No Complaints
I have purchased 3 lace front wigs from RPG show in the past month. All my wigs are in mint condition and I had no problems with their customer service... I guess I'm one of the fortunate customers.

I am still waiting for my order which was meant to arrive by today which is the sixth day!!!! and they said it takes 4-6 working days to UK. How long am I suppose to wait!!!! i hope this will be worth the time because if the hair is bad I will be more than angry.

RPGSHOW BEWARE!!!?
I order a custom lace wig from rpg els118-c when it finally arrived not even a week ago, the measurements were wrong it wasn't the length I ordered which was 18 inches it was more like 14/16 inches if that, it's very uneven and doesn't look like the unit on the picture. The hair sticks up at the top so bad! No matter were I part the hair it sticks up. The hair is so unmanageable. I tried to call the numbers listed no answer and every time I email them when they finally respond and I email them back it's returned to me as a failed delivery. They say that they have a refund policy, well apparently they don't they are liars who respond to you with short emails with no names. I plan on doing a Utube video showing this wig and telling e everyone not to buy from this company or believe the videos that they show. I was wondering why they didn't have any updated videos, now I know why! Because it's a scam and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. This will not be the last time they here from me.

This company is the worst!!!!!!!! Please do not buy from them, just like previous posts state, they are scammers. They send they're best quality wigs to these guru's on youtube and send hard working paying customers like myself crap! I was disgusted when I recieved my wig, I was told as long as I did not cut the lace I could return the product, so I did. Almost 3 months later they still have not refunded my money, when their website says refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. I will be in contact with my lawyer. This is jot just a few bucks, we're talking hundreds of dollars. Please stay away!!!!

Bad wig/ fake hair
Do Not But from RPGSHOW! The wigs that they send to customers are a hot ass mess!! I received a 300 dollar wig that looked like hard wool. They said it was real human hair...it definitely did not look real. I needed it for a vacation and bought so many product to try and get the hair to look desirable but it was wayyyyy too gone because it look like it came off a squirrel. They would not let me return but did offer to repair the matted up bull that I received . I didn't want to even bother. I hate it. I wanted a full refund. The company is bogus. Please save your money and don't contribute to such rip off. I wish I would've known...I would've 300 bucks richer....how naive of me. I should sue them.

RPGshow very dishonest
I ordered a wig from RPGshow in November, 2012. I received it in March, 2013. When I received it, it looked nothing like the wig I requested. The color was wrong, the texture was not human hair, it was the wrong measurements at the temple. I returned it. I called them 2 weeks ago and inquired whether they received my wig from the manufacturer. They said yes and that they would ship it the next day and email the tracking number. 2 weeks passed and I asked again about the wig. When I asked the lady when would they ship it, she didn't give me a time but instead she said whenever they ship it, they would email me the tracking number. Nothing happened. I contacted them again last week and chatted with Tina. She told me that they would ship it the next day and would email me the tracking number. So I said to her, "That's the same information that was given to me the last time. Why wasn't it shipped?" GET THIS: She told me that the person who was dealing with it, forgot to ship it. My thing is, if you are operating a business, how the hell could you forget to do your job? I really did not see these reviews until today unless I would've never ordered from this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone. They are liars and a scam!

RPGSHOW IS A FAKE!!!
I ordered my wig right before Memorial Day. My intent was to wear it for the holiday. It took three weeks to arrive. Well after the holiday. It did not come by Ups but USPS (really RPG). My wig smells like strong chemicals. Maybe that's to throw off customs!! Are you doing something illegal RPG??? Anyway, I have no idea how to get this stinky smell out. To be honest, I don't even want it in my house. I'm even afraid to put it in my hair. How could I be so gullible. Wait, I know how, I trusted a company that I thought would actually care about there product. Please don't fall for the you tube videos like I did. There are crooks out there and this is one of them. Go to a trusted company and most of all DO YOUR HOMEWORK before any purchase. I hope my husband doesn't find out about this!!!

I am soooo mad at rpgshow!!! I've been writing to them non stop to the [email protected] email and every single message i've written to them has been returned to me with a delivery status failed message. I've called their numbers and they do not work either. This is very unprofessional and tacky of them! WTF!@!!!!! I wanted them to fix the wig i purchased from them but, from the bs that they've put me through. Going back and forth I'm thinking I want my money back. This company is looking to be full of crap!!!! I have alopecia and in need of a great wig. I thought this place would be trustworthy and have great wigs. Not so far. I Will not lose my money and will do whatever it takes to get my money back and for them not too play their customers and money. This is BS!!!THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST!!!! I don't want to lose the 300+ I purchased this wig for!!! They are cheaply made and super knotted at the top. My wig doesn't have any baby hairs and it is not easy to put on. The ear flaps are pointless and get in the way Makes the unit look fake and very cheap.

Rpgshow is very messy, On there website it says straight wigs take up to 4-5 working days to receive your order with shipping from usps. I contacted them wanting to know well where the hell is my order it is 6/21 and I ordered my wig on the 12th, When I ordered from rpgshow I did not receive a tracking number till after I said something and on top of that thinking my order is getting shipped by UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE. After I emailed them I was contacted back by Tina of course stating that it takes 7-10 days to ship and to hope I understand, she then sent me the link to where I can track my order along with its tracking number but What pissed me off the most with rpgshow is the bullshit website they sent me that said my order is in Nanjing like what is wrong with rpgshow why lie and waste my time, why lie to your customers who are paying there hard earned money for your product. If I would of known my order would of took this long to receive and for the amount of money I paid I would have never done business with your company!!!!! Further more after seeing reviews on this website taking about your wigs It shows how sneaky and dishonest you guys really are. You care more about the youtube gurus who you give your wigs to for free but for the people who are paying they get low quality wigs? I'm very disappointed and don't think I will order from rpgshow unless they change there ways.

Fake hair, fake wigs
FRAUD!!!!!!! Do not purchase wigs from this people their wigs are synthetic and they give you the run around when you want a refund. I wish I had read all this complaints before making my purchase.... They need to be shut down for selling fake hair!! I am out of $375 but that's ok!! God don't like ugly remember that RPGSHOWWIGS.

Horrible wig/hair
DO NOT PURCHASE WIGS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! THE HAIR IS LIKE PLASTIC and they would not give u a refund but give u the run around. I am now out of $375 I wished I have done more research. But please listen and do not spend your hard earn cash because they will not refund your money, it's shipped from china and the invoice has synthetic hair written on it and the black box it comes in has 100% human hair. The hair stinks and it feels like Brillo.

You guys are the worse!!!!!! I order the stock full lace human hair wig straight. what I got was nothing like the picture.Its unbelievable what they have send me. From the time I removed the wig from the box,I knew it was a straight set up!!!!!,When I read the quantity list,it read,SAMPLE OF SYNTHETIC WIG,100%.Now, if I wanted a SAMPLE OF A SYNTHETIC WIG, I would've gone to the local beauty supply store and purchase one.When I opened the package up and looked at the wig, I knew it wasn't HUMAN HAIR! The worse thing about it is I'm allergic to SYNTHETIC !!!!!, So I called them right away,left a message that this was the wrong wig and it wasn't Human hair,can someone get back in touch with me right away,because I had to leave to go out of town on the 27th of September, I called everyday, the crazy time they have listed on there website and on the box in which the hair came in,I recieved my wig on the 18th of September 2013 and as of today September 25th NO ONE HAS CALLED ME BACK!!!!,.I paid over $300.00 us dollars and can't get a phone call back to rectify the issue.WOW!!!something isn't right with your company.I will do whatever I can do to make sure your company follow your protercol that you have listed on your policy.I have a business and it happens to be dealing with business like yours outside of the U.S.A.Feel free to call me back,all my infromation is true.

No Complaint
I haven't received my wig yet, but I'm very excited! I've had no issues so far. I placed my order last week, Thursday evening to be exact. I received an email stating that my order was shipped out on Monday and that I should receive it within three days. I also received a tracking number. I tracked my package and it is already in Ohio now, that's pretty fast to me especially since it's coming all the way from China. I'll send another review after I receive the product:)

Love My Wig
I had no issues with rpgshow. My wig arrived in a timely fashion and I received a tracking number before it arrived. I love this wig! I purchased a 1b Khloe Kardashian 18 inch yaki wig and it is everything I was hoping it would be.

UPDATE ON RPGSHOW Terrible hair.

5 Months ago I posted a review of dealing with there company and my shipping process, Now I'm going to do one on the hair itself. When I got the wig on 6/21 I didn't open it till the next day because I was so busy. I was happy that I finally got it and didn't get scammed since the hassle that I had to go through to find out were was my order. When I opened it the smell that perfumed my bathroom pissed me off !!! It smelt like a mixture of a dogs ass and cat litter which is very suspicious for it to be VIRGIN UNPROCESSED HAIR. I did my research and a couple people had said to just wash it or soak it in washing detergent and the smell would go a way. It took a few days and attempts to finally get the smell out and I had finally cut the lace thinking the hair was fixed since I had no more problems which is a big NO NO. The wig is a hot ass tacky mess there is a line of demarcation because of the glueless cap that starts about 4" away from my middle part making this a LACE FRONT. After a month the minimal shedding turned into chunks of hair and it began to thin which mad it look even worse. I wanted to throw it away but I was wasting about $250 or more so I kept it and tried everything. Finally the only thing I could result to after the 2nd going on 3rd month was to throw it away even though RPG show states a wig can last up to 6 months or a year with proper care. I decided I will never buy nor support this company and wouldn't even except a wig if I was bald or If it is free.
P.S Just so you can know how treacherous this company is. RPGSHOW had posted a picture on instagram that they would be doing a Q/A in the comments; Everyone started asking why do you have such bad reviews and quality wigs for people who are not youtube gurus and within 15 minutes the post was deleted!!!!!!!

Hopeful; but now, not sure
I have been doing some research on these units from various sites. I was really considering purchasing a unit. But after reading all of these complaints I'm not so sure that it will be worth the MONEY or time. I too, have a youtube channel but I will not promote companies that will not compromise with their customers. There is money to be made out here RPGSHOW IF u are standing behind a great product with superior customer service. For the prices of your units, that's should not be difficult at all. I don't play when it comes to my money of my hair so with that being said, If I approve of the product, my people will buy (I have a pretty large family of divas!).
Now I'm at the point of really searching other companies to see whose reviews will tell what the real deal is about the product.

Wow! I been following YouTube like crazy ans was all set up to buy wigs for myself , mom, and sis.... NOW I'm like heck no! I can't believe these reviews are sooooo horrible. This is ridiculous and I'm not going to take a risk giving over a thousand for hair and get a jacked up wig. That would piss me off to the fullest. Thank you all for the reviews. YouTube is filled with the girls who get free wigs which btw how do they get free wigs? Either way if thy get the good hair and people who actually spend money get bad hair then I pass. No thanks rpg. Someone please share honest wig companies.

sent me an incorrect order and tried telling me it was correct!
Rpg is not as professional as when I starting ordering from them. I recently ordered a custom wig I purchased on January 23rd I received my wig between March 22-23. My order was incorrect they ripped me off on the density as well not bleaching the entire cap, frustrated from the long wait I tried contacting them no response till I decided to stay up late and message non stop and call them. The communication is poor and she tried to make me believe the order was correct till I explained with proof I'm not gullible. She then apologized and said if I return they will give me a thicker unit than I originally ordered and will fix the unit. But my trust has been lost as their units are expensive and I feel scammed. So I know longer will ever do business and requested my full refund and will give them back their product asap.

I contacted rpg via instant message asking for the return address for a wig that I am not happy with and they asked me to send pictures to an email address that is invalid and I can no longer reach anyone. I will NEVER purchase from them again. They DO NOT accept returns.
