I was about to be the victim of these cheaters. But, I got my money back after 98 days as I cancelled my registration within 7 days i.e. cool off period as in the terms and conditions. Though I was not aware of this, I knew about this cool off period through one of the member of this forum. I really thank him and this forum. So, if you are within the 7 days cool off period, then you have a chance to get your money back that too with lot of follow-ups. Hope everyone will get their money back and share their experience and information so that others can benefit.

I too had been cheated. we were invited by Ms.Swapana over phone by telling of winning a prize and later mind washed with membership at your office in abudhabi on 10.02.2012 at 6pm by Mr.Praveen (0551527254), Mr.Pradeep (0553672343 Mr.M.A.Samed and telling false promises. I had later found that the membership benefits and the club facilities offered during the presentation were absolutely wrong. I had been promised of a club facility (including health club and children’s cultural training) in abudhabi that is going to open within a month time and told that only very few memberships left and insisted to join then and there.They took AED.10000 by sweping my credit card and told it will be kept as deposit and will go for some installment scheme with First Gulf Bank. They promissed to refund the deposit immediatly if i had any issues and told different cases where they helped people by refunding, etc. Later, when I found what ever they told are false, I told them to refund my deposit. Now all promises change, telling no refund, no grivance addressing, nobody even attend our calls. I contacted their regional manager Mr.Sanjeev Nath ( 0557113694), he promissed will return the money, but now not picking my calls. Now we are verymuch suffering from these poeple and wish to take up it through media and municipality in abudhabi. You could also log a complient with Abudhabi consumber protection division - [email protected] . Pls call us if any of you have similar issues and we could take out it legally. Nandan -***, Abudhabi.

All,
Make formal complaints immediatetly to Gulf news, Khaleej times, all channels including Asianet middleeast etc, They are not going to give you the money as easy. You got to block them where they start, the supermarket outlets etc.. contact the owners of supermarket where you filled the coupens.. They will help you.

Do not wait... Go and complain to medias..gulf news, khaleej times, channels-asianet middleeast etc.. They are not going to give you the money back as easy.. You got to challenge thier existence.. you have to stop them from where you trapped.. supermarkets.. get help from the owners of supermarkets, Once again Do not wait, do not fear and not to be ashamed.. they are utilizing your money without giving you anything...

USE FULL PRODUCT
My name is Vipin. Me and my friend Mr.Kurian Joined countryclub.1 year back i took the membership.I went their Bankok Hotel.i got good hospitality services overthere.they delivered what they are promised.Now iam in their Bandipur resort.it is amazing.i just see the complaints against them..i can see nobody hasnt used their services..before that they are going for cancellations.i think this is all false informations.

Countryclub Cheaters
Can anybody please tell me how to follow up them to get back my advance money 5000 Dirhams. I cancelled within 7 days cool off period. Until today 90 days complete. I asked accounts people Mr.Gomes he said i have to wait another one month. I am fed up and i couldn’t survive without this money by means i already borrowed this money from other’s. Anybody….. Please help me how to get this money as quick as possible.

Dear All,
Many thanks for putting the above comments. I just now got a call from Swapna and invited me to their office to collect vouchers. Thanks for the information and am not going. Secondly I want to share with you that I became lifetime member when they started in India 1998. I paid 15000/- indian rupees for life membership for myself and family. When I was planning to come to abroad, I requested them to cancel my membership and give me the refund. They said I can use their facilities in abroad also. I have a letter from them stating that I can use their facilities. But when they started in Dubai, I asked them and they told me that my membership is only valid in India. I didnt go for legal as its time consuming. But am still having Membership ID cards for myself and my family which is of no use in UAE.

Fraudulent Transaction
Just to share my bad experience with the readers if this can help or save them to become a victim of Dubai Country Club.
The sales guys (Mr Basheer Hasan, Mr Udesh, Mr Chakappan) promised the money from my card will not be claimed until I approve, On that basis I have signed the authority form. But it seems they are not able to sell the membership and very desperate to add sales figures to the management.
My card was claimed and when I asked them to cancel under 'Kool time period', They refused with some reasons.
I am following up with them since last 1 month. Unfortunately I have problem regarding my job, I showed them all the prrof for the same but seems the sales and the staff are morally very down with no ethics.
I don't know how I will get the money back from them and how I will pay to the bank. My bad time I came in contact with those people.

• LIE START FROM FIRST CALL SAYING THAT YOU SELECTED OUT 10,000 PEOPLE TO COLLECT FREE GIFT VOCHER, ACTUALLY NOT SELECTED OUT OF 10,000 PEOPLE!!!
• GIFT OUCHER IS NOT FREE WE REQUIRE TO PAY INR 6,000 -10,000, IN THEIR TERM IS CALLED AS A TAX!! NOT REVEALING THIS TILL END!!

I also received call Country club on 29-march-2013 for collecting the gift voucher.We are not interested for this, but they called lot of time, were are you mam, pls come collect your voucher like this.... at last we went there, that time they saying the same thing we had conducting one hour presentation class please attend this after that you got voucher. After class, first we was saying we were not interesting for this,we need one more day for thing after that we will inform you. But they dont give time. they creating confusing in my husband mind. finally he gave his credit card, they swap 6000Dhs from first gulf bank credit card and putting signature some papers. Now i really tensed after reading this. Please help me....... What i do next.I just send mail to abdul rahman who taking class. he send he forwarded to authorized persons. but i didnt get any replay by mail. can i ask u why these people are still doing such sort of cheating every year. why is that the dubai police and media is not after them. i do have to get 6000/- back its been more than 75 days.....iam sure the cheater will be given by god, they won't success in life and if ever they will surly pay. sure....All these people paid and well it might be their salaries or life long earning sure the god allmighty won't leave them for sure...
