who to complain to. I just love writing letters of complaint. I usually get what I'm after.

SCAM Company - Don't order from them
I, too, wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. I saw other reviews on Google that gave them 4 stars. I ordered a simple cell phone case on February 21st. It is now March 6th and I still have not received this case. They keep assuring me that it shipped -- I'm wondering where it was shipped to. Certainly, not to me.
Additionally, a week after placing my order, my credit card was compromised by someone in Brazil. Thankfully, my credit union denied the charges and canceled the card. I think it has something to do with this company because there were no other on-line charges using this credit card.
I think Cellular Outfitter is a cheat and a scam company. I only wish these reviews could be made more public to keep this scam company from continuing to do business.

I just placed my order and seen the difference in the price after I paid. THEN I went looking at the reviews. Wished I had done that first. Had I seen this I would have NEVER given my card info out. Just goes to show ya that China f@cked us again. Hope Trump sanctions their as$es good for still dealing with NK when they weren't supposed to.

Deceptive Company
Yes, this company is such a scam. I had an order for $14 with the discount. You do not find out what the shipping is until you place the order, it is hidden. And they charged me almost $18 for shipping and handling. How very deceptive and wrong. I will never even go to this website again.

unsubscribe complaint
I did not place an order but as soon as I put my e-mail address in I started receiving several e-mails a day from Cellular Outfitter, they refused to unsubscribe me so I filled out the complaint form on the California Attorney Generals website, two days later the e-mails stopped. Two weeks later I received an ad from Cellular Outfitter so I tried the unsubscribe at the bottom of the page and it worked just fine.
Please, if anyone has a complaint go to the California Attorney Generals website and fill out the complaint form and they will check into the problem and remedy it. You can also file a complaint with the Consumer Protection Agency and get results .

Dishonest company
I ordered a phone cover because of the low cost and the promised free shipping. Only after I hit complete order did the shipping charges show up. I hit cancel order I the confirmation Email and it offered to take off the shipping charges if I did not cancel. I hit OK and the shipping charges were still there but since I hit OK I could no longer cancel the order. Will never do business with this crooked company again.

Scam!!!
Cellular Outfitters is a total scam. Prices are not as they post and the products are inferior. I was charges $8 shipping on a cable that cost $5.
When I received the cable I could tell it was very inferior, it does not flex well and will not stand up to much use.
DON'T DO IT!

Customer service? ?
I placed a order over a week ago and can not get a shipping date estimate. Called co and you can not talk to a human. I emailed 3 times and no response. A very dissatisfied customer.

Horrible Are they out of Business
Placed order on July 30th It is August 16th and have not received nor had even 1 update. Have emailed them 5 times with no answer.
Called their number 6 times today. All that ever happened was automatic answer system and put on music. No one ever picked up to talk to. Do not order anything from this company and unless you want to lose your money.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY as everything they do, from start to finish, is a sham. To start they advertise that you'll get a percentage off-----you keep thinking they'll be place to enter the code and also to review the order for shipping costs, but BOOM there is no review or confirmation area, as you enter info it goes immediately to payment completed and THAT is the first and only time you see the outrageous shipping fees for feather weight plastic in a completely unpadded plastic baggie-----oh, and of course, at no time was their a spot to enter the discount coupon. As if that wasn't bad enough, when my "baggie" arrived with my 2 cases, ONE WAS CRACKED down the side (and appeared to have been previously opened) and the other cases was NOT for my phone model (not even close to the same size)---so WORTHLESS. After three weeks of trying to get customer service (OR ANYONE THERE) to acknowledge my order, I get from them an email that suggests I can mail back the products to them. No return number, no mention of my original order or invoice, and no mention of the amount I'll be returned. I have very little faith that I'd ever be returned the amount I paid for the cases, shipping, if anything at all. DO NOT USE THEM, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT!
