Country Club Frauds
I too fell in this scam in same pattern ( raffle draw) and paid around 39k (Membership 22K + AMC 17k) with lots of offers incluing the airway up and down tickets to india. When ever contacted for holiday booking they will come back the rooms are not available, I been a member since 2014, till now i cant avail my holidays. Now COUNTRY CONDOS emerged in Abudhabi pretending to a good guys ! They come up with new "brain crusher idea" real estate "WOW" the membership money can be transferred by owning plots in India. They will provide outskirts land in India with 3x of its original value( i assume).

Country Club and Country Condos issues
Hello all,
Like many of you, my family is also in the same situation. After years of demanding refund from this place we finally agreed to take plots in exchange of all the money we had given them. That was one year ago. Till date no action has been taken. The excuses are the same - we will get back to you soon, there is issue due to pandemic, money is stuck please give us time etc etc. All nonsense. All these issues don't come when they take our money.
We need to do something. Collectively. I don't know how much help we can get from DED. WE NEED TO BAND TOGETHER and go after these guys. Is anyone here knowledgeable in the ways of UAE law or do you have friends who may suggest some course of action? I don't mind putting a case on them. I don't want this to happen to anyone else.
