Another sucker taken in (me)
Also wishing I had read all these reviews before I ordered. I wasn't shown the shipping until after the order was placed. It was several times the cost of the item. I emailed them to cancel, but instead of canceling the order, they reduced the shipping cost and charged me anyway. I wrote again saying I wanted to cancel, and they haven't written back. They are now ignoring my emails. I guess I can cut my losses if I can't recover the money, but they have my credit card number. Gotta figure out if I should cancel the card, or just dispute the charge. Hope this lesson stays with me for a little while before I make my next impulse buy!

Shipped the wrong product twice, no respose from their website, can't contact customer service
This is the message that I sent to Cellular Outfitter after they shipped me the wrong item twice.
"Twice you've shipped me the wrong item for My iPod nano 4th generation. I thought that I ordered the wrong armband the 1st time I ordered. So after I again did research on my iPod I replaced the order. The 2 armbands you sent me are the same identical item (LC3-SAM-SGS4-RB10). My iPod is 1 1/2" wide and approx. 3 9/16" tall. The armbands you sent me are 2 1/2" wide and 5" tall. I want a return authorization for both and a refund, including shipping."
After I placed and received the 1st order I contacted them through their website and told them that it was the wrong armband for my iPod and could I get a return authorization. When they got back to me they said that they don't accept returns on clearance items. Nowhere on the order page did it say that this armband was a clearance item. After I researched the model of my iPod to insure that I was ordering the correct item, I figured that I would go ahead and order the right one and discuss returning the 1st order later. After I got the 2nd order and saw that it was the same exact and wrong item I tried to contact them through their website again. After completing the returns page information again the site does not let you send you returns request. Then I tried to contact them through their customer service number and repeatedly get a message that the number is temporarily out of order.
THIS ORGANIZATION IS A COMPLETE FRAUD AND SHOULD BE PREVENTED FROM CONDUCTING BUSINESS ON THE INTERNET. I don't understand how this company is not investigated for fraudulent business practices after the plethora of complaints I've read on this site.

Rip off
I ordered a simple phone case a couple weeks ago that UPS notice that it was shipped to my local post office, Than was told it has been delivered. I have received nothing try to contact the post office but was told I need it they’re tracking number which was not provided to me by UPS then tried to contact cellular by email since there’s no phone number available have not heard anything back still waiting for my package which I was charge for over two weeks ago this is ridiculous this is not except a bowl this company should not be allowed to do business in this country.
