Complete local product
My wife was so excited when she saw the ear rings in club factory site and she selected couple of ear rings, it was cost her around 800/- and she waited three weeks and finally it’s arrived but when she open the box completely surprised because of the quality of the product was pathetic, you can’t even use when you go to market...... dear club factory team please stop cheating customers or still you wanted to continue please check the product quality before you send.
Dear customers please think twice before buying from club factory...

I returned few items n we hv to send it alsonon our own expenses but after 3 months also i hv not got my refund n getting nonsense replies to check ur bank account how the money will cum till u ppl will not send

don't buy any product from this onlinr site
never buy any product from this site. because, the quality of the product is very bad....if u buy any products from this site then I am sure you will be fooled.bcoz .I have ordered a shirt from this site worth Rs. 718.. on the site they said it made of cotton but when I got the shirt I found it made of sinthetik.. the value of this shirt should be 250.. after getting the shirt, on 2 march 2018 i have applied for return of the shirt.. but I have not get any response from them. and I also try to call them but the number is saying switch off so guys I again tell u don't buy any product from this site.

this is a one type of fload website do not purchase any product in this website all are fload and manager are also fload in a club factory manager has deducted a money in my bank account rupees 10000 has deducted in my account and do not get details of your bank account the manager has transferred the money in manager account by otp and card details then do not get details of atm card or bank account so please beware of them this is a fload do not shop any item

Not any items return,very bed
I shop a number of items..bt some items are not prefect size.and suddenly I req for return that items..bt thease items are not picked and I m not able to return my money..at last all these items are go to my dustbin..and I lose very very much

Status of courier- shows delivered
Hi all,
I was little skeptical about this website so thought of buying something for lesser price. So bought for Rs. 200. After 2 weeks of no messages and emails.. I thought of checking their app. The status column said the product has been delivered by xpressbees and the product was received by me personally. The Irony is that the day they mentioned in the app.. I was not at home for the whole day.. then how did I receive my courier. Its just 200 but still a hard earned money.
I messaged customer care (as there is no phn no.) And whenever I ask them about updated on my product, they msg me back saying that they are looking into my query. Its been 3 days of followup and they are still looking into my query.

Fraud - big mistake to order something from here
I hv order something from dis app but what i have recived is totaly different from the image. And when i asked them for return they said we have to send it through courier and return shipping fee is our reponsibilty .
The quality of the product is totaly 0 . It look like a ten rupee product which is from chandni chow or a weekly market .
The biggest fraud they are doing
I request everyone plz dont buy anything from here plzzz .
U will be in a very big trouble if u buy anything from this website. What are they showing and what are they selling is totally different.
No help from coustomer care. This website is just a fraud

Not refunding amount
I returned some items which were broken ....they told me they refund my amount in 8-15 days...but 2 months over I didn't get my refund yet... No one is replying properly......I think it's fraud company..

Poor Quality in Club factory
I have purchased bag worth of Rs. 600/- but it looks worth of Rs. 100/- Quality is very poor. china product. they have cheated.
And return policy is unfair. They will not arrange to pick the product. we have send it back in our cost. It means you dont have responsibility of post sale.
Very disappointed, will not refer anybody.

I ORDERED ITEMS FROM THIS CLUB FACTORY, ITS ALL FAKE AND CHEAP STUFF, ITEMS ARRIVES ON TIME BUT WHAT YOU SEE IS NOT WHAT YOU GET. I AM HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED I ORDERED A WIG THIS WAS SO IMPORTANT TO ME BUT ITS FAKE AND SYNTHETIC AND I PAID A VERY HIGH PRICE FOR IT. I WILL NOT SPEND MONEY TO RETURN IT BUT PLEASE DONT BE A VICTIM OF THIS SITE EVER AGAIN. I AM DELETING THE APP IMMEDIATELY.

Hi dear customers this is review about club factory and there partner delhivery.one of the worst online shopping in the world is this club factory itself don't loose your money it's fraud factory .they not even visit your place to deliver they won't contact you as well and they will tell you that it's an restricted area not able to deliver.
when it's an restricted area then y should they take order online and money from us this an bull shit process they have
plz customers don't go to this shopping website .
And still I didn't get my product or refund for cancellation
Plz be aware of this .

Worst app
It's a worst app. Don't buy anything from this app. It's very slow and rack app. Before sometime I have purchase 3 prodect from it and all the products was unsatisfied me..

Pathetic service
There money receivin system works very fast bt quality of product and services are more then worse. Return policy is within 9 day and they take 7 days to take the return request as there is no coordination between all of them working for club factory. There products n services r 3rd class

guys,please dont do shopping on this website.hence i experinced a lot of lose due to this website, i have ordered a bag when i got it i came to it is not worthy i retuned it but my amount was not retuned when i called custumer care they were not responding properly.after one i retried to collect my amount but they said for referring we need your card number and again they debited my amount pesuing that they have paid it for prosessing. so guys please never ever trust this site .THIS IS A FRAUD SWEBSITE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD .

defective item, bad service, rubbish
i hav ordered 2 product 1st is defective and 2nd is wrong. I was applied to return both. But there is no response occur. when i call customer care officer 2-3 times, not provide good sarvice. Plz don't buy anything from this site.

Waste of money
I ordered two items but I received only one when I called them and chatted with support centre i said that I received only one.. my orders are one is top and other is earrings set i received top but not earrings set when I asked them through chatting they kept the delivery process of top but product number is. Earrings Set's and saying you received earrings they are cheating then I kept the pic of top and it's number which I received they stopped chatting.. because they know that they are lying they took money like monkeys but dyeing to place the order club factory other name is cheating factory i want my order or return back my money
