To all the Country Club Members,
I would like to take this opportunity to inform all those who thinks that they have been cheated or its a fraud, but its not that. as i also have thought the same way by online reviews. this negative reviews can be due to many reasons.
and as far as Country Club is concern there are few mistakes and misunderstanding due to sales team targets and pressures, and management cannot deliver due to other factor. But overall its a genuine company and all the products are genuine and worth taking.
So all those who thinks themselves victim or cheated give one more chance to explain your case and sure it will be resolved.
Country Club Staff are honest and humble, just that due to pressure of many reasons they tend to react different.
So guys enjoy and chill!

Cheaters
Yesterday (08-April-2017) I took membership from CC. But after seeing the response today from the CC team I would like to cancel the membership. I tried a lot but no able to reach CC customer care to cancel my membership.
I saw in one of the review some one mention that with in cool period (7 days) we can cancel the membership.
Please help to get back my hard earned money.

Country club is really big cheater, we invested in Pilani domiciles their new project, we paid full amount AED 25593/- now they are not doing any process, nor responding after getting money.
at the time of deal they told us if you don't like or you find anything is not going in stream you will get full amount refundable.
now when we ask they changed their statement, Mr. Raja & even Mr, Ajith are also cheaters.
but I will go Dubai consumer courts and I will disclose them, I am not going to shut & sit.

Hi friends, we also trapped by country club in some pilani domiciles project near by Rajasthan.
we got call from one if them representative to attend meeting, when we reached there they offer us some watering offer and didn't give us time to think and they swipe our card AED 15000/- after that they told us balance payment AED 10000/- you can do even after six months, but after 15 days only we started to receive call from them and they forcing us to do balance payment also on the base of group registration, we paid that also after that we come to know their real colours, after getting full payment they stops to response.
so total we invested in one plot AED 25593/- at the time of deal Mr. Raja & Mr. Ajith told us if you don't like anything or if you find there is anything is not in proper way you can cancel the deal & take refund of money,
when we find that this much complains against country club we told them that we want to cancel the deal, immediately they changed their statement and they told us that it is not refundable.
Really how can UAE is allowing such kind of fraud company. like that so many posts I read here against country club, they cheated so many people.
help me so I can go to Dubai consumer court to take against them and at least other people can save their money from this fraud company.

CANCELATION & REFUND FROM EVEREST SERVICES LLC(COUNTRY CLUB)
Dear Country Club,
Why you people doing like this with our hard-earned money. If people are not interested to continue why can’t you cancel their membership and refund their money? It will help you to save your company image. Please you also live & let others live with peace of mind. While you are taking the membership you don’t have any clause till what extent you can cheat people. How come you have only non-refund clause while returning the money… So many people are struggling because of your sales representative Like Sheikh Yousuf (take over Manager) so please be grateful to refund the money. While taking money in a second you will swipe the card while requesting to refunds you people several reasons. The agreement form which your giving to sign a customer, your sales representative not a giving chance to read or not even to take at home. They says today is the last day offer you will not get this offer any more. Is this fare what you are doing?? Money is not everything in life keep some human values.

EVEREST SERVICES LLC IS THE ONE MORE DIVISION OF COUNTRY CLUB FOR CHEATING POOR PEOPLE WHICH IS OPENED COUPLE OF MONTHS BEFORE LOCATED IN SHARJAH..
WE LOST OUR MONEY, WE DON'T WANT TO HAPPEN SAMETHING WITH OTHERS. THEY ARE EASILY TARGETING THE LOWER CLASS PEOPLE WITH DIFFERENT SCHEMES AND OFFERS BUT NOTHING IS GETTING MATERIALIZED.

Everest is part of Country Club ? when i visited Ansar mall last week i got the coupon but not mentioned anywhere the name of country club . i clearly asked the guy who gave the coupon as is it is part of country club ? he said no this is another company no relation with country club and even he is not even aware about the country club..

Contry Club Still Conning People
Can't believe I also fell trap into the gimmicks of the Country Club people and took their membership for 30,000/-AED in Jan 2016.
And after so many calls and attempts to meet the senior ppl... the manager finally agreed the information given was wrong and its their mistake and promised a full refund. It has been over a year and still no news of the same! Instead I get silly excuses!
Any help or ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated please! Being in this great country,UAE, I'm shocked that these CC people continue to con people off their hard earned money....It is really sad even after so many complaints, leading news paper articles and radio station interview, Facebook n Whats App groups... that this still going on!

Cheater country club
Hi, nothing needed to explain after reading above Review...... however they started a new plan to cheat who is already a member........by pushing them to change your membership to buy a property with additional 20000- 50000 aed in ratnagiri or Hyderabad.......so don't get entrap....... however let's make a whatsapp group to bring good number of member to go to consumers right or DED, WHEN there are big numbers of complaints may govt. take some action. A recent case-
A man who insulted the UAE on social media has received three years in
prison for the offence, The National reported.
Mohammed Ashour, a 38 year old Palestinian man, was fined AED50,000
and given a three-year jail term. He will be deported after his
sentence. According to reports, The Federal Supreme Court found him
guilty of creating a Facebook page that causes damage to the UAE’s
reputation.
The UAE’s cybercrime laws prohibit all forms of online abuse. This is
not the first time that people have landed themselves in trouble for
posting defamatory comments on social networking sites.
Mr Ashour pleaded not guilty in his defence hearing late last year,
claiming that the comments were made during private interactions over
Facebook. Speaking to Judge Mohammed Al Jarrah Al Tenaiji, he said:
What happened was a conversation between two users. I never created a
website. It was a personal online page on a social media network.”
As per the UAE Cybercrime Law No5, which was created in 2012, all
forms of online abuse are a criminal offence, and sentences can result
in a fine of between AED50,000 and AED3 million, as well as a prison
term of up to life in jail.

There seems to be no properties in ummal quain and Fujerah and Mr Afzal says we need to go only to the 1 existing property thats ppposite my place
Over the year its been a struggle getting things done...And now we are fed up

Cheated by Country Club
Dear Friends,
I had paid to country club for membership and plot totally 60,140/- and out of which with very great difficulty received 30720/- PDC cheque, now the balance is pending and im fedup following up with them, they dont respond to emails and dont pickup calls.
Have been in constant touch with DED. Please pray that i get my total amount soon and get rid of these people.

Country club
I paid country club, Dubai about about Dhs.35,000/-. I was promised so many things nothing got fulfilled. I was told that I will be given plot in Kodaikanal but they have not given me any plot so far.
I never used any of their facilities. I feel so cheated but I have no idea how to retrieve my money back. I took loan from the bank to pay money to County club Dubai. Country club is not returning my Money. No plot is given to me.
Can anyone help me to get my money back. I lost my hard earned money.
Please help me. Please.

Country Club Cheaters
Dear all,
I had paid Country Club 60,140/- and after 9 months of severe torture, harrasment and mental agony i received only 50% of my amount. Thanks to Dubai Economic Department.
Now no one in Country Club seems to be responding and responsible. Also tried to contact the vice president Mr Thomas. But even he is not taking any step to give my refund. Now he is not even picking my calls.
My sincere request to all in helping me get back my hard earned money.
May the almighty bless you all in the holy month of Ramadan and teach these guys a good lesson.
