I received IRS audit and informed to Vikaram, Sridevi who interacted with me earlier.But no response. I have been waiting morethan17 days and multiple follow-ups, finally decided to approched other Atorny. He found IBSN claimed excess amount in itemized deduction.I have been filing with them since 2008. Now i decided to pay aound $4000 including penalty .

In your response you asked me to REST ASSURED about the dates and IBSN will make sure to respond in time and now no one even replying to my emails or phone calls. This has become really frustarting for me now as i have been following up on this since last 4 weeks. You were the only person i trust in IBSN and now i am getting negative about it. You should atleast call me once and give me exact picture of what is going on.

Hi Laxmi, It is just a mess to submit return through IBSN and I have tried to recah you, your number is not valid. ! Which number can i reach you? It is urgent as no one responding either escalation or the communication written to IBSN.Appreciate your response.

Hi Lakshmi
I have I just got a mail from IRS stating that my federal return for the year 2010 has been selected for examination. I need to respond to this by Feb 17th over phone. I tried contacting all the numbers on your website but to no avail. I have just sent you all an email regarding the same. Can you please let me know how i need to deal with this.They need a copy of my 2009 and 2010 tax returns as part of documentation along with some other documentation. I am not able to download the same from the website. Can you please give me instructions on how to do the same. I am dealing with a lot of personal and job related stress. And with this new thing my stress levels have compounded.
Please help me on the same.
P.S If you dont plan on helping, please do atleast reply to me so that i can approach some other tax consultants to help me with the same.

Please respond to emails/calls or ask someone to respond. Its over 5 weeks since i sent you audit docs.. Everytime Ravi says just 2 hr.. Looks like his 2 hrs is equal to 20 days..

IBSN has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I filed my taxes with this company couple of years ago and the service was so horrible that I never filed my taxes after that. The only thing they cared about was money at that time. Once I paid the money, they never cared about my requests. A simple example of how crooked this company is, after I paid the money, I requested the copy of my tax returns for that year and the customer service person assured me that he would call me back and will help me get those documents. I just waited, waited and waited and never got any response from them. I again called and this time someone else picked up the phone and the same thing started happening again and never got any response again. I didn't have enough time at that time to follow up so didn't inquire much. This year I need those transcripts for something and when I called the "customer service" again, I was told that this time I would have to pay some money in order to get those documents. What a bunch of morons, when I asked them many times in the past they never cared about my requests and never gave me my documents and now they are asking for some money. This is ridiculous. I am going to the court as I have those customer service numbers in my phone bills.
To, all the guys do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. You can get your taxes done somewhere else for a better price and you won't have to go through their horrible customer service.
(When I asked my other accountant to get me the tax papers for other years, I got them in couple of hours only.) This shows the difference.

i have been sending mail asking status of my returns. there is no reply neither from you nor for ravi. please let me know whether you have file my tax return or not. the last mail i got from ravi said that you spoke to IRS and they are taking some time to process the returns.It was 2 months back. Please let me know whether you have filed the tax or not. my file number is R70218

I agree with these comments. I have used IBSN to file my tax returns for 2010 and I got a response till the time I did not pay the money. the moment, I paid the fees which is huge as compared to other tax filers, the people stopped responding and stopped replying to emails. I have 12 messages sent in the escalated issues, but none of them have been replied yet. Last year december, I received an email from IBSN saying they have received the cheque for my federal returns. I had requested for a online deposit, but still they made a cheque. I am still waiting for the cheque. I am not sure where the cheque is and the concerned person has stopped responding.
I tried calling the numbers mentioned on their web site and no one responds on those numbers.
This is a fraud company!!! Please do not use it to file taxes or do any transaction.

I am really feeling very bad about this...
I am an IBSN regular customer..I am filing my tax return from the past 5 years...
I lost faith on you guys...Your customer service is pathetic..
I am sure you are going to loose so many customers like me in near future..

As I told you guys this is a fraud company. Stay away from them.
I am going to talk to a lawyer as soon as I get some time from my busy schedule and take some action against these crooks. I am not sure how this company has survived so far despite having such a large number of complaints/frauds. I think we need to raise our voices and get together so that they can't cheat honest and hard working people anymore.

IBSN is #1 fraud company... they will be after you till you pay the fee and afterwords, they won't respond to your emails and their phone numbers will be disabled after tax period.. I was told that I will get certain returns and after fee payment, they generated the filing doc with very low returns. when I asked them they said that if I opt for some savings then I will get the amount they said first time. I was not interested to file through them.. so, I asked them to return money. suggested me to send an email to ramesh.krishnan and this idiot never responded to me nor returned my fee amount.. Now Laxmi came into picture, I sent one email with all the references of last emails I sent to ramesh.krishnan.. and no response from her..
Please educate all the IT guys who ever submits their tax returns thru IBSN to not to go...

I agree with Venkat, Ram and most of you folks.Stay away from this company. I am an other vitvim of IBSN. Once the payment is made to IBSN. That's it.!. No response to e-mails, calls.
They charged hefty amount by showing heavy returns. IRS audited my tax returns and I had to pay them back my entire returns with penalty and interest.
I wish the federeal government should black-list this company, so that many innocent people will save their money and time.

I have filled my tax prepration in IBSN last year. After tax prepration fee payment they asked me to send the documents for filling. Documents returned to me stating the company which was operating in chennai Shreeram infotech, tamabram is closed. Was surprised. then i felt yeah, there is something wrong with this company. i called to US, India and any number displayed in the IBSN website and to my luck there was not even a single response for almost an year. So i decided to register for this year tax filling and i got a mail & call back immediately (With on couple of hours). i said my problem they redirected me to send a mail to some id (i thought am going to end up in same situation), i sent couple of mails and no response till now. I sent couple of mails to Laxmi who is repsonding here that her compnay is best in clase, even she has not responded. I sent mails to all the escalation e-mail address in IBSN however i didn't even get even a single response. I work for wipro and i have mailed all my friends in US and those who returned from US to stop using IBSN as they are only keen in collecting the taxation fee and not ready to provide any service.
Who ever reading this, pls. stay away from IBSN. you can get any other tax provider who can really help you.

I have been trying to file tax returns with IBSN for the last month.
They were calling me only till I paid money for tax filing.
After paying the tax money, no one even looked into my case.
Every time you call their stupid support team, you'll get a response, "Will be completed by end of day"
And nothing happens after end of day.
IBSN is a cheat!!! Just want to make money... Once you pay them no one will ever respond from their team.
