I cant fonud my goods
Please u guys should found my goods, I placed an order since last month up till now I can't found d goods u guys shipped the goods to somewhere and stop how which I know I would have not place an order.Because I thought u guys are ok but now it seems u guys are fraud or something the site is so disgusting and annoying,please am begging again ship my goods or refund my money.

They need to quality check their suppliers
Bought from them twice. First experience was fine with the exception of one faulty good but I let it go cause all the other items were ordered as described.
However, there was alot of trouble with the second purchase.
-First issue I had was one of my items ran out of stock but I was only informed of it three weeks after I placed the order. This may be due to an ineffective inventory stock taking system. I brushed it off cause you know... that's just one of the hiccups of making overseas purchases.
-Second thing, it took one month for my item to reach me. Andddd the purchase only consisted of a bag.
-Finally, the worst of all, the bag was faulty. Their return policy states that the consumer has to bear the return costs if he/she is not satisfied with the purchase but what if the reason for the unsatisfactory is not the consumer's fault???
I have contacted club factory on their facebook and am waiting for them to get back to me. I think this is a problem due to their inability to manage their suppliers. Will update again when I receive their reply. Meanwhile, I urge consumers to use this app with caution. Don't wish for anyone to have the same bad experience.
Also, on a side note, do not believe that club factory has the cheapest prices around despite their claim of use of big data. Their use of "big data" is mainly limited to wish.com. I've done my own research and found cheaper prices else well.
Once again, research must be done first before you make a purchase from this app.

Really scared now!!
will they really deliver my order on not , number of issues they have and moreover i really hate their return policy, we are responsible for return amount and after that as well not sure whether they refund the money or not. This should be registered again cyber crime :( :( I was very happy to shop with site and seeing its collection and i have placed orders of worth rs 3000/-. Now I am scared of the results.
All the above reviews are seems to pretty original because they really didn't sent any order-confirmation message or order-confirmation e-mail. And also its too difficult to contact them no customer support no. is available.
Wishing good for me. lets see :*(

thank god i didnt order from clubfactory as i already had a bad experience with another online shopping website "street style store". so thought of chcking the reviews first b4 putting my money on stake and boooom.. not even a single positive review..!!!!
these maniacs either dont deliver d products or send d cheap quality ones like 3rd copy o something. either way its waste of money..!!!!!
so people always do a background check before handing over ur hard earned money to such frauds.
because i know how it feels being cheated like this..!! moreover dont forget to put d reviews as it helps others and filing a case against will simply discourage such incidents and eventually might bring d company down..!!!!!

Unable to track my order but the Payment was deducted
I have placed an order with Club factory on 11th dec 2016 but till date no response or message came from the Club Factory for dispatching the expected date was 21 dec. No support number or customer support to help me on this.
Can anyone help me on this or any suggestion how to track my order :(

Still waiting
I had ordered products worth 1400 from club factory but haven't received any product yet. Last intimation was on 11th December, but after there is no intimation.
The worst part is there is no way to connect with them. I'm not even able to raise a ticket for my concern. I'm totally in dark regarding my order and have no idea what to do....!!!!

Dear Guys,
I am strongly warns or aware you about the sub standard quality products of CLUB FACTORY. It is just like beggars cloths they are supplying by showing high range quality products. Purchase from this site will bring you in comma if you see the quality of the cloths. I bought sweatshirts and i am shocked to see when i open the bag. It was just like prank. Please guys dont waste your time and money by purchasing from this site. Moreover return police is third class.

Hello Guys,
Don't order any product from this app/site, on Nov 30th 2016, i have ordered 5 products with 3000+ INR, after 20 days i recieved 4 products with cheap quality, and in App/Site they updated all 5 products delivered. Its fake site, we all are attracted by products in app, the products in app so good, but delived products are not worthful. its very cheap. and there is one contact number for INDIA, i have tried to call that number more than 10 times, its always busy and after some time its switched off, that means its fake website/app, no contact center number are switched off.

try to call who lost the money and scold that idiots. and if any one going to put complaint on club factory.. i'm aslo with you.

Wrong product with lesser value delivered
I was quite excited when I placed the order and was waiting patiently for the courier. I was quite surprised to see that the product which got delivered was not the same which I ordered but also the mrp of that product was 655 rupees lesser than what I have ordered. I am quite sad as the return policy says I will have to bear the costs and I got no trust whether they will refund my money.

A TOTAL FRUSTRATION
At first, I was very excited for the items i had been ordered. My orders were placed on the 1st of November and still at this very moment, I am waiting for the delivery. It is almost 2 months since I have paid for my order. VERY FRUSTRATING! MONEY and TIME CONSUMING!

CONFUSED
actually i ordered 4 items in Nov month two different orders for India and another one Dubai, almost 4000 inr, really am happy about service and all , i got in proper time. but in this December i ordered again almost 5000 inr products in Dec30 still showing processing order if i call or msg they telling apps error so updates not showing but they will deliver in proper time don't worry its answer from club factory still i confused what to do?

Very insensitive & non friendly to customer
Hi All,
Everybody should avoid this app as it is more of cheating destination then really providing good services.
The products received were not appropriate and not the value of money even after the huge discounts displayed over.
No customer service support at all for the items that need to be returned.
there is no response on email and the contact number given never get connected.
It's like buying on this app is the huge mistake somebody will make and you are so badly stuck with the products as there are charging for return and not giving any response.
Another thing, one of my items got cancelled and i dont know if i will get my money back from this company.
It seems they are more of fraud than anything else

Pls dnt buy any product from this side if you ordered don't take delivery. Its a fraud company fooling people with photos and price.
There don't have any contact number not even any one bother to reply though mail or in website chat after you sent them money..
Beware of such website waste of money China quality.

India-Fraud Company -BAD EXPERIENCE
Hi,
Club Factory is bogus online shopping website, I have ordered for Rs. 4000+ for almost 8+ items.
Some Items I did not like and requested for return but they do not have any customer care number they only ask us to leave a message.I have messaged so many time attached picture of items to be returned but there is no response.
Please do not buy anything from this APP or WEBSITE.

Very Disappointing
I have ordered 4 items of Rs. 2352.37. And when I got my courier there was only 2 items inside the package, I am totally shocked after seeing this. And when I left the voice msg on their no. Regarding my concern, None of them are concern, this is very disappointing to see , it's no for the first time I am doing online shopping but yes this time I got a very bad experience.... I want either my money back or rest those items.

I think am just saved. I added so so many product in my cart as I could not resist with its looks, price and reviews on website.
But it seems as if it is a total fraud.
I just surfed for the review bcoz I wanted to be sure of my payments.... I didn't wanted to be victim for password hack n all....
But I think the story is more than this...
People are not even receiving the products...
