Rubbish paint colour
I have just bought Dulux 'ONCE' Natural Calico. I bought this paint so that I would only have to put on one coat, it has NOT covered. Plus the colour is just off white, if I had wanted off white that it what I would have bought, but I wanted a light beige. This is not WHAT IT SAYS ON THE TIN. Very, very disappointed will not be buying Dulux again.

ICI dulux corp.
Dear Sir,
I'm Qaiser Iqbal, I live in Muzaffarabad city,my house is located on sangri maira peerchansi road near PM house. I am ur customer. I have bought ur products from ur franchise "Pakistan hardware store ghari pan"Muzaffarabad. Your company representative Mr Shahzad made color scheme for my house. There 18 wooden doors n wooden wall panelings. I have used ur wooden polish products wooden celler, lacker and thinner.
All polish products cost is 80000 aprox. It is the good one. I decided to use ur exterior paint product as it will as good as wooden polish products was. Your representative recommended painter the color scheme n weather resistance paint. But awfully I was not good at all it is going fade day by day .I told ur representative about paint condition it getting worse although there is no passage of water passing. I complaint ur representative but they made no reply. My work is going delay due to ur response. I heard of ur well reputation so I used ur product. Your representative n franchise owner Mr Aslam also visited but they made no response. This complain is a mark on ur reputation. Kindly make reply on my mail or cell. Regards Qaiser Iqbal 03005105125

Paint not drying, still tacky.
I have always used Dulux paint, as my father did before me. I am now in my 83rd year and have never had any problems with Dulux paints until now. My problem is, that after applying Dulux brilliant white undercoat to woodwork in a warm room and leaving it to dry for 24 hours, I applied a top coat of Dulux high gloss brilliant white paint and after 7 days it is still tacky. I am at a loss as to what to do next as I am loathe to burn it all off as I have redecorated the walls with Dulux magnolia Paint. Admittedly the paint was some that I had left over from my last years painting and I did not want to waste it. This has never been a problem before. Any ideas?. Thank you.

Endurance - what endurance?
I bought some Dulux Endurance plus Natural Calico Matt to decorate our hallway but did not use it for a couple of months. During that time it was stored unopened in our garage. On trying it on both front room and hallway walls which were covered in matt paint on lining paper, the paint is so thin it is like trying to paint the wall with water. After 3 coats on a couple of test patches it was completely see-thru and had not covered the Egyptian sand colour at all. How this can be sold as tough and long lasting paint I do not know. Complete waste of money.

STINK OF CAT PEE & CAUSING ASTHMA
My daughter has painted our hallway in Stem Green Once paint earlier this week and our home now STINKS of cat pee!
I am asthmatic and it's making me wheezy and nauseated due to the awful smell we have not been able to shift.
All walls were properly cleaned and dry before the paint was applied. My daughter is an experienced painter and decorator and is so upset about this as she feels she's made me unwell.
I want to know why this is happening) please don't insult us by saying it's dirty walls etc or not good pep as she's very careful!) and also what you are going to do about it as I am in the garden all day every day now in order to be able to breathe!!
I await your reply with interest!

Colour change
I purchased Dulux gloss paint ,colour conker The first coat was a beautiful rich brown colour, however when I applied the second coat a couple of days later, the colour was entirely different and much lighter . Both times the paint was well stirred. So I would be interested to know if anyone else has had the same problem ?

Matt emulsion
I’m very experienced decorator doing high end work since 1981 and I can safely say that in 2018 we have been using the new so called improved DULUX trade venal Matt and it’s the worst paint we’ve used for years, what the hell have they done to it?
It’s a different shade when cut in than rolling, also the opacity it utter crap and it’s difficult to spread.I have phoned the DULUX tech dept explaining this of course it’s the first complaint they’ve had but the different shading they called it picture framing, so obviously they’ve had loads of complaints before to give it a name. They said it’s the way we are applying it so after nearly 40 years of applying paint to walls and ceilings I know nothing !!.All the local decorators are saying the trade Matt is rubbish and most of them now go to the likes of B&Q because the retail range is half the price and better.
The water based satinwood is not much better either,it doesn’t cover in two coats it’s always 3 or more and lately when you take the lid off it smells of ammonia
Decorating today is a tricky buisness without using professional paints that you haven’t got any confidence in using them,so come on DULUX get a grip before all the pros stop using you, because at the moment most of your products are sheer and utter rubbish

Dulux paint
On Saturday the 9th my ex roommate painted the room using your PVA paint and today, 14 June 2018 the smell is still as strong as it was on Saturday despite sufficient ventilation AND is throughout my place even with the room windows open and the bedroom door been closed at night.
I do not want to even imagine if one had to sleep in that room what would their health situation be right now.
I cannot believe that several days later, the smell is as potent as the 1st day.
What ingredients do you put in your paint that almost a week later it still stinks.
I always use Plascon and her choice of of your product was a poor decision on her part and now we have to bear the brunt of that.
I will never ever use DULUX.
