People, DONT BUY HAIR FROM RPGSHOW... I heartly warn you not to buy any lace wigs from RPGSHOW. They are fake, dont keep up their words and are not honest. I am very disappointed as I have been waiting for more than a year for them to rectify a problem I had with them but to no avail. I have heard they give real nice hair to the reviewers in order to lure u to buy but sell useless hair ro real customers!!! so they are also tricky!!! Any one that need details of this horible experience contact me. I have bills of trouble and pictures to prove. They apparently offered to give me a new free lace wig. Look at the message from elaine: "Hello~ For UpsetNY, rpg_SHO_ FAKE and SILVERDOLLA, if you have placed orders on our website, please offer us your order number or email address used in your orders.Then we will offer one new lace wig to you. Please contact us as soon as possible by email [email protected] or call us by 1-718-414-6522 or 585 687 6029 .

I will keep on talking until they stop cheating customers. Money is hard to come by at these times.. and when we spend it, we want quality hair!!! get that Elaine, Tina and all from RPGSHOW!!!
Now I waited and waited and now they say the case is closed???

the reason why the reviews are good is because the reviewers get the real hair in order to make u buy the hair. In real, u get the hair like often described above. Think about it. if one review brings them 100 customers, of course they make profit and dont really care about the 20 people who get wrong hair and complain: Mind you, they sent me an email asking me to delete my comment from 2010. So maybe that shows what kind of people they are?
Think twice, They are based in China and when u order fromt them, the hair go through California, then africa, then latin america and back to europe. etc. I can show u how my package travelled, by the time it got to me, it was ages...
They cant do this with people's money!!!

Tina, Elaine, or whoever you are, I dont know coz u never sign ur names.
I have been communicating with you for more than a year now. I have been patient, waited for an asnwer but all u do is keep me waiting and then now say that the case is closed? If you remember, I emailed u immediately last year... and this year again. I am busy with work n school and cant keep on running after u, its you to try to make ammends... I ordered the wig in good faith and already the packaging was strange, with synthettic ettikett on it, but u told me not to worry and now it tangles... whats more, my wig went through California, africa, UK, before it go to me, WHY?? and to make matters worse, customs office took the wig for months and made me pay 169 Euros!!! 169 Euros, are u serious? I sent the bill to Tina and she offered me a 30 dollar discount. Serious? U offer such discounts to everyone!!!so in the end I paid almost 600 euros on customs, and all the stress of calling (no one ever picks up the phone!!!) ... It cost me money, energy and nerves I really dont have!!!
If nothing happens, I am going public on you tube by proving everything I have been saying while being ignored...
Dont talk about customer service when u doing this to ur customers!! This is not customer friendly!!!

Unfortunately, I purchased the rpgshow PTS003-s wig in yaki texture. The style was nice but the hair was extremely coarse. It felt like brillo pad. It wouldn't respond to flat ironing. Also, the hair was bulky in the back. It was unwearable. I wish I had seen these reviews before I made my purchase.

could you tell us your order number and email address?as you know yaki hair texture is added a micro kink to the hair strands to mimic Africa-American people relaxed hair.so it will be much coarser than silky.

Rpgshow made several suggestions to help improve the coarse yaki texture of the wig I received. After trying everything with little improvement, they agreed to replace the wig. The yaki hair on the replacement wig was much softer than the original. I am happy with the replacement.

I was thinking about purchasing a wig from the RPG-Show as well but, I am hesitant to do so now. I was very impressed with the quality of hair, pictures, and statements mentioned by others on their website, but I can't afford to lose money on a bad unit. It would be a lose lose situation for me. How can you guarantee that your unit will be accurate as purchased? I never bought anything online before and reading the complaints above makes feel uneasy about purchasing a wig from the RPG-Show.

DO NOT ORDER WIGS FROM RPGSHOW.COM! They sent me a wig that reeked of chemicals and the wig cap has large black stains on it. I chatted with Freida about getting an exchange or full refund, and her attitude was like "these things happen." I asked her for an exchange by the end of the week since the wigs are shipped within two days, and she said that it takes a long time to dye a wig black. This company is dishonest and just want to take money from hard-working people. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I AM WARNING YOU GUYS, DO NOT BUY FROM RPGSHOW. THEY CARE NOTHING ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, I ORDERED A CUSTOM MADE WIG FROM THEM AND HAD AN ISSUE WITH IT SHEDDING AND TANGLING. I TRIED PRODUCTS THEY RECCOMENDED TO FIX IT AND STILL I WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH IT, I WAS TOLD TO SHIP IT BACK TO BE REPAIRED AND ITS GOING ON ALMOST 2 MONTHS THAT THEY STILL HAVENT GOTTEN IT BACK. I SPOKE WITH FRIEDA AND SHE TOLD ME I HAVE NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT, IF THEY DONT GET IT THAT MEANS ITS LOST IN THE MAIL AND I WOULD GET A REPLACEMENT IF THAT HAPPENED, BUT NOW SOME FOOL EMAILS ME TELLING ME I HAVE A CHOICE TO EITHER ORDER A WIG AT A DISCOUNTED PRICE OF 200 DOLLARS OR GET A 16 INCH WIG IN STOCK. I HAVE PAID ALMOST 400 DOLLARS FOR MY CUSTOM MADE WIG AND NOW THEY WANT ME TO SETTLE FOR LESS AND PAY MORE MONEY OUT OF MY POCKET FOR MY WIG BEING LOST IN THE MAIL WHICH IS AT NO FAULT OF MINE??? ARE YOU KIDDING ME RPGSHOW??? I was in the process of buying one of these wigs after seeing a YouTube video and it looked amazing! But something made me think about checking the reviews and have now decided it is not worth that amount of money for something that seems like the same wig I can get locally for 60 ppounds. Thanks everyone for you comments i'll be steering clear of this company

same wig on YouTube was in immaculate condition and very thick and full. Mine came looking like a hot mess, plus it shed soon as I got it out the box. RPGshow should be ashamed, the YouTube gurus get much better quality hair and they don't even have to pay for it. I do not recommend this company.

OMG! I've been saving money for a RPG Show wig to do a Youtube review on it for 1-2 months now. Now I'm scared my money might go down the drain. There has been sooooo many complaints. I'm a full time College student at a ALL black college I don't have time nor money to be messing with cheap hair. I don't know what to do now. :(

Annoying!!!
I just purchased a wig yesterday 2/6/13 and I get an email wanting to verify if its ok to ship to my work address and not the billing address....I keep trying to respond back to THEIR email and it keeps coming back to me as failed delivery, like wth??? The phone # listed never goes thru either.....I'm starting to think this company is NOT legit, it should not be this hard to respond back, or contact them!!!

Afraid to Order!!
I was excited about seeing the videos of RPG wigs. I always check the reviews and complaints before I order. I am soooo glad I check the reviews on RPG. I notice the only people with good reviews are the the youtube gurus. I would have been so pissed if I had ordered from RPG an got some of the results I see on Complaint board. These are by far the worst reviews I have seen on wig websites. I purchase a lot of wigs and just started ordering online wigs. Sorry RPG, I have to pass on you. You would have had a very loyal customer is your reviews were better.
