I was very excited looking at the products and their prices . I ordered products worth of 2000 and finally when i received items , i was disappointed looking at the items i received . They were so very different and cheap look from the pics displayed . I ordered a bag which is big enough in the displayed picture , but the peice i received was soo very small that i cannot use it for anything . Please dont be fooled like us . And please dont encourage this fake bloody website.

They guys are ridiculous ..they take shipping like hell .. Even dat is ok but when i order few items to adjust the delivery charges ..they cancle the big amount product n still we have to give the same delivery charges bcz we already paid that ...we cant help it now ... They just feel sorry fr that ...even they dont return the money ...they only send msgs but they dont return.

Useless
For the first time i saw this website on facebook and i was quite impressed by the products and the comparative prices. Hurriedly i ordered one dress in june, i would not say they don't reply on mail, they do but its USELESS. They said my order has been under process and would be delivered by gati but it never came. Moreover i knew my money was lost but one day their reply came saying your order is lost and money would be credited back to your account after deducting some charges (dnt knw how much) but money never showed up in my account. So giys this is a serious advice plz dnt get trapped by such website.

Horrible service
I had ordered some oroducts from club factory and I am not at all satisfied with the products. First of all my order was delayed by 6 days with no information from the site about the reason of delay and later on when i got the order it was wrong. I recieved two same tops instead of the two different tops I ordered. The website dose not even provide a fixed customer care number for Indian clients so we are literally helpless on what has to be done further if you rise up with a certain problem regarding any thing. I would suggest please dont buy anything from here as the pathway for any damn thing is not clear, plus cash on delivery option is also not avalable so its like falling into a mess interacting with club factory. Very pissed off.

Horrible service.
This site is hopeless please do not buy products from club factory. I have had a very bad experience regarding my placed orders. First of all I recieved my order 6 days late from the date of delivery and then I recieved wrong products. The exchange policy is not allowed on this site plus the return policy is terrible which says you have to bear your courrier charges and sent the products you want to return by post. No customer care numbers are avalable for Indian customers to contact regarding any product or difficulties plus no cash on delivery option avalable and thats like everything is just in favour of the company. I would suggest please do not order anything from this site and order only if you want to go into a loss.

Saved buying from these frauds
I have been saved from ordering from club factory, thanks to all these "GENUINE" reviews & not the fraud reviews on their app page. The products & prices are so attractive that one feels compelled to shop.
I had a terrible shopping experience once when I had ordered from eBay (India) which you'll should be careful too. They neither take back a product if the customer is dissatisfied & neither cancel the order even 5 mins after placing it.
If such thing can happen on such an international site such as eBay then these new shopping sites have to be thoroughly checked before spending your money on them. Club factory expect the customers to pay in advance but there is absolutely no contact detail except for an email address which is very suspicious so whom to call when our items are not delivered??
BE CAREFUL!!

Please think before you order from club factory...i did a mistake ordering without seeing reviews...I ordered on 9th Sep till date I dint get my products...and the scary thing is my card is being hacked after using this club factory...so be careful while purchasing...whenever I check my order status I get mssg some one is trying to use my card from Microsoft ..they dnt give us COD also... now I'm waiting for my products to get delivered...

After repeated mssg they just send they will mssg after 24 hrs .. it's really irritating now😡😡hard earned money is gone...can't v take any legal action on them... even though mine is only 1300 it's really hard earned money.

After the 18 days of patience i called the customer care centre bt they r responding as if my order no. is invalid . Now m a fool bt save urself self from being too. And m wondering why these many ppl r silent even after being the victim of fraudness of clubfactory .

Club Factory seems fraud website
It must be checked if Club Factory web portal is cheating across.
I have also placed order of TOPs on 8th Oct 2017 considering some new designs- but have not received anything so far - there is no contact number - status say shipped....order number SO515849...PAID AMOUNT THROUGH PAYTM RS 683.01 . Can any one help what do we do?? if it is fraud - some serious action should take place so as others are not cheated.

This one is fake app fake site everything is fake there contact details is too fake worst experience ever i have ordered a sandal for mine nd still i didn't get it estimated delivery date was 16 October nd m like😤😒 why they doin so if they can't take responsibility plss dnt order any thng and tell your frnds nd famly too

Super Pissed!!
It was more than I month since I ordered. There was no call or nothing. When I started to call them same repeated answer saying "Caught up in the Delhi Customs". And few days nobody wants to attend the dam call. Looks like I have also lost my 2k. Seriously we should complain about these MF for God sake and get our money back. So much for DIGITAL INDIA!!!

Rubbish experience
I have placed 5 orders in which no one is as expected. Two items color is different from choosen color. One of them has size issue, i selected medium size and they ordered me of small size. And remaining 2 items has quality issue.. we can say amazon, flipkart, myntra all are too much better than club factory. Never use this site in future.. they make us fool.Also return policy is rubbish, they dont share customer contact number Sothat we cant contact them..its a rubbish, cheesy, cheapish site..

Not so nice experience
I ordered 14 items from the said website and received only 13 but I was refunded the money of my 14th item . When my order was delivered I found that 3 of them are damaged when I contacted them the customer care service replied after taking its own sweet time that they will only reimburse a part of the money . This cannot be accepted .

Fraud club factory
I had ordered in the month of September 28 &still haven't received the order.Nobody from club factory is solving this issue.i can smell that this online website is fraud.i paid around₹6750.

Deducted money but listed in unpaid products
I had ordered in the daytime, I made the payment and they showed a slow connection error, but my money from my bank account was deducted, but they listed my product in the unpaid list, it is very helpless. I have raised a concern in the costumer complaint, but they just dropped the automated message. I think my money is gone, is their any solution to this.! Please help.
